Nick, Summer
Summer comes into the UG and Nick is creating names for his Halloween drinks. Summer says Phyllis thinks she has ruined her life by marrying Austin and says Phyllis does not agree with any of the decisions Summer has made. She says she can’t imagine her life without Austin. She tells Nick that Jack has not told Phyllis about Kelly yet either. Nick tells her that he and Sharon are getting married and was hoping Summer would be there, but she says given the way Phyllis feels it would be better if she did not. Nick explains that at times he felt the whole world was against him and Sharon but they overcame their obstacles. Summer asks Nick to put in a good word with Phyllis for her and Austin and wants Nick to do that now.

Phyllis, Avery
Phyllis questions how everyone forgave what Austin did. Avery says Summer and Austin were already married before anyone knew about it. Phyllis says she could not forgive or forget under these circumstances. Avery explains that Jack and Nick did not want to lose Summer as their daughter. Avery tells Phyllis that Dylan is Nikki and Paul’s son. Phyllis is stunned and says that Nick and Dylan are brothers. Avery explains why the wedding to Nick never happened and how hard Nikki worked to get the family to accept Dylan. Avery tells her many things have changed in the past year and she needs to accept it. Phyllis says she will never accept that Nick belongs to Sharon. Avery tells Phyllis she does not have a choice. Phyllis says “do you want to bet?” Avery tells her Nick and Sharon are very happy together and everyone is where they belong. Phyllis tells her she is the only person who is seeing things clearly.


Cane, Lily, Neil
At the AC Lily tells Cane Hilary is pregnant. Neil hears Lily. Lily tells Neil Hilary showed all the signs of being pregnant. Cane blurts out to Neil that Neil can’t have a baby with Hilary. Cane suggests now may not be the best time for them to have a baby and explains that Neil just asked Hilary for a divorce and maybe they should wait. Neil says he is happy that Lily and Hilary are friends. Lily says Hilary will not appreciate her giving him the news. Later Cane bumps into Devon who says Hilary is not pregnant and that he will not see Hilary again. In the meantime Hilary comes home to roses etc. and Neil says nothing is too much for the mother of his child. Neil says he should have waited for Hilary to tell him. Hilary tells him she is not pregnant. He says he should not have assumed and wants to start trying tonight and give her the family she wants.

Jack, Hilary, Devon
Hilary tells Jack that she went to New York because Neil asked him to send her. Jack explains Neil thought she needed some time away. Kelly barges into the office and tells Jack that he needs to choose, either he wants to be with her or he wants to be with Phyllis. She follows Jack’s look and sees Hilary. Hilary leaves and bumps into Devon. Devon asks her if she is pregnant. She tells him she is not pregnant and she is married to Neil. Devon tries to convince Hilary that they need to be together. Hilary tells Devon he has to stop this and they can’t go on pretending. Hilary says they have to stay away from each other, but Devon is not happy about that and Hilary saying that they need to convince everyone she is true to Neil but secretly see each other.

Kelly, Jack, Phyllis
Jack tells Kelly he has to decide how and when to tell Phyllis about him and Kelly. She asks Jack who he wants to be with, Phyllis or with her. She questions whether Jack has been pretending in his love for her. Jack explains when he saw Phyllis he knew someone will get hurt. Kelly wants a place in Jack’s life and asks Jack what he wants. Kelly tells him he has to tell Phyllis now. He kisses Kelly passionately and they fall onto the couch when Avery walks in. Avery insists Jack tell Phyllis about Kelly. She tells Jack Phyllis is determined to stop Nick and Sharon’s wedding.

Phyllis, Summer, Nick
Back at Jack’s, Summer and Nick arrive and try to get through to Phyllis about Summer’s marriage. Nick asks to speak to Phyllis alone. Phyllis tells Nick she cannot believe he let Summer marry a felon. Phyllis says she is not going to let Summer ruin her life. Nick says he is getting married tomorrow and she can’t stop it and leaves.

Lily, Kelly
Kelly tells Lily she gave Jack an ultimatum and is convinced Phyllis is history.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Ben is shirtless in front of Ashley and asks if she is wearing her fragrance
- Jill confronts Colin saying he is up to something and he better not lie
- Dylan tells Avery the reason he didn’t get his lease is because the building is being sold and he has 2 months to clear out

lol...thats why I came here to see if anyone else knew as well...they made it look like we should all know her when they showed her face.


So looks like it is going to turn out that Ben did not kill his dad...that mom did but Ben took the fall because he was so young and would get less jail time....at least that is always how I have seen it.....nice mom...NOT! I don't think Kelly knows this however...I think this is between Ben and his mom...

I like Billie and Chelc together however ADAM and Chelc are great together

My convoluted theory is that Kelly killed the dad, but it was so traumatic that she blocked the memory. Ben and mom are scared of what will happen to her if she finds out and has to face the memory.

Blocking the memory of her dad's killing was so stressful that she has since blocked other memories, like when she killed Delia.

CANADIAN EPISODE – Wednesday - Thursday USA
Sharon, Nick
Nick and Sharon are talking about their wedding when Faith yells for Sharon and is upset that she can’t find her tiara for her costume. Sharon tells her there is another costume for her. Nick goes to help Faith. Sharon talks to Cassie’s picture and says she has the feeling something horrible is going to happen. Sharon answers the knock at the door and thinks she sees Cassie but it’s Mariah in her costume which unnerves her. Mariah identifies herself. Faith comes down as Red Riding Hood. Mariah tells Nick to go get married and make sure it sticks. Mariah takes Faith trick or treating. Nick is having second thoughts about getting married because he is worried about what Phyllis or Victor will do. Sharon tells him she has to marry him today. They kiss and make love. Later Cassie comes to the door and tells Sharon she warned her there is no way to stop the truth from coming out. Sharon wakes up when Nick calls her. Nick says nothing is going to happen and they are getting married today.

Chelsea, Billy
While Chelsea and Billy talk about Halloween a male places a box outside the condo door. The doorbell rings and they think it’s trick or treaters and see the box. Billy says he has been waiting for it, opens the box and pulls out a monkey costume for Johnny. After trick and treating Chelsea and Billy come home and Chelsea finds an envelope which was slipped under the door. She opens the envelope and finds the handkerchief she left at the church.

Avery, Dylan
Avery comes to CL and Dylan tells her his lease is up and he is waiting for his new lease and that he is bothered by Joe. He did not like Joe’s comment about Dylan recognizing him from his picture by Joe and Avery’s bedside. Dylan tells her he never thought Joe deserved her. Billy, Chelsea and the boys arrive. Dylan tells Chelsea he is happy for her and that he is the happiest he has been in a long time. Chelsea asks when he and Avery are going to get married. Later Avery asks how he feels about Billy moving in with Chelsea. He tells her he loves the loves her and is happy. Dylan tells her the reason he never got his lease is because the landlord sold the building and he has two months to get out.

Cane, Joe, Colin, Jill
Cane tells Joe he is not happy that Joe is going to hurt some people he cares about. Joe says it’s all business. Collin comes in and introduces himself. Colin says he taught Cane everything he knows about business. The twins come in with Jill. Jill tells Colin she has come as his executioner then introduced to Joe. She excuses herself to talk to Colin. She chastises him for putting Cane down. When they are alone, when asked if he had kids, Joe tells Lily that he was a lousy husband so he does not have any kids. Jill tells Lily Cane envies Joe and Lily says she thinks Joe envies Cane. Colin is on the phone and tells Kurtz he has found a way to pay him back. Jill catches Colin and tells him she knows he is up to something and he better not lie to her.

Vicky, Maureen
Vicky comes to see Ben at the lab when Maureen comes in and says she is looking for Ben. Vicky tells her Ben wanted to talk to her about something that would change their future and asks Maureen if she knew what it was about. Vicky asks her about the circumstances surrounding her husband’s death. Maureen says because of her love for her son she forgave him. Vicky says she didn’t realize there was anything to forgive. Vicky asks for Maureen’s version of events and Maureen walks out with Vicky following her. Vicky wants to know what happened to Ben’s father. Maureen evades answering and says why Vicky can’t accept Ben for who he is. Maureen asks Vicky if she was so interested in Ben then why didn’t Vicky take the paternity test to determine if Ben might be the father. Maureen tells Vicky all she needs to know is how kind and thoughtful Ben was as a child and leaves. Vicky calls Nikki and tells her she knows Nikki had information about Ben and wants to know what it is.

Ben, Ashley
Ashley arrives at Ben’s hotel room. They discuss how Ben feels about Vicky and the things he wants to say to her. Ben explains the circumstances are complicated. Ashley advises him to tell Vicky the truth. She tells him she knows what it’s like being accused of murder they did not commit and tells him she believes that is what he is hiding. He thanks Ashley for helping him come to a decision.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Lauren, dressed as a sexy nurse tells Michael that Halloween is not just for kids
- Mariah asks Victor is he was grumpy because Nick and Sharon are getting married today and Victor says he didn’t know

Nick is dressed. Sharon says she wants the dress to be a surprise. Nick gets a call from Phyllis who says she is happy she caught him before he ruined his life. He tells her he is not doing this with her. She wants him to meet her before the wedding and Nick refuses. Noah arrives and tells Nick he will be surprised if this wedding happens. Nick assures him it will. Sharon comes down in a short white and black dress. They all go out for pictures but Sharon stays behind to check her hair. Victor arrives. Victor tells her to call off the wedding. Sharon tells him she and Nick are getting married. Victor insists on Sharon calling it off. Nick comes in and tells Victor the wedding is going ahead. Victor tells Sharon to tell Nick her misgivings about marrying him. Nick says the wedding is happening. Victor tells them if this wedding takes place they will all be in far more trouble than they bargained for and leaves. Sharon tells Mariah how happy she is that Mariah is in the family. Mariah admits she has never seen mother’s love that was not twisted until Sharon. Mariah tells her she is on Sharon’s side. Noah takes Faith to get flowers. Sharon tells Nick she doesn’t care what anyone says, she feels this is right. Nick gets a text from Summer saying she has a gift she wants him to carry at the wedding. The scene switches to Phyllis showing she sent the text. Nick leaves and Sharon opens the door to Phyllis who says Trick or Treat!

Faith, Mariah, Victor
Mariah and Faith come to Victor’s trick or treating and Mariah tells Victor Nick and Sharon are getting married today. He says he didn’t know and the wedding is not going to happen. Mariah is trying to convince him to leave Nick and Sharon alone. Victor tells her she sent him on a wild goose chase to Sweden for the DNA results and didn’t like being lied to. He says Faith is Nick’s and this only proves Sharon is hiding something else. He tells her she is making a mistake taking Sharon’s side. Alone, Victor examines the DNA results, Faith’s hair brush and Nick’s wine glass then leaves. After returning from Sharon’s Victor greets Summer and she tells him something is different about Phyllis. Summer sees the hairbrush and asks Victor what her hairbrush is doing there.

Michael, Lauren, Kevin
Michael comes home and Lauren comes out dressed as a sexy nurse and tells Michael that Halloween is not just for kids. Kevin arrives and Lauren goes to change. Kevin admits he looked at Michael’s computer. Kevin tries to convince him to tell Lauren. Michael is furious with Kevin for invading his privacy. Kevin swears he will never do that again. Lauren hears the end of the conversation and the word AFFAIR. Michael and Kevin both tell her it had to do with a case. Michael tells her he is crazy about her but they can’t make love. Lauren is suspicious. She wants to know if there is something he is keeping from her. Michael assures her how much he loves her and everything is going to be alright.

Jack, Summer, Phyllis, Abby
Summer meets Jack at the AC and is very nervous about Phyllis being alone for fear of what someone will say something to her. In the meantime Phyllis is at the entrance to the AC and makes a call to Nick. Jack brings Phyllis to the table. Phyllis asks where Austin is and refers to him in unflattering terms. Summer is amazed that Phyllis is not crazed about Austin and questions what is going on with her. Phyllis says she just has to sort out a few things. Abby arrives and spills the beans about Vicky being pregnant and Phyllis is horrified that Billy divorced his pregnant wife. Jack and Summer are skirting around all the questions Phyllis is throwing at them. Jack walks Summer to her car and Phyllis is alone with Abby. Phyllis asks Abby what else she should know just in time for Jack to stop Abby. Phyllis wants to know everything and Jack keeps giving Abby a warning look. Abby mentions Mariah. Phyllis wants to know who she is. They tell her Mariah was Cassie’s twin. Phyllis is upset that Mariah is at the wedding and Summer is not. She tells Jack this is how Sharon reels Nick in every time, with her children! Phyllis leaves alone. Jack feels Phyllis is keeping something from him.

Mariah, Kevin, Lauren
Mariah meets Kevin at CL and she tells Kevin she does not need a date for this wedding and thanks him. Lauren arrives and questions Kevin about his conversation with Michael. He assures her they were talking about how much Michael loved her.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Jack tells Billy he is going to tell Phyllis he and Kelly are involved
- Summer asks Victor what’s wrong and Victor says there is something he has to tell her
- Phyllis and Sharon are at the top of the stairs where Phyllis fell and she asks Sharon if she is sure she doesn’t have a problem with the stairwell

Phyllis comes into Sharon’s and tells her that she is there to take her to the wedding at Nick’s request. Phyllis tells her Nick has planned the big wedding Sharon deserved. Phyllis wants them to leave but Sharon is skeptical and wants to know what Phyllis is really up to. Phyllis tells her that she offered to help Nick to make it up for ruining their wedding. Sharon says she wants to call Nick fist and Phyllis says no because she will spoil the surprise. Sharon agrees to go. Phyllis offers to drive since she knows where they are going. Sharon and Phyllis arrive at the AC and Phyllis says the elevator is slow so they should take the stairs. Sharon agrees. At the top of the stairs Sharon has a flashback to the lipstick rolling down the stairs. Phyllis asks Sharon if she is sure she doesn’t have a problem with the stairwell. Sharon says they should get to the wedding. Phyllis tells her she lied. Phyllis tells her that Sharon followed her that night of the benefit and wants Sharon to face what happened that night. Sharon has another flashback of following Phyllis of the stairs and tells Phyllis she remembers.

Summer, Victor
Summer confirms that is her hairbrush and asks Victor why he is so interested. She tells him she forgot it at Sharon’s and Faith put it in her backpack to give it back to her. Victor tells her he has always seen her as his granddaughter and that she has gone through a lot in the last year. She says she has finally accepted Jack as her father. Victor tells her he will always consider her a Newman. Summer leaves with her hairbrush. Victor looks at the DNA file again and calls the doctor in Sweden asking if there was more than one DNA on that hairbrush. Victor discovers Sharon’s secret. Victor goes to see Jack and tells him he is there on a very important family matter.

Nick, Austin, Summer
Nick goes to the UG looking for Summer and Austin tells him Summer was not there. Austin tells Nick that he and Summer want to take Nick and Sharon out for dinner as a thank you for accepting them. Nick says he is grateful that Summer forgave him for the paternity mess. Nick says he has to leave. Later Summer comes in and Austin tells her Nick was there to get the gift she had for him. She says she did not ask him to come. Summer tells Austin how distracted Phyllis was at the AC.


Abby, Tracy, Kelly, Billy
Abby and Tracy are at the AC and Kelly comes in. Abby tells Tracy she feels sorry for Kelly because Jack will probably break her heart by staying with Phyllis. Kelly comes to their table tells them that she and Jack have cleared things up. Abby tells her that Jack, Phyllis and Summer were just there and they looked like a very happy family perhaps Kelly misunderstood what Jack said. Abby asks Kelly what Jack told her. Tracy tells Abby this is none of her business. Later, Tracy apologizes for Abby and wants to make sure Kelly is okay. Tracy tells her she understands how hard it is to let someone in after their devastating loss. Kelly asks Tracy if she thinks she and Jack have a chance. Tracy tells her no one can tell her that. Later, Tracy and Abby are going for a spa when Billy comes in. Abby tells Billy she heard he moved in with Chelsea and chastises him for not waiting until the baby was born.

Jack, Billy, Kelly
Kelly calls Jack and tells him she can’t stop thinking about the kiss in his office and can wait knowing he loves her. Jack hangs up when Billy comes downstairs. Billy tells Jack he has some personal things to take to Chelsea’s. Jack asks him if he has moved in with Chelsea and Billy tells him yes and that he is very happy. Jack tells Billy he is going to tell Phyllis about Kelly. He says Phyllis knows he is holding something back and hates deceiving Phyllis and how much he admires her. Jack tells him when he met Kelly he never thought he would fall in love with her. Billy tells him his marriage to Vicky is over and he is in love with Chelsea. Later, Billy is at the AC and talks with Kelly. She asks him if she should fight for Jack. Kelly said that when she went to Jack’s office she really thought she had a chance with Jack. Billy tells her she is a fighter and absolutely has a chance with Jack.

Noah, Kevin
Noah comes into CL and asks Kevin what he is working on. Kevin closes his laptop and says he wishes people would stop trying to see what is on his computer. Noah says he is grateful Mariah is helping with the wedding instead of trying to sabotage it. Noah asks Kevin if he and Mariah are an item. Kevin says they are only friends.

I think she knows that she killed him and does not want it to come out because than she will have to face jail time....she is a very selfish mom She had Ben take the fall because of less jail time for him.....either dad was beating up mom or dad beating up on Ben....and either way she killed him.....making him not a murderer.....unless they give us a spin and it is Kelly that really did it and she does not remember and he took the fall for Kelly....because Kelly seems to think Ben did do it......maybe DAD was a sexual predator as well and was raping Kelly when she was young and Kelly killed him and blocked it out....just like she blocked out hitting Dee Dee

Sharon, Phyllis
Phyllis tells Sharon to face what happened the night Phyllis fell down the stairs. Sharon remembers they argued and has a flashback to the cemetery and Phyllis saying Summer is Nick’s daughter. She also remembers telling Cassie that Summer should have been Jack’s all along then Nick would never have married Phyllis. Phyllis says Sharon is the reason Nick lost his daughter. She says Sharon changed the DNA letter. Sharon has a flashback to going into the lab. Then she has a flashback to when she grabbed the phone out of Phyllis’ had and Phyllis fell down the stair. Phyllis accuses Sharon of pushing her down the stairs. Sharon denies pushing her and that she never set out to hurt anyone. Sharon tells her she was off her meds and Phyllis does not believe her and tells her to stop being the victim. Phyllis feels cheated of all the time lost with Summer. Sharon realizes Phyllis wants payback. Phyllis says admits she does. Phyllis tells Sharon she has not begun to be sorry. Phyllis tells Sharon Nick is going to hate her forever and she is going to make sure of it. Phyllis pulls out her phone and Sharon grabs Phyllis’ hands and they struggle for the phone. Victor, Jack and Nick arrive. Phyllis asks Sharon if she will tell them or should she (Phyllis). Nick asks Phyllis not to hurt Sharon.

Nick, Noah, Mariah
Nick and Noah are at home waiting for Sharon. Mariah and Faith arrive. Mariah tells them that Sharon has been freaked in the last week. Nick says nothing is going to stop him from marrying Sharon. Mariah thinks Victor has something to do with this. Mariah finds an earring and Nick says he bought that for Phyllis years ago and is going to find out how the earring got there. Later Mariah tells Noah she told Victor about Sharon’s nightmare. Noah accuses her of spying.

Victor, Jack, Nick
Victor comes to see Jack and says he needs to see Phyllis on an important family matter. Victor tells Jack he has discovered what Phyllis knows and there will be a lot of consequences from the fallout which include Jack especially. Jack wants to know what he found out. Nick arrives at Jack’s. He tells Jack that Phyllis stopped by Sharon’s and possibly said something to upset Sharon. He tells Victor he does not care about Sharon’s secret, he is going to marry her. Jack goes upstairs to get Phyllis. Victor tells Nick that Summer is his daughter and he thinks Sharon pushed Phyllis down the stairs. Nick does not believe it. Jack comes back and says Phyllis is not in her room. Nick asked Jack if he had a paternity test done. Jack says he didn’t see the point. Victor tells them Sharon and Phyllis are together at the AC outside the ballroom.

Lily, Cane, Neil, Hilary, Devon
Lily tells Cane she knows Hillary is pregnant and has asked the chef to cook something for an expectant mother. Neil and Hilary arrive and Neil confirms Hilary is not pregnant but they are working on her being pregnant soon. Devon hears Neil and is not happy. Lily tells Devon she was hoping he would bring the woman is dating. Devon says he will bring her around sometime soon. Hilary asks Cane and Lily to drive Neil home. Later Hilary tries to open the door to one of the suites and Devon helps her. As they go into the suite, Colin sees them.

Dylan, Avery, Joe
Dylan is upset about the conglomerate taking his business away. Joe comes in to see Avery and tells her he has something that belongs to her. He gives her the bookmark he knew meant a lot to her. Joe leaves and Avery tells Dylan it was a wedding gift from her dad marking the next chapter in her life. Dylan apologizes. Avery tells him she and Joe were divorced by the time she found out the truth about her dad and throws the bookmark in the garbage. Later, she tells Dylan Joe is behind the buyout of CL. Avery tells him the way to get to Joe is legally. Dylan is furious and leaves. Avery chases after him. Dylan sees Joe at the AC and punches him.

Joe, Colin, Cane
Joe arrives at the AC and Colin tells him he wanted to talk to him about a business deal. Joe wonders why Colin is so interested and so does Cane. Colin says he just wants a better insight into it. Cane says Colin should not talk without Jill being there. Colin tells Joe to call him and leaves. Cane tells Joe Colin is untrustworthy. Joe thinks not working for NC has messed with Cane’s head. Joe tells Cane they could use him on the team. Cane says he is happy where he is but admits he misses the rush of closing a deal.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Dylan tells Paul this is more than business, it’s revenge
- Chelsea takes the envelope away from Billy and says it’s not important and Billy asks it there is something she is not telling him
- Phyllis and Sharon are still struggling on the stairs and Phyllis grabs her and tells her she does not want Sharon to fall

Jack, Victor and Nick arrive at the stairwell and Phyllis tells Sharon she will not let her go until she tells everyone how she screwed up everyone’s lives and almost killed her in the process. They all go into the ballroom and Victor tells Jack that he has been duped and Nick is Summer’s father. Jack wants answers and asks Sharon to tell him. Sharon says that after talking to Phyllis she remembered everything and she never meant to hurt anyone. Sharon admits Summer is his daughter. Sharon tells Jack she switched the results and explains how it happened. Phyllis tells everyone how she did the same thing when she tried to control who Daniel’s father would be and paid the consequences when Daniel was taken from her. Phyllis tells Nick Sharon wanted him and wanted their family together with no other attachments. Phyllis described how she overheard Sharon at Cassie’s grave how she changed the paternity and that Summer was Nick’s. Jack is devastated. He leaves and Phyllis follows. Sharon tells Nick how she tried to tell him many times but were always interrupted and then lost her memory. Nick tells her to stay away from him and leaves. Sharon tries to follow him. I

Jack, Phyllis
Jack comes home heartbroken. Phyllis arrives and tells him she would have told him if she could. Jack asks if she knew as soon as she woke up. She says yes but she had to be sure. Jack tells her that her desire for revenge overrode any concern she had for him. Phyllis tells him not to be angry with her because Sharon screwed him over.

Nikki, Paul, Vicky, Victor
Nikki is passed out on the couch with an empty glass in her hand. Paul comes in and she hides the glass under the couch. Paul tells her Ian has been arraigned with no bail. He also tells her he is worried about her. Nikki tells him she is fine. Vicky arrives. Nikki shows Paul to the door and tells him nothing is wrong. Vicky asks why Nikki called her the other night and Nikki does not remember calling, but tells Vicky she recalls calling her but cannot remember why. Vicky wants to know if Nikki knows something about Ben. Vicky says there may be a chance for her and Ben but she needs to know more about his background. She looks at Nikki and sees Nikki knows something. She wants Nikki to tell her what it is. Victor comes home and tells them that Summer is Nick’s daughter and Sharon changed the paternity letter.

Chelsea, Billy
Billy finds the envelope Chelsea received. Chelsea takes the envelope away from Billy and says it’s not important and Billy asks it there is something she is not telling him. Chelsea explains the significance of the handkerchief. She tells him she could not tell him she loved him until she said goodbye to Adam, which she did in church. Billy asks how the handkerchief got back to her. She tells him it was slipped under the door. Billy feels this is a bad omen and thinks they need to burn the handkerchief. He explains they have a chance to be happy and they need to get rid of the bad penny once and for all. Chelsea says she will keep it for Connor. Chelsea and Billy make love.

Sage, Adam
Sage brings in some tea for Adam whose faced is still bandaged and he is lying down. She tells him she paid his Chelsea a visit. She tells him about the handkerchief and how it seemed to mean so much to her. She tells him she did not hear what Chelsea said but got the feeling that she was saying goodbye and left the handkerchief with the candles. Sage says she returned it to Chelsea by slipping it under the door and that no one saw her. She tells him that Billy has moved in with Chelsea. Adam tries to get up and Sage stops him saying he is not ready for this. Adam tells her to shut up.

Dylan, Avery, Joe
Dylan punches Joe then accuses Joe of trying to ruin his business. Joe says Dylan is overreacting. Joe explains that this is a multimillion dollar development and not a vendetta against him. Paul comes in as Joe and Dylan are about to come to blows and breaks them up. Avery introduces Paul to Joe. Paul takes Dylan aside and Dylan explains this is more than a business deal. Paul asks if this is revenge and Dylan agrees it is. Joe asks Avery if they are still friends and tells her he is not going to press charges against Dylan. Avery tells him friends don’t do things like he did. Avery and Dylan leave and go to CL. Avery assures Dylan she will find a way to help him.

Joe, Paul
Paul tells Joe that CL is a local landmark. Joe says he is representing a client and leaves. Paul makes a call and wants a background check on Joe.

I knew , the paternity switch was coming, but didn't want to see it happen. It's slap across the face and punch in the gut for long time Jack fans.
Summer should be Jack's.

I'm disgusted with the way Jack and Shick fans have been tortured. I have no interest in Y&R...story lines or cast changes. I just freed up an additional hour on my DVR

I'd like a Groundhog Day where Phyllis tumbles down the stairs every day.
