I was thinking Cancer as well..and will they want to drag out TC since it is so slow growing? or will they want a Cancer that is more fast growing? maybe skin Cancer?

What ever is going on with Ben and his secret....hope they don't draw it out ...oh wait...never mind....

The new Phyllis is not like Phyllis at all...not even a sexy bone in her body...Phyllis is a very sexy woman...not evil but very conniving....this one is just mean and evil....and not sexy at all...could they have not done better? This actress is a great villain and that is how she should have been cast....

Will Nick leave Sharon when he finds out the secret? I have not figured that out yet....I think Jack will be fine off the pills until the truth about Summer comes out...I think he will be fine until than.

Neil....cant they find something better for Neil...they have made me really tired of watching him throughout the years....they make him smart at business but really stupid at life....they need a sassy woman to come into his life...a woman like Drew....

What is up with his son...they never have him visit neil...before we know it he will be back as an adult...making his age make no sense compared to all the other children....


Chloe pregnant....very cool idea.....will this bring her back once the baby is born? Im thinking maybe she will die at child birth or something and Kevin will get the baby....cant think of another way unless they bring back another person as Chloe...with will be another hard person to clone.....

I want to see the battles between the companies again...they just battle with each others personal lives, but not like they use to with the companies to gain more power than the other and take overs....are they just getting to old and don't care anymore...

I mis Catherine she was always one of my favorites....I may just start watching older episodes like from the first year on....when it was really great!

Definitely thinking cancer too. Surely they won't write off his character or even let Christian go! But then again, we've seen them make some dumb choices.

I think Nick will be hurt but forgive Sharon. I'm rooting for Jack and Phyllis and I HOPE this new Phyllis will improve. I can't stand her. She's just mean. Not loving or maternal or sexy. Mean. I'd probably love her as a new character more suited to her.

Neil...yeah don't care about any of that anymore. Either bring back Drew or write him off. It's boring.

I'm a Vicky/Billy fan but not so much with this new Billy. I was also an Adam/Chelsea fan. But again, it really depends on who they get to do the acting. I'm also liking this new Billy with Chelsea but so I'm conflicted there. I'm ready for Adam to come back.

Nikki--again, boring.

Here are my predictions:

Michael will have some kind of cancer (testicular or prostate-something like that) and he will go away for treatment. I heard JFP told him he was out.


Adam will be returning in November so not that long at all. While Kelly is all down about losing Jack, they will find out she is the one that hit Delia. BTW, does she has something in her mouth when she is talking? She seems like she has something in there and has trouble with words.

The secret will come out and Sharon will be all upset that she changed the DNA test. Just to confirm, Jack will ask that another one be done and it will confirm that Summer is his. Sharon was just delusional and thought she changed it but she really didn't after all. Nick will still be with her.

Phyllis will be after Kelly and will play some part in finding out that she hit Delia and take much pleasure in sending her behind to jail.

Maureen killed her husband and blamed it on Ben so he wouldn't have to spend as long in jail since he was a minor. Ben will finally tell Victoria just before the baby is born and they find out it is Billy's.

Chloe will have the baby and come back telling everyone it is Billy's but it will really be Kevin's because she really wanted a clone of Delia anyway and if it is Kevin's baby, it won't be like Delia.

Neil will get his eyesite back but won't tell anyone and he will see Hillary and Devon together (if he didn't already).

Y&R looses another!



“Young and the Restless” fans must prepare themselves to lose another loved character on the hit daytime soap opera. Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported on Oct. 19, that by the end of October Michael Baldwin will die from a terminal illness. At the end of Monday’s show, it will be revealed that Michael’s blood levels are high. Michael asks Dr. Botnik if he has cancer.

Fans have been hoping it was just a rumor that he would be leaving the show. There was even a petition to save Michael Baldwin’s character to present to CBS. It seems none of it worked as the story is playing just as the spoilers indicated it would. This week fans will learn how serious Michael’s illness is.

His death will be felt all over Genoa City. Lauren will be devastated. They just rekindled their romance. Will his death push Fen back to drugs? Will his death cause trouble for Summer and Austin’s marriage when Fen needs Summer for support? It is very possible.

Phyllis has barely had time to catch up with Michael, now she’ll have to say goodbye to him forever? How can she say goodbye to him? He has been her rock for years. He has bailed her out of so many legal and emotional situations. His death will hit her hard.

Many fans question why Christian LeBlanc would want to leave the show. It has been rumored he wants to work on other projects and “being Michael Baldwin” takes up all his time. It is also rumored he is sick and needs time away from work to recuperate. Whatever LeBlanc’s reason is, he will be greatly missed for years to come. How do you feel about Christian LeBlanc leaving the show?

Neil, Hilary
Neil and Hilary enter her room after dinner and Neil asks why they have not been intimate since the accident. He tells her he wants to recreate their wedding night. In an effort to avoid lovemaking, Hilary says she has a report to do for Jack. A cell phone rings and Neil asks if that’s Devon’s phone. She tells him she has the same ringtone, answers the phone and pretends to talk to Jack. Later thinking Neil was asleep Hilary tries to sneak into bed. Neil wants to make love but Hilary asks him to just hold her tonight.

Cane, Devon, Lily, Joe
Cane brings Devon back to the AC and warns Devon to stay away from Hilary. Devon promises he will, then asks Cane not to say anything to Lily. Cane points out that Devon is asking him to continue lying to Lily and says he won’t do that. Cane greets Lily and Devon says he has to make a few calls. He tells Cane he lost his phone and uses a land line. Devon joins Cane at the table and tells him Hilary covered for him. Cane walks away and Joe comes arrives. Joes tells them he saw his ex, Avery and they are both shocked not realizing he was Avery’s ex.

Michael, Dr.
Michael asks if it’s cancer and the doctor tells him it may not be cancer but they need to run tests. He scheduled Michael for more testing. Michael is reluctant and tells him when he clears his calendar he will make an appointment. The doctor tells him he can’t treat him if he doesn’t know what it is.

Lauren, Michael
Michael comes to the AC and greets Lauren warmly and takes her to the room they had paid for. Michael and Lauren make love. Lauren goes to the bathroom and Michael calls the doctor’s office to schedule his tests.

Avery, Dylan, Joe
Avery introduces Dylan to Joe and Dylan says he should have recognized him. Joe says yes he should have from the picture of him and Avery next their bed. Dylan says he is sure Joe has waited a long time to get that off his chest. Joe apologizes and says Avery has made her choice and they have all moved on. Avery and Dylan tell Joe he was in jail as part of a plan to apprehend Ian Ward. Dylan finds out Joe has been in town for about a week. Joe leaves. Dylan asks Avery when she was going to tell him Joe was in town. Dylan and Avery argue and then he kisses her. Avery takes him to the conference room.

Paul, Nikki, Chris
Paul questions Nikki asking if she was drinking again. Nikki is upset he would think that and asks what he is accusing her of. He tells her he is not accusing her of anything. Nikki tells him she thought that after everything they have been through she thought they were past the accusations and tries to leave, but Paul blocks the door. Chris comes in and they tell her they were having a victory dance. Nikki gets a call from Maureen who tells her she had a chat with Victor and she told him Nikki was at a charity meeting. She tells Nikki Victor was on his way home. After Nikki leaves Paul thanks Chris for bending the rules in order to catch Ian. An angry Victor barges into Paul’s office asking him if he was out of his mind using Nikki as bait for Ian. Paul tells him Nikki was never in danger and tells Victor he needs to stop taking so many trips because Nikki needs him. Victor tells him he knows what Nikki needs and Paul should worry about his own marriage.

Maureen, Victor
Victor asks Maureen how she knows Nikki. Maureen explains then tells him they have something in common. She introduces herself as Stitch’s mother. She tells him that Nikki is in a charity meeting. Victor asks Maureen to have a drink with him and asks her to tell him the truth. Maureen tells him she is not a manipulative person. Victor says he thinks she is trying to get him to sway Vicky’s mind about Stitch. He tells her he found out Stitch was a murderer then warns her by saying that anyone who hurts his family will suffer the consequences.

Nikki, Victor
Victor greets Nikki and she tells him she helped put Ian Ward in jail. Victor is upset and wants to know why she did not inform him. She asks what was more important than Nick’s wedding. He wants to know why she put herself in harm’s way. She tells him Dylan and Paul were there and she was never in danger and Ian was arrested. After resting, Nikki comes looking for Victor but he is not there. Maureen calls her. Nikki asks her not to lie for her again as she and Victor don’t have secrets. When she ends her call with Maureen she pours herself a drink and drinks to Ian Ward being out of their lives.

The bonus would be that Malcolm would come back for the funeral and Devon and Hillary could get together. Seriously, everytime Neil comes on the screen, my head drops back and I develop narcolepsy.

Nick, Victor, Phyllis
Nick comes to see Victor and asks him if he found what he was looking for. Victor asks what Nick thinks he was looking for. Nick says that Victor has been looking for a way to keep Sharon out of his life. Victor says that as long as Nick is involved with that woman he will be hurt. He tells Nick he has been trying to protect him and that Sharon will make a fool out of Nick. Phyllis arrives. Nick chastises Victor his underhanded methods of bringing Phyllis back and Victor says everyone should be thanking him. Nick tells him he will never thank him for trying to keep him and Sharon apart and leaves. Victor tells Phyllis Nick will leave Sharon once he finds out what Phyllis knows about Sharon. Victor tells her that what she knows will destroy that relationship. Phyllis tells him he always hurts people with the information he finds. He reminds her he never does anything without payment in return. Phyllis leaves. Victor makes a call and asks them to have Phyllis followed.

Sharon, Madame Isadora
Madame Isadora comes to Sharon’s home. Sharon tells her she is a skeptic. Sharon tells her she needs to regain a memory she lost through ECT. Isadora takes Sharon’s hand and says she feels guilt. Sharon asks guilt about what? Isadora says she senses guilt around Sharon and there are cracks in her armor. Eventually the armor will crumble and all will be revealed. Isadora sees a picture of Cassie and says she is gone but that Sharon has something blue from her. Sharon says she got that from Cassie’s twin. Isadora tells her to give it back as Sharon will not need it. Sharon asks if that means she will not marry Nick. Nick arrives and says of course they are going to get married. After Isadora leaves Nick tells her psychics are fakes and that they will marry next week and nothing is going to stop them.

Noah, Summer, Kevin
Noah and Summer are at CL and Summer tells him Phyllis freaked when she found out she and Austin were married. Noah tells her to give Phyllis time and she will come around. Noah asks if Jack has told Phyllis about Kelly. Summer thinks that if Jack had not dated Kelly and had her move in Jack and Phyllis would be as happy as she and Austin are. Kevin arrives and Summer leaves. Noah asks him what is going on between him and Mariah and that Mariah is lucky to have Kevin as a friend.

Phyllis, Jack
Phyllis and Jack come to the hospital for Phyllis’ check-up. Phyllis asks him what he is trying to protect her from. Phyllis tells Jack she is strong and is ready to hear about everything she missed. Jack gets a call from Kelly telling him she misplaced a file and Jack tells her to go and look for the file at his home since he and Phyllis will be at the hospital for a while. They say they miss each other. Phyllis tells Jack to go. She kisses him and he leaves. A nurse tells Phyllis they have to reschedule her appointment.

Ben, Kelly, Ashley
Ben comes to the AC and sees Kelly tells her she can vent to him anytime. Ashley arrives. Ben explains that he and Ashley are meeting to discuss business. At the table Ben thanks Ashley for going out on a limb for him. She tells him she was arrested for murder and attempted murder but was found innocent and that she was trying to protect the people she cared for. Later Ben and Ashley are in the park and he says something smells like rotting garbage. Ashley says it’s her new product and offers her wrist for him to smell. He backs away from the fragrance but as he puts a scarf around her neck he kisses her passionately. He breaks away and apologizes saying he does not know why he did that. Ashley tells him she found a love potion and explains how the formula works. He says he needs to figure out how to keep the side effects but without the smell.

Mariah, Kevin, Austin
Mariah and Kevin come to the UG. After Kevin leaves Austin tells Mariah Phyllis does not know he held Avery at gunpoint etc. Mariah tells him when things get rough to run. Austin says if he tells her about Jack and Kelly that would be betraying Jack. He cannot tell her what he has done. He says he will not destroy Summer’s relationship with Phyllis and asks Mariah to keep things between them. Summer comes in and wants to know what is going on. Mariah jumps to Austin’s defense.

Jack, Kelly
Jack comes home and finds Kelly there. Kelly tells him she hopes he will let her go so she can move on. Jack tells her he still loves her. Kelly asks how she is supposed to compete with Phyllis. Kelly asks if he still in love with Phyllis. Phyllis comes home and asks who Kelly is.

Abby and Vicky are at the hospital after her prenatal class and Vicky is seems to be regretting not finding out who the baby’s father is.

Ashley, Ben, Abby, Vicky
Ashley and Ben are in the park discussing Ashley’s project. Ben is talking about the kiss he gave Ashley when Vicky asks if there is anyone she knows that he has not kissed. Ashley tells Vicky they were discussing business. After Ashley and Abby leave, Vicky tells him her hormones are at play and she is overwhelmed. She is worried about the baby. She was hoping he was still practicing medicine. He tells her he fell in love with her and loved those months with her. She tells him she wants to forgive him. Ben asks her to make it real for them and put the past behind them. He says the past does not seem so important anymore and Vicky agrees. She tells him she felt lonely in her prenatal class. She tells him it was her choice to divorce Billy and he has moved on. Vicky and Ben are on the park bench when a policeman comes and tells Ben he is under arrest.

Billy, Chelsea
Billy is at Chelsea’s, he kisses her and tells her he loves her and after a brief conversation leaves. Anita arrives and tells Chelsea she needs to be with Billy. Chelsea tells her that Billy told her he loved her but she did not respond because she could not do it where she and Adam lived. Anita tells her to rearrange the furniture and tell Billy how she feels. Billy comes back and Anita leaves. Billy explains that Jack was with Phyllis and Kelly had been there. He felt he had to get away from the tense situation at home. Chelsea asks Billy to move in with her.

Lily, Devon, Neil, Hilary
Lily tells Devon that Neil and Hilary will be home soon. Devon was about to leave and Lily asks why he doesn’t want to greet Neil and Hilary as Neil and Hilary arrive before he can get away. Neil tells Lily that he and Hilary had a great time in New York. Neil asks to speak to Lily alone. Neil tells Lily how much he loves Hilary and will not damage their relationship. Hilary and Devon are alone Hilary give Devon his phone back. Lily asks Hilary to join her for lunch. Devon and Neil are alone and Neil wants to take Devon out of lunch and Devon begs off. In the meantime Lily and Hilary are having lunch and Lily tells Hilary that she knows that Hilary loves Neil and its obvious Neil loves her. Hilary is not eating and suddenly excuses herself and runs off. Lily approaches Neil and Devon and asks if Hilary is alright. Hilary comes back and apologizes for her exit. Lily apologizes to Hilary for taking so long to accept her. Neil and Hilary leave. Lily tells Devon that Hilary is not the same person she was and suddenly she realizes something and says to Devon that it all makes sense now – Hilary is pregnant

Jack, Kelly, Phyllis
Jack introduces Kelly to Phyllis and tells Phyllis Kelly was there to see Billy about an event at the AC. Phyllis says she wants to hear all about it. Phyllis asks Kelly how long she has known Billy and Kelly tells her and says she has made GC her home. Phyllis asks her where she lives. Kelly says she lives at the club and she better get back to work. Jack offers to see her to the door and Phyllis stops them and asks Jack to explain who Kelly really is. Phyllis accuses Kelly of coming between Billy and Vicky. Kelly leaves. Billy comes in and hugs Phyllis. Phyllis tells Billy she heard about his divorce and that his friend Kelly came by. Billy asks if that’s all she heard. Phyllis asks him to tell her what happened while she was gone. Billy says so much has happened in the last year and they don’t want to relive it and Billy leaves. Phyllis accuses Kelly of tainting Billy’s marriage. Jack takes Phyllis up to the bedroom and tells her to rest. Phyllis is full of questions and says she needs to know things. Phyllis tells Jack she missed him. After Jack leaves Phyllis finds Jack’s iPad and finds the article about her and the day she fell.

Ashley, Abby
Ashley and Abby come to CL and Abby keeps questioning Ashley about the fragrance and what Ashley’s project is. Ashley explains the product but Abby is skeptical. Ashley tells her that is why Ben kissed her – because of this love potion. Abby tries to get Ashley to hook up with Ben. Ashley can’t understand how Abby has changed her mind about Ben. Abby tells Ashley that Vicky and Billy belong together. Abby suggests the love potion and Ashley tells her it will take a lot more than her love potion to get Vicky and Billy together.

CANADIAN EPISODE – Thursday – Friday USA
Ben, Dylan, Vicky, Avery
Ben is at the police station and Dylan offers to call Paul. Vicky comes in to check on Ben. Avery comes in and says someone who had an axe to grind with Ben filed charges against him and it could involve some prison time. Vicky protests and Ben tells her this is not a good place for her and wants her to leave. She says they need to finish their conversation and leaves. Dylan asks if Ben knows who would do this. Ben says one is right in the room – Kevin and when questioned Kevin says he did not. Jeff comes to the station and speaks with Kevin. Avery tells him an ex patient of Ben’s is suing the hospital for allowing him to be treated by an imposter. Ben recognizes Jeff and realizes Jeff was the one who brought the charges. Avery tells Ben she can bring a suit against Jeff on Ben’s behalf. Kevin throws Jeff out. Ben’s bail was paid anonymously and he thinks it was Vicky.

Billy, Chelsea, Jeff
Billy tells Chelsea that he will move in with her if that decision has some meaning. Billy says they should think about this and he will have an answer when he comes back. He kisses her and leaves. Jeff arrives and asks for money. Chelsea gives him what she had in her wallet and asks him to leave. Billy comes back and tells Chelsea this is where he should be, that he loves her and is ready to take the next step. She tells him she loves him.

Sharon, Nick, Isadora, Mariah
Nick comes home and tells Sharon they are getting married on Halloween. He tells her that is the only day he is available. Sharon agrees. Nick leaves and Mariah comes in. Mariah suggests that Sharon should put off the wedding because she does not seem to be totally committed. She tells Sharon she heard her talking in her sleep. Sharon asks Mariah to tell her what she said as it may help her remember what this secret is. Mariah tells her and thought Faith was not Nick’s daughter. Sharon assures her Faith is Nick’s. Mariah leaves. In the meantime Nick meets Madame Isadora at AC and tells Isadora to stay away from Sharon or he will press charges. Isadora reminds him how he spoke to Cassie’s spirit. She tells him that refusing to see deception will end badly for everyone. Later, Sharon is at home and opens the door to Phyllis who says they need to talk.

Summer, Austin, Mariah
At the UG Austin gets a text from Phyllis to come and see her. Summer tells him she knows a way to get Phyllis on their side and they leave. After their meeting with Phyllis, Summer and Austin come back to the UG and Austin assures Summer Phyllis will not break them up.

Austin, Phyllis, Summer, Jack
In the morning when Jack comes downstairs and asks how Phyllis slept, she tells him she has been up all night finding out everything he has not been telling her and hands him his iPad. Jack asks her what she found out. Phyllis is upset and tells him she will decide when she will hash things out with him and goes upstairs. Summer and Austin arrive. Jack tells Summer that Phyllis found his iPad. Phyllis asks Austin if he has anything to tell her and he does not disclose anything. Phyllis says she should have known she would not get answers from a criminal and that his marriage to Summer is officially over. Austin tells Phyllis he has turned his life around. Phyllis says he has done nothing but lie to her since he met her. Phyllis asks Jack why he never told her Summer married a felon. Summer and Jack tell Phyllis that Avery forgave Austin and helped with his suit. As Summer and Austin are leaving, Summer tells Phyllis that her marriage will not be ended. Jack asks what else she read on line. Phyllis suggests they talk about how she wound up at the bottom of the stairwell. She asks Jack for the details and he explains. Phyllis says she needs a massage and will fine on her own. Jack goes upstairs to get ready for work and Phyllis leaves.

Billy, Vicky
Billy is at CL and Vicky comes in and accuses him for having Ben arrested. He tells her he is not out to get Ben and that he is moving in with Chelsea. Billy admits he has been a lousy husband but he has been a damned good dad. Vicky wishes him well and goes onto the patio visibly upset.

Dylan, Ben
Ben and Dylan are at CL and Dylan tells him he finds that Vicky is very fair minded. Ben says there is more to his story and it may be a way for Vicky to understand him. Vicky comes in and hears what Ben said.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Victor says to Nikki it was unacceptable that she was set up as bait for Ian. Nikki asks if it’s because he wasn’t in on it and Paul was
- Vicky points out to Ben that there is something he has been wanting to tell her for weeks

Phyllis, Sharon, Faith, Nick
Phyllis comes to Sharon’s and tells her she remembers everything. She tells Sharon she remembers she was on the phone with Jack and Jack has been blaming himself. She says Jack was not the one responsible. Phyllis says it was her own fault she fell. She asked if Sharon was with her that night and Sharon tells her they saw each other at Cassie’s grave site. Sharon asks Phyllis if she knows anything to please tell her. Nick and Faith come in and Faith recognizes Phyllis as Summer’s mom. Sharon asks Phyllis why she came to see her. Phyllis says she wanted to know how Sharon has helped Summer. Nick explains how Sharon stepped up to help Summer when Phyllis went into a coma. Nick explains about his and Avery’s break up and how Sharon helped him. Sharon leaves the room and Nick asks Phyllis what she is up to. She tells him she came about Summer. Nick says that Summer found it a big help to have Sharon in her life.

Victor, Maureen
Victor comes to the AC and meets up with Maureen. He asks why she lied for Nikki by saying she was in a charity meeting. Maureen tells him it was a misunderstanding and tells him how suspicious her husband became after he lost his job. Maureen says she saw Nikki at the suite and thought there was a man in her room. Maureen tells Victor she does not have an agenda. He explains he is very protective of Nikki because she has a big heart.

Nikki, Faith, Nick, Victor
Nikki and Faith are together and Faith asks why Nikki has been eating so many mints. Nikki tells her that her medication leaves a bad taste in her mouth. Nick overhears. Nick tells Nikki he and Sharon are getting married on Halloween. He asks how Nikki has stayed with Victor all these years after all he has done. She tells him Victor is a good man and she loves him. Faith comes back into the room and she and Nick leave. Victor comes home and Nikki accuses Victor of trying to keep Nick and Sharon apart. Victor says to Nikki that it was unacceptable for her to be set up as bait for Ian. Nikki asks if it was because he wasn’t in on it and Paul was. He tells Nikki there are to be no more secrets. Nikki asks if no more secrets means it goes both ways. Nikki tells him that trust has to go both ways. She is angry and leaves. Later Victor was about to make a call then throws his phone down scattering papers and finds the pamphlet for AA.

Cane and Joe
Cane approaches Joe at the AC and asks why Joe is still there. He asks him if it’s because he is keeping tabs on his ex and Dylan. Joe says he is there on business only. Dylan comes to see Cane to thank him for not sealing up the secret door in the basement. Cane apologizes to Dylan saying he did not know he was Avery’s ex when he recommended Michael. Later Joe shares his business venture with Cane. Cane says he didn’t realize that CL was going to be one of the casualties.

Dylan, Vicky, Ben
Ben tells Dylan there is more to his story. Vicky comes to CL and overhears Ben. Dylan tells Vicky he just got out of jail because people believed in him but not everyone is so lucky. He leaves Vicky and Ben to talk. Ben thanks Vicky for bailing him out and she tells him she didn’t do it. Vicky points out that Ben has wanted to tell her something for weeks. He says there are things he has not told anyone and asks if it would make a difference to her. She tells him it matters He asks her to give him a chance to make things right and leaves. Later Dylan brings Vicky a plate of chocolate chip cookies. Vicky tells him how she did not want either Billy or Ben in her life. She tells him when she sees Billy with Johnny she has regrets runs to Ben and then realizes what a decent man he is. She tells Dylan she would like Ben to come clean with her. Dylan tells her no matter what, Ben is not a murderer. Dylan opens up about Joe being in town and says it looks like Joe will be hanging around for a while.

Nikki, Maureen
Nikki comes to see Maureen and Maureen recounts her meeting with Victor. Maureen pours Nikki a drink. There is a knock at Maureen’s door and Ben identifies himself. Nikki hides in the bathroom. Ben tells his mother he is going to reveal the truth, that he did not kill his father. Maureen panics and ties to stop him saying anything but she knows Nikki heard Ben.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Lauren says to Jill, that if what Madame Isadora said is true then they are in trouble
- On the phone Michael thanks the doctor for not calling his house as he does not want his wife to know about this, as Kevin listens

Justin Hartley (nuAdam) spills the beans on what makes Adam return to Genoa City!

"ChelC finds the surveillance camera he put in their son's nursery and she disables it. Now he can no longer be a creeper. He can't spy on his family anymore so, even though he's not fully recovered from his accident, he must get back to town quickly, especially after he hears ChelC talking about Billy moving in. The control freak in him can't stand it. So, basically, Adam had a five step plan to get back his life that would have played out over the course of a couple of years, but now he's jumping right to Step 5.

Ben, Maureen, Nikki
Ben tells Maureen its time everyone knew he did not kill his father. Nikki hears what he said. He says he lost Jenna and Max and he is not going to lose Vicky as well. Maureen asks him not to do anything rash. Ben says he will take some time before he makes a decision and leaves. Nikki comes out of the bathroom and says “so Ben didn’t kill his father?” Maureen tells her Ben has not come to terms with his father’s death and was not entirely responsible for his death. When the police came Ben took the blame. Nikki tells her they should reopen Ben’s case and cannot understand why she does not want to do everything possible to clear his name. Maureen tells Nikki it’s a private matter and wants it to stay that way. She says she has kept Nikki’s confidence about her drinking and now she expects Nikki to keep her confidence about Ben. Nikki comes home and calls Vicky and says there is something she should know about Ben. Vicky tells her she knows Ben had been arrested. They end the call. Nikki takes a drink.

Ashley, Vicky, Ben
Ashley puts down her confidential folder and leaves the lab. Vicky arrives looking for Abby and sees the folder. Ashley comes in and grabs the folder from her. Vicky explains she did not look but came to see her about Ben. Ashley assures Vicky her relationship with Ben is professional. Vicky questions his background in chemistry and Ashley assures her he has good knowledge of chemicals. Ashley tells her she still thinks Vicky belongs with Billy. Vicky tells her Billy has moved in with Chelsea. Ashley says Billy is still grieving and will eventually find his way back to Vicky. Vicky asks if Ashley knows anything about Ben because she feels he is hiding something from her. Ashley tells her he is a good chemist and she trusts him. Ben arrives and Vicky leaves. Ashley tells him she needs him to go to Madison to with help with the patent issues. Ben guesses Ashley bailed him out of jail and thanks her. He tells her this business trip will give him time to figure out what to do with Vicky.

Billy, Chelsea, Jill
Billy and Chelsea discuss making changes in her condo. Billy goes to unpack and Chelsea looks at the handkerchief she found in Connor’s drawer and leaves. Jill comes to see Billy and is furious with him because he moved in with Chelsea. Billy tells her he has fallen in love with Chelsea. Jill tells him he doesn’t know what he is feeling right now. Billy tells Jill that he and Vicky are over and it’s time everyone realized that. Jill leaves very angry. In the meantime Chelsea is in church and lights candles for Adam. Chelsea tells Adam she never thought she could ever find happiness with anyone else, but she has and it’s with Billy. She says she has to let go but he needs to stop haunting her dreams. She can’t deny the feelings she has for Billy and it’s time to say goodbye. She puts the handkerchief with the candles and leaves. After she leave a woman picks up the handkerchief and blows out the candle. Chelsea comes home and tells Billy she loves him.

Jill, Lauren
Jill and Lauren are at the AC discussing business and how sales have gone up since Madame Isadora has been doing readings. Lauren says if what Madame Isadora says is true, they are in big trouble. Jill questions Lauren and Michael’s relationship and Lauren tells her that they are in a really good place.

Michael, Kevin
Michael is reading up on the procedure he is about to undergo when Kevin arrives. Michael closes his computer. Kevin thanks Michael for putting a rush on Mariah’s annulment. Kevin notices Michael is distracted. Michael tells him he is working on an unpredictable case which could be the toughest of his life. Lauren arrives to take him for lunch but Michael says he has to go to a deposition and leaves. He is talking to the doctor’s office and thanks the doctor for not calling his house as he does not want his wife to know about this, as Kevin listens. Kevin hands Michael his briefcase and asks about the phone call. Michael tells him to let it go. After Lauren leaves and Kevin looks at Michael’s computer. In the meantime, Michael is at the doctor’s office and the doctor explains the procedure and say they will have his results within a few days. The doctor leaves to prepare for the procedure. Michael gets a text from Lauren saying she has something special planned for tonight.
