Yippee, Tad the Cad (from All My Children) is going to play the questionably ethical doctor who will save Hilary

Was so happy to see this. He was one of my absolute favorites on All My Children.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Lake House
Gwen tells Neil she has the number for Dr. Neville. He wants her to leave but she wants a future with him and is not leaving. Dr. Neville arrives and when he sees Hilary and he says she has been all over the news and he needs to call the police. The doctor says he does not want any part of this. Neil explains he found her unconscious and brought her back here to nurse her back to health. Neil says Hilary needs the best medical attention and he is desperate to get Hilary the help she needs. Dr. Neville explains how he is going to proceed and there will be no interference.

Fairview
Dr. Anderson comes to see Sharon. Patty eavesdrops. Sharon complains she is tired and feels she is on the right meds even if Patty doesn’t agree. Dylan arrives. He feels Sharon is out of it and asks if anything has happened since his last visit. He says she seemed clear headed last time he saw her. The doctor eavesdrops. Sharon assures him she is fine and wants to hear about Hilary. Dylan gets water for Sharon and asks Dr. Anderson about Sharon’s condition. The doctor says she is working on regulating Sharon’s meds and it will take time to get Sharon sorted out. Sharon is not ready to go home yet. When Dylan returns, Sharon says she is going to go and lay down. As Dylan is leaving Patty tries to catch him but the doctor stops her and takes Patty to her room. The doctor tells Patty to stop talking about Sharon’s meds and to concentrate on her own health.

Patty writes and note and asks an attendant to deliver it to Paul. The note says Sharon is in trouble and needs help. Later the attendant tells he delivered her note to Dr. Anderson and locks her door.

Dr. Anderson reads Patty’s note and throws it out. She goes to see Sharon and tells her that she needs to take her medication. She also recommends that Sharon not have any visitors or awhile and has Sharon sign a document to that effect. She tells Sharon the only person Sharon needs to see is her.

Memorial
Nick, Sage and Noah are visiting with the baby. Noah says the baby is going to make it and leaves. The nurse arrives and says that Sage can go home. Sage says she can’t go home and he knows why. He says he loves her and he wants them all together. She says she can’t go home with him now because she needs to be there with the baby and refuses to leave the baby. The nurse tells her they have family quarters she can have for 2 nights. Nick assures her everything will be ready when the baby comes home.

Dylan stops by to see Nick and tells him about Sharon. Dylan wonders why Dr. Anderson stopped by the hospital. Nick assures him it was probably to assure Sharon.

Marissa is getting dressed when Luca comes to see if she is alright. He asks if she thinks that someone from his family did this to her. He says he can protect her and asks her to move in with him. Marisa refuses. She says she will leave town and he will not find her. He says he found her once and he will find her again. Noah arrives and Luca leaves. Marisa tells Noah she is leaving GC and he can forget all about her. Noah offers to take her to the AC.

GCAC
Jack and Phyllis arrive. Jack wants to talk to Billy but Billy doesn’t want to hear it. Ashley arrives and says she is back and she wants to hear what Jack has to say. Ashley says Abby filled her in on what has happened. Ashley accuses Jack of making some questionable choices lately. Jack asks if she knows what Billy has done since she was gone. She says she was aware of what Billy did and with her approval. Jack asks Ashley if she thinks she could out-Victor Victor. She says she knows she can even if Jack doesn’t think so. She says she is going to keep scooping up all the Newman companies. Jack says that is a big mistake. Ashley and Billy leave. Jack says he is glad Phyllis understands. She says she is not sure and is afraid that Jack is left vulnerable and Victor can come after him at any time. She leaves.

Noah and Marisa arrive in her suite. Noah says he is still annoyed about Marco and her not telling him she was married to Luca. She wants him to leave but he says he can’t and kisses her. She wants Noah to go home and think about everything. Noah says he can’t forget her and kisses her. After he leaves Luca arrives and says he knows the real reason she left the marriage.

Park
At the Delia tree Ashley says they need to keep acquiring the Newman companies.

Day Ahead
- Dr. Neville tells Neil that Hilary needs him
- Dr. Anderson tells Noah that Sharon has requested no visitors, Noah wants to hear it from Sharon
- Luca kisses Marisa

FRIDAY US SPOILER

House
Dr. Neville says he has zero tolerance for any family interference. He asks if they trust him. Gwen assures him they do. Dr. Neville tells Hilary she could be his crowning achievement and gives Neil a bunch of prescriptions he wants filled. He says if Neil is caught he will tell the police Neil stole his prescription pad.

Later Neil returns with the prescriptions and the doctor gets to work on Hilary.

CL
Dylan says the results of the forensics on the ransom note found only Devon’s, the clerk’s and Cane’s fingerprints on it. Dylan says this does not make sense and says there may be more than one person involved. They tell Devon this is just a theory.

Noah arrives and asks Dylan how Sharon seemed to him. Dylan says Sharon was adjusting to her meds. Noah says that Sharon signed a form refusing visitors.

GCAC
Luca says the real reason Marisa walked out on him was because she was pregnant with his child. He accuses her of giving the child up like an unwanted pet and he knows where their child is. Luca says he will tell her as soon as Marisa comes back to him. He shows her a picture of their daughter. Luca says Marco sold their daughter to the highest bidder and she is miserable. He wants the three of them to be a family. He asks her if Noah mean more to her than their daughter and accuses her of wanting Marco more than her child. Luca asks her Marisa to make a choice, their daughter or Noah but she cannot have both. He says the child will be raised as a Santori not a Newman. She agrees to live with him for a month until he tells her where her child is. He kisses her and agrees a month is more than enough for her to realize she belongs with him.

Neil is in the dining room and asks the pharmacy to fill his order immediately. Devon comes in and tells Neil there is no information on Hilary. He says Dylan and Cane think there are two people kidnappers. Devon says he just wants this to end. He thinks this person only wants to cash in and the person holding Hilary wants him to suffer. Neil assures him that Hilary is alive. Neil gets a text saying his prescriptions are ready and leaves.

Fairview
Noah comes to see Sharon but the doctor says that Sharon does not want visitors. When Sharon hears Noah’s voice she tries to get to the door. Noah refuses to leave. He wants Sharon to tell him she does not want to see him. Dr. Anderson shows Noah the document and Noah leaves.

The doctor enters Sharon’s room and Sharon asks why Noah was sent away. She says she would never refuse to see her son. She does not recall signing anything refusing visitation. She does not understand why she would cut herself off from her family. The doctor says this was Sharon’s idea. Sharon agrees to do whatever the doctor tells her to do.

Dr. Anderson gets a call from Dylan who says Sharon would never refuse to see her kids. Sharon comes out of her room and asks if that is Dylan. The doctor asks her what she should tell Dylan. Sharon says to tell him to stay away. Dylan wants to hear it from Sharon. He asks Sharon whose idea it was to refuse visitors. Sharon says this was her idea. She says she loves him and the call is disconnected. Dr. Anderson gives Sharon more meds and leaves.

Lily’s
Charlie mentions that Hilary has been kidnapped and Cane sends them to get ready for bed. Lily asks Cane why he changes the subject when Hilary’s name comes up. Lily thinks they need to have a family discussion. Cane does not feel telling the kids is a good idea.

Lily opens the closet to put a game away when a bag falls out. She opens it and sees it’s full of money.

UG
Marisa tells Noah that she cannot stay away from Luca because he is the only one who can protect her and she is going to move back in with him. Noah says he can protect her. Noah thinks Luca is threatening her and wants the truth. She says Luca knows where her child is and shows him a picture of her daughter. She says Marco gave her a place to stay until the baby was born. She had no one to turn to and gave her up for adoption. Marco told her he placed the baby with a good family but in actual fact he sold her to the highest bidder. She says if she stays with Luca for a month Luca will tell her where her daughter is. Noah says Luca will never tell her and will always find a way to keep her with him. Noah says he can use his family connections to help her. She says she has to go to Luca until she knows her child is safe.

In the meantime Luca calls Victor and tells him he closed the deal.

Day Ahead
- Dylan asks Lily why she came to him with the bag of money instead of confronting Cane
- Kevin to Michael: Thanks to you Adam is ruining their lives all over again
- Victor to Adam: You want to leave town before the trial – give me the word

I love the comment that the writes "made the fans" believe it was Adam. Not sure where those fans are but the ones I know didn't believe it.

Agreed...we all new it was never Adam...we all suspected Gabe and or Sage.....did not realize however that they did the plastic surgery without Adams permission....

UGH already...so now they have a Doc involved in the scam with Hilary....really writers!!!!

any news on who the babies father is..chloes baby????? will it be Billies who had no sex with him or Kevin, who did....maybe Chloe drugged Billy and we had no idea....

What is up with this shrink??????besides the young girl that was hurt from Nick can anyone think of who may have it out from the past for Sharon????? that both Nick and Sharon now????? the only one I can think of as well is the girl....

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Newman Office
Adam is working on the virus when Victor comes in. Victor says he knows this virus could not be stopped. Adam says he is useless to Victor and accuses Victor of setting him up for failure every time. Adam says Victor interfere in his life when he took his son and Chelsea to Paris to be a family. Now thanks to Victor his wife and son are going to disappear. Victor says maybe not.

Victor says he knows Adam loves his son and now he may not see his son wife for years if Adam goes to prison. Victor says Adam thinks he had it tough growing up. Victor tells him about how he was left at the door of an orphanage in the middle of winter and how he and Nick went to meet Victor’s father 40 years later in the hope of shoring up their relationship, but after meeting his father he left with more bitterness an anger than Adam can imagine. Victor says if Adam wants to leave town before the trial just give him the word. Adam says if he wanted to disappear he would do it on his own.

GCAC
Kevin calls Chelsea and says Chloe has gone. Chelsea says it’s partly her fault since Chloe was with her when Adam arrived.

Kevin tells Lauren and Michael Chloe is gone and says thanks to Michael Adam is ruining their lives all over again. Michael says everyone deserves a defense and leaves. Lauren gets a call telling her someone authorized a deal with Quinton Industries which is costing Fenmore’s a fortune. Kevin does some checking and discovers Cane did this.

UG
Marisa says she would be with Luca only for a month just to get her child back. Noah says she doesn’t even know if Luca knows where her child is. Luca arrives and says he does and looks forward to reuniting with his wife and becoming a family. Noah says it takes a disgusting person to use a child to coerce his wife back to his bed. Marisa choses to go with Luca. Luca tells him that he and Marisa had a love that would never die and they leave.

CL
Lily brings the bag of money to Dylan and says this is Cane’s bag and she found it in their closet. Dylan says if Lily doesn’t believe Cane did this, why she didn’t go to Cane instead of coming to him. Dylan tells her to go to the club and say nothing to Cane. He takes the bag and leaves.

Lily’s
Cane is alone when Mattie and Charlie come looking for Lily. Cane tells them Lily has gone out.

Lily comes home and puts the kids to bed. Lauren arrives and accuses him of authorizing a deal with company costing her company a fortune. Cane says he knows nothing about it. He says he took a cut in pay so he could help Devon.

Paul and Dylan arrive and Cane says he doesn’t know anything about money nor had anything to do with Lauren’s company being hacked. Paul wants him to come downtown and Cane refuses saying he hasn’t done anything wrong. Paul arrests him.

GCPD
Devon comes to see Paul and tells him Dylan has a theory there are two people involved. One who has Hilary and someone who just wants the money. Dylan arrives with the bag of money. Paul and Dylan leave to question Cane.

Kevin arrives and tells Devon that Cane hacked Lauren’s company.

Cane is in Paul’s office and says he doesn’t know where the money came from.

Chelsea’s
Michael arrives and asks if she is ready to prepare for tomorrow’s trial. She says she can’t do it. He knows she is reluctant to testify. Michael tells her that he will protect her from Christine cross examination. All she has to do is show that Adam was madly in love with his wife, devoted to son and afraid to lose the family he cherished. He says Adam deserves a fair trial. Adam arrives and Chelsea wants him to leave. Adam suggests that when Chelsea testifies she speak from the heart. She says she can’t do that because everyone will know she still loves him. She says she has hurt people she cares about by hiding his secrets. She can’t imagine her life without him. She wishes he had left her with loving his memory instead of telling her who he is. She feels she is losing him all over again because he is going to prison. He says he is not going anywhere tonight. She kisses him and they make love.

Back at Newman Office
Noah tells Victor that Luca is coercing Marisa. He asks Victor to help him find Marisa’s daughter. Victor says once they find Marisa’s child she has to leave town and out of Noah’s life. Noah says he loves her. Victor says Marisa is a manipulator and lied to him. Victor says she is not good for him. Noah leaves.

Victor calls Luca accusing him of not telling him about a child. Luca says it’s was the only way to get Marisa back into his life. Victor says Luca’s only job is to get Marisa out of GC.

Day Ahead
- Cane to Lily: You actually think I did this
- Billy to Chelsea: You can’t go into court and defend this guy
- Chris says she has a bad feeling about this and thinks Adam ran

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

GCAC

Billy and Victoria are having breakfast. He talks about finally getting justice for Delia. Victoria warns him how trials can go. Billy is insulted and comments that Victor used his power to pay off the judge. Victoria is offended that he would think she would keep that kind of information from him. Victoria is concerned about his obsession with Adam. She's is worried thinking if Adam gets cleared, she and the kids will have a life sentence of Billy's bitterness. She goes on to say she will never forgive Adam for covering up his part in the hit in run, but feels Billy needs to be able to accept the outcome of Adam's trial, good or bad. Chris and Paul walk in hearing Billy's rants. Christine warns him that his anger could work in Adam's favor on the stand. Billy tells her not to worry, "I can hide my bitterness." Afterwards, Billy is concerned with ChelC helping Adam, and plans to stop by her penthouse before court. Across the room, Victor and Nikki discuss Victoria being back with Billy. Their talk moves onto Adam and his hatred for Victor and why he would go after his company. Victor jokes that his hatred of him was more important to him than his family. "When all is said and done, he is my son." Victoria joins them. Nikki complements her on being there for Billy. After Nikki leaves, Victoria tells her dad that Billy thinks he paid off the judge. They talk about the night Delia died. Victor, "It was dark and Adam didn't see Delia...he's not a murderer. Victor is concerned about Billy's temper. Victoria brings up her wanting her father's respect...she heard him say to Nick that he would one day run everything. Saying it gave her a taste of what Adam's felt for a long time. Victor apologizes and tells her that he loves her.

At the Dive Bar, Devon tells Neil they found out Cane was involved in the ransom.

GCPD

Lily posts her husbands bail. Cane thanks her for believing in him. Lily wonders who set him up. She questions him again about his gym bag and the issue with Fenmore's. She says the police must think he needed the money because the Fenmore's deal went bad. Cane then realizes she thinks he actually did it. Angry, Cane points out that he trusts her, even though she slept with another man.

At the Dive Bar

Devon learns that Cane got bail and rushes to talk to Paul and Christine. Paul explains that there was no evidence connecting Cane to the actual kidnapping. He then warns Devon to stay away form Cane. Nikki then asks Neil if they're any closer to figuring out what happened to Hilary. Neil tells her about the ransom and Cane's involvement. Neil comments that under the right circumstances, people can do things they never imagined. Cane walks up and approaches Devon and Neil. Devon asks Cane if he knows where Hilary is. Cane smirks and tells him to go to hell. Things get heated, Neil tells Devon to take a walk. Neil then tells Cane this is an elaborate set-up. Downstairs, Devon asks Lily why she didn't leave Cane in jail. "Because he's my husband." Lily believes her husband isn't capable of kidnapping Hilary.

CHELC'S PENTHOUSE

Adam and ChelC are still in bed. Adam mentions running instead of facing the trial. Adam tells her Victor knew he couldn't stop PP, but he got him out anyway. Adam also tells her that Victor is willing to help him leave the country. Adam says he could send for her and Connor at a later date. ChelC doesn't trust it, she doubts Victor would help them. They bicker...he thought last night was a new beginning for them, but ChelC tells him it was a final goodbye. Downstairs, ChelC tells Adam to take responsibility. Adam tells her that he doesn't see how she can move on without him. Billy knocks at the door. He's pissed to see Adam there believing he's there to seal the deal, so she'll defend him in court. Billy demands her to not fall for his schemes again.

Later, they are ready for court. Adam wonders why he should spend years in prison just to satisfy Billy's desire for revenge. ChelC reminds him its for Delia. If he runs, she can't defend him, and he'll loose them anyway.

COURTHOUSE

Chris and Paul talk about Cane's case, saying there's no evidence proving he did anything wrong. Talk then moves to Adam. Christine says he won't get away with murder on her watch. Victoria and Billy walk in. Billy tells them that ChelC spent the night with Adam. Victoria says she loves him. Chris notices that Michael is late believing that Adam jumped bail. Billy mentions that Victor could've helped him run. Nikki and Victor arrive. Billy says, "If Adam runs, it's on Victor." ChelC arrives and tells Victor that he played the concerned father and offered to help Adam run...so he could screw him over.

NEXT

Ashley to Jack: "Who are you going to be sitting beside, Jack?" Your brother or that scum who killed your niece?"

Dylan to Dr. Anderson: "Why all of the sudden does she feel like her fiance is a distraction? We're having a baby."

Patty to Sharon, "You don't look like you're showing. You don't look pregnant at all."

I'm reading in some spoilers that Adam will be found not guilty and that it might be because of a surprise witness that throws doubt on him being the driver. This could be an interesting week! I sure hope so!

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

GCAC
Jack and Phyllis are leaving for the court and Ashley stops them and asks who Jack will sit beside, Billy or the scum who killed his niece.

Colin joins Cane at the bar. Cane tells him he will probably spend more nights in jail because someone is setting him up. He says Lily thinks he is guilty and thinks Cane is just like his father. Colin says he believes Cane is innocent and tells Cane to talk to Lily.

Lily joins Cane at the bar and Cane apologizes. Lily says she doesn’t think he is guilty. She was just trying find an answer that made sense. She says she should have come to him first and says they are going to figure this out together.

Courthouse
Chelsea says Victor was going help Adam jump bail. Victor says he would lose a lot of money if Adam ran. Everyone wants to know where Adam is. Michael arrives and says Adam isn’t late yet. Paul is about to issue an APB and Adam arrives.

Chris’ opening statement begins with accusing Adam of hitting Delia and leaving her on the side of the road to die.

Michael makes his opening remarks stating Adam did not know he hit anyone.

Chris examines Chelsea and Michael cross-examines her. Chelsea testifies that on the night in question Adam came home completely distraught over the news that Connor was going to go blind. He had no idea that Delia had been hit. Michael asks her if she still loves Adam and what she loves about him. She says Adam rescued her and then delivered her and Billy’s baby. He also delivered Sage’s baby recently. She says Adam is an amazing father and has an enormous capacity to love. She says she still loves him.

Billy says it was difficult hearing Chelsea sanctify Adam.

Nikki asks Victor if he was going to help Adam run. Victor asks why he would do that when Adam tried to destroy his company. Nikki says because Adam is his son.

Esther tells Chelsea that her best friend, Chloe, would be mortified by Chelsea’s praises of that monster.

Court reconvenes. Adam waives his rights and takes the stand.

He admits he burned the scarf. Chris asks if he was solely responsible for Delia’s death and he says yes.

Adam admits he was pre-occupied driving home. He says the road was dark with no street lights. He saw a shadow crossed his path, swerved, got out of his car, saw the dog was okay and drove home. He did not walk around his car. He did not know he hit Delia and explains when he found out he didn’t come forward because he had too much to lose and felt no one would believe him.

Billy is overwhelmed and asks how dare Adam talk about his son when Adam killed Delia. The judge says Billy will be removed if he has another outburst.

He says he didn’t come forward for fear of losing his son but it appears he has lost him anyway.

Michael asks if he regrets what happened. Adam regrets everything since the accident. He would have come forward to spare the family any more pain. He is ashamed, full of sorrow and remorse for everyone in the room apologizes to Billy.

Fairview
Dr. A. tells Sharon that she is glowing and is starting to show. The doctor gives Sharon more drugs and leaves.

Patty asks the doctor not to lock her in her room anymore. Dr. A. warns her not to interfere with other patient’s treatments. Patty agrees.

Sharon sees herself in a mirror and is rubbing a very pregnant belly.

Later, Sharon reads a story to ‘her baby’ when Patty arrives. Sharon tells Patty she is starting to show. Patty says she doesn’t look pregnant at all and asks if the baby has moved yet. Patty suggests that maybe Dr. A. mixed up her tests. Sharon asks if she thinks there is something wrong with her baby. Patty says Sharon needs to question the drug regimen that Dr. A. has her on. Patty says she has been around a lot of psychiatrists and there are good ones and bad one and Dr. A. scares her. She says there is something off about her. Sharon says Patty doesn’t know what she is talking about, tells her to shut up and to leave. Patty wants her to listen but Sharon pushes her and she hits her head against the door and falls.

CL
Lily is angry that Dylan turned Cane in. She says she came to him for help but Dylan treated Cane like a criminal. Dylan explains that the evidence makes Cane look guilty. She leaves.

Dr. A. arrives and shows Dylan the form not allowing visitors and signed by Sharon. He asks why Sharon would feel her fiancé is a distraction; they are having a baby and should sharing experience together. She assures him that Sharon is doing well. Dr. A. is on the patio calls the Memorial to check on Sage and the baby.

Day Ahead
- Noah asks Kevin to help him find Marisa’s daughter
- Adam tells Jack he hit that little girl and now it’s time for him to pay
- Billy and Chelsea are in the park and Connor is missing

Well its about time ...but I think that it will take awhile for Billy and Chloe to accept the truth....it will be interesting to hear her side of the story on what happened...and how did she know??? was she there or in the car?????or did Gabriel just tell her that he hit her and left here there for dead!! if thats the case gabriel got what was coming to him...DEATH!

What will happen to Neil??? wonder how they are going to spin his story...they cant go with reason of insanity because it was all planned and he involved so many others that were clearly not all insane that helped him..

I think Patty will save the day for Sharon!

why do these writers come up with such stupid stories???? I don't get it....think of all the great stories we could create for all the characters...I think the writers are just lazy and want to put anything on paper and go home...a scribble here a scribble there and off they go....than draw the story out for lets say 2 years or so...

This was my theory all along! The ironic part is that Adam is innocent, but he will be stucck with the killers face. Billy and Chloe will still hate him because...lets face it...Billy has to have someone else to blame. He would NEVER own the fact that the reason his child is dead is because he left her alone in the car at night with a rambunctious dog who he knew had to pee! Billy will never own his role, its just easier to blame Adam.

After this, I may even start liking Sage. She's gonna need all the support she can get, the Newmans wont like how she saved Adam.

I'm not sure what will happen to Neil. But Hilary is expected to wake up on Nov. 12th. I'm so anxious for this storyline to be over! Especially now that Cane is involved. Its a hotmess!

Marisa’s Suite
Luca rubs a rose over Marisa's shoulder and presents her with a gift. She does not want his gifts because she will not sleep with him. She just wants her daughter. He says he is going down for breakfast and hopes she will join him.

Ashley joins Victor and asks him if he found a way to stop the PP. Victor says the day will come when she will regret feeding off the misfortunes of his company. She says he would have done the same if their roles were reversed. She claims she purchased everything legally. Victor says this could be a Trojan Horse and hopes this virus does not hit Jabot. Ashley leaves. Marisa comes downstairs and sees Luca with Victor.

Victor says he thought Luca and Marisa would be gone by now. He tells him to take care of Marisa and he will take care of Noah. Luca tells Victor to make sure Noah doesn’t hire someone to do a private search. Victor warns Luca to be careful with Noah as he is a Newman and leaves.

Later at the bar Luca and Marisa reminisce and Noah sees them.

Park
Chelsea and Connor are in the park when Billy arrives. She tells Connor she hopes Adam gets a second chance. Billy arrives and says he doesn’t. Billy chastises her for defending Adam. Billy says Connor was better off not knowing Adam. Chelsea is angry, turns and sees Connor is gone. Billy finds him and blames himself for distracting her. Chelsea says it’s not his fault. A parent should always keep their eye on their child at all times.

CL
Noah asks Kevin to help him find Marisa’s daughter. Mariah arrives and overhears Noah’s request. Noah explains what has happened with Marisa and Luca. Kevin says Marisa is trouble and Noah should stay away from her. Noah defends Marisa. Kevin agrees to help Noah but first he has to see that Adam is found guilty.

GCPD
Adam tells Michael Billy is going to cause a lot of damage when he takes the stand. Michael does not want Billy to take the stand and wants to present a plea bargain for a lesser charge. Adam refuses.

Jack comes to see Adam. Adam says he will be spending a lot of years in prison after Billy’s testimony. Jack says Billy is blinded by grief. Adam says he has to pay. He wishes he was not so focussed on his revenge against Victor.

Michael tells Chris an accident is not murder. He proposes homicide as a fair deal.

Michael tells Adam that Chris did not accept his deal.

Courthouse
Everyone gathers at the courthouse. Ashley and Kevin attack Jack for spending any time with Adam. Kevin says Adam deserves to spend the next 20 years in prison.

Billy arrives and takes the stand. He recounts what happened the night of DD’s death. DD didn’t want to get out of the car because of the dog. He told her it was okay if she locked the doors. When he returned they were both gone. He saw DD on the side of the road and called 911. Billy is very emotional. He kept telling DD not to die. This was his fault and DD is dead because of him. Chris tries to stop Billy’s testimony says he is overwrought and doesn’t know what he is saying. Billy says he knows what he is saying. Adam rises and says this was an accident and it was not Billy’s fault. Billy says everyone kept telling him it was not his fault. He had to blame someone and it had to be Adam’s fault. He cannot keep blaming Adam. The only way he is going to have any peace is if he and everyone forgives Adam.

Michael makes his closing remarks saying this series of events ended in an unimaginable stroke of bad luck. He says it was a tragedy but it was an accident. Both men are suffering tremendous guilt but neither is guilty. He says the jury heard DD’s father forgive Adam.

Chris makes her closing remarks saying that the person who left DD on the side of the road has to pay.

Jack says he is proud of Billy taking the blame but Kevin says the blame belongs on Adam and Billy didn’t know what he was saying.

Billy and Adam stare at each other in the courtroom. The bailiff tells them the jury has reached a decision.

UG
Adam tells Mariah he saw Marisa and Luca having a wonderful time at the bar. Mariah tells him not to throw in the towel for some stupid reason. Noah refuses to answer Marisa’s calls. He goes to the backroom. Mariah sends Marisa a text telling her Noah is at the UG.

Noah returns and Marisa is there. Mariah leaves. Noah says the thought of her sleeping with Luca sickens him. She says she is not sleeping with Luca. What he saw was an act. She says she wants Luca out of her life. Marisa says she loves him and he is the only one she wants to be with. They go to the backroom and make love.

Day Ahead
- Dylan to Joe: Lily is standing by her husband, do them a favor and stay out of it
- Paul gives Cane a search warrant to search his home
- Billy tells everyone the jury is coming back

I heard Sage would be the surprise witness. She would admit that the real Gabe Bingham killed Delia. But it looks like Billy will be the one. I feel sorry for Christine. Paul will never get her to shut up over losing this case!

I changed the channel while Christine was talking today. I used to like her. Today she drove me crazy!

I had heard it was Sage too. I'm surprised that it was Billy but it's about time Billy realized you don't leave a child alone in the car. Christine drives me nuts too. She's so whiney and wants to blame everyone. I don't feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for Paul having to listen to her all the time.
