Jack, Phyllis, Summer
Jack tells Phyllis he called Summer. They have to tell her know about her paternity. Phyllis says she needed to hear Sharon admit what she had done. Summer arrives. Jack tells Summer he is not her father, Nick is and always has been. Phyllis tells her Sharon changed the paternity tests and that Sharon admitted it. Phyllis tells her that that psycho did this to them. Jack tells Summer he will always love her and is proud to have called her his daughter. Jack says his heart is breaking. Summer tells Jack he has been so kind to her and they can still be together and leaves. Phyllis tries to console Jack who says he needs to be alone and walks out. At the AC Jack sees an incoming call from Phyllis and declines it. Kelly approaches him and he seems happy to see her.
Sharon, Nick
Nick comes to Sharons and tells her he came to get his things and there is nothing left for them. He accuses her of taking Summer away from him. Sharon tells him she can explain. Nick asks her to explain so he can understand why she did this. She tells him she has loved him all her adult life but then she got sick and started seeing Cassie. She says she wanted to tell him so many times but was afraid of losing him. Then she had the ECT. She admits she made a terrible mistake because of her illness and that was not something she would do as a healthy person. She reminds him they swore to love each other always. She says she needs to be well for the kids and for us. Nick tells her there is no us. He says she broke Summers heart and caused her to lose her mother and father in a short period of time. Sharon starts to cry and Nick tells her that her tears are not going to make a difference. Sharon tells him that he knows how hard she tried to remember. She reminds him he said he didnt care what the secret was. He says anything but this. Sharon asks him to look her straight in the eye and tell her he does not love her. He says falling in love with her was like coming home. She is asking him to trust her and they can get through it. He tells her he does not want to get through it and tells her he doesnt love her anymore and she killed it. As Nick is leaving Sharon tells him she cant lose him. Nick tells her she already did and leaves. Later at the tack house Nick removes the covers on the furniture and removes his wedding ring. He looks up and Summer is at his door. She says dad and she and Nick Hug.
Michael, Kevin, Lauren, Fen
Michael asks the lab to give him the results of his test which they refuse. Kevin comes in and brings Lauren and Fen with him. Fen says Kevin called him and insisted he come home now. Kevin gives them tickets to a ball game. Michael receives a text and says he has a meeting. Fen walks him out and asks if Michael is okay because he is very jumpy. Michael tells him he is waiting for a big verdict. Michael goes to the doctors office. Kevin followed him and sees Michael is greeted by a woman. When Michael comes out of examination Kevin asks if that woman was the one. Michael tells Kevin he is not having an affair, he has cancer.
Vicky, Billy
Vicky comes by the condo to see Billy and apologizes for accusing him of having Ben arrested. Vicky asks if Chelsea had a hand in Bens arrest. Vicky asks Billy to get Chelsea to convince Jeff drop the lawsuit. Vicky tells Billy that Summer is Nicks not Jacks and that Jack will need his support. Billy notices her tattoo ring is gone and she tells him its makeup and she will have it removed after the baby is born. Billy says he hopes that one day they can talk without a cloud of tension between them. Billy thanks her for coming to tell him about Summer. Vicky leaves.
Ben, Kelly, Vicky
Ben is at the AC and tells Kelly he needs to see his mother. He tells Kelly he needs to tell Vicky some information which will change a lot of lives. Kelly tells him she is going to fight for Jack. She tells him that Vicky may be ready to forgive him. Ben asks if she ever thinks about their dads death. She tells him no. She says she hopes things work out for him and Vicky and he hopes the same for her and Jack. Vicky arrives at the AC and Ben tells her he will tell her everything she needs to know tonight over dinner and leaves.

Wasn't there a spoiler awhile back saying that Sharon's consequences wouldn't be that bad? Maybe it will blow over pretty quickly. Phyllis has always been a sneaky underhanded witch and has done things so much worse than this with no excuse other than she's mean and psycho! Sharon at least had a legitimate issue.

Nick, Summer, Vicky
Summer and Nick hug and she tells Nick she knows he is her dad. Nick explains how this happened. Summer feels Sharon tried to erase her out of Nicks life. Summer asks if something can be done about what Sharon did. Nick admits he was the one who started all this in the first place. He admitted the first test was corrupted and he should have had the test redone then Sharon would not have been able to do this. Summer tells him she does not want Nick to forgive Sharon. Nick tells her he does not expect her to cut Jack out of her life. Nick tells her Jack is a good man. He tells Summer no one is ever going to take his Super Girl away from him. Vicky arrives and welcomes Summer back to the family. Summer leaves happy. Vicky asks Nick if there is anything she can do and hugs him. Nick tells her he is done with Sharon and moved out. Later Nick goes to see Sharon and tells her there is something he needs to do. Sharon reminds him how he told her nothing would stop him loving her and she didnt want to get married until the secret was out. Nick say she hurt Summer and says that Faith is going to live with him.
Sharon, Noah
Noah comes to Sharons and she tells him she made Nick believe he was not Summers father and Nick has moved out. Sharon tells Noah she kept reverting to the time she was the happiest and that was trying to get back to that place with Nick. Sharon tells him it was the illness. Noah hugs her. Noah says Sharon knew the truth because as soon as Phyllis came into the church Sharon ran and Noah asks if she ran out for fear of Phyllis exposing her then. Sharon tells him she was not faking the memory loss and when she was with Phyllis that is when the pieces fell into place. He asks her if she knew the secret before the ECT. Sharon tells him she didnt tell Nick because she didnt want to lose him. Noah says she wound up alone anyway.

Michael comes back to his office and Kevin comes in behind him and wants to talk. Michael says its his illness and his business alone. Kevin insists that Michael tell Lauren. Michael tells him he does not have all the facts and will not tell Lauren until he does. Kevin asks how long Michael is going to go on pretending nothing is wrong. He tells Michael Lauren will find out something is wrong. Michael admits he is scared. Michael wants them to live their lives without being consumed with his illness. Lauren comes in and asks if everything is okay. Michael says everything is fine. Kevin leaves. Lauren tells him she knows about the doctors appointment. She tells him she found a pill and everything is fine with it.
Lauren, Phyllis
Lauren bumps into Phyllis at Jabot and tells Lauren she is looking for Jack. Lauren says I take it you and Jack arent together and Phyllis asks why she would say that. Lauren mentions Kellys name and Phyllis says she has met Kelly. Later, alone in Jacks office Phyllis finds her engagement ring, puts it on and says Im home Jack what are you waiting for? Phyllis finds a picture of Kelly in Jacks desk.
Jack, Kelly,
Kelly takes Jack upstairs to her office as Abby comes and sees them. In Kellys office Jack tells Kelly he is not Summers father. He calls to tell Kyle and when he is off the phone Kelly and Jack kiss. Jack breaks away and tells her he cant turn to her when he is in a dark place. He tells her he should be talking to Phyllis. Jack explains that Phyllis knew Sharons secret before she went into a coma. Kelly cant believe that Phyllis waited to tell him about summer and says that is unforgivable. Jack says he was angry with Phyllis going after Sharon. Kelly reminds him Phyllis lied to him. He reminds Kelly he has not been completely honest with Phyllis which he is going to correct.
Abby, Vicky
Vicky comes into the AC and tells Abby that Jack just found out that Summer is not his daughter. Abby says Sharon has a screw loose and wants to wring her neck. Abby says Victor must be lapping this up. Abby asks how Summer will take this news. Abby insists that Vicky get that paternity test done immediately. Vicky says she will once the baby is born. Vicky tells her she has a date with Ben and Abby tells her Ben will say anything to keep Vicky in his life. Abby does to CL and bumps into Summer and tells her the Abbott family will always welcome her. Noah arrives and apologizes to her about Sharon. Summer does not want him to keep defending Sharon. Summer gets a call from Kyle.

Phyllis, Billy, Jack
Phyllis is in Jacks office and Billy comes in. She asks Billy why the picture of Kelly is in Jacks desk. Billy accuses Phyllis of doing a real number on Jack. Phyllis says this is Sharons fault not hers. She says if Billy does not want to tell her about the photo she is going to go and ask Jack. Billy says he will tell her but Phyllis makes an assumption and says Jack is protecting him and took the photo away from him. Billy tells her Kelly didnt destroyed his marriage, Adam did when he killed Delia. He says he met Kelly in grievance counselling. Phyllis remains suspicious about Kelly. Later Jack comes home and asks how Phyllis could have done that to him. He said she was more interested in getting even with Sharon which was more important than telling him Summer was not his daughter. She tries to hug him and he backs away saying he needs a shower after his workout. Jack gets called to work and Phyllis sees his cell phone. Phyllis listens to a voice messages from Kelly and reads the text messages between Jack and Kelly admitting their love for each other.
Jack, Kelly, Jack
Kelly agrees Jack needs to tell Phyllis about them and tells Jack Phyllis shamed Sharon into telling the truth without any regard how this would hurt him. He tells Kelly he does not want to add to Phyllis pain. Kelly tells him she loves him and he loves her and he agrees. She kisses him but he breaks away and says that someone he loves is about to be hurt. Kelly tells him this is not his fault.
Adam, Sage
Adam is watching Chelsea with Connor when she says Billy is moving his boxes in. She thinks he will be very comfortable living with them, which upsets Adam but continues to watch Chelsea and Connor. Chelsea tells Connor she will tell him all about his daddy and how much he loved Connor. She tells Connor that although Billy is not his daddy he will be someone Connor can look up to and play ball with. She also says that with Johnny they can be a real family. In anger Adam tries to stand but falls down. Sage finds Adam and gets help getting him back to bed. Adam asks her to help him. Sage tells him he needs to rest but she will drive him to town to see Chelsea and Connor. She then gives him a shot which knocks him out.

Nikki says she will get her a fresh glass because Nikki has a bit of a cold. Vicky says she just saw Nick who is hurt and upset. Nikki understands Sharon was ill but this is unforgivable. Vicky says she is not going to let love blind her and says she is not going to let anyone ruin her life so she is cancelling her date with Ben because she does not want to hear his lies. She says Ben always has a good reason for lying and that Ben killed his father. Nikki says maybe he didnt. Nikki encourages Vicky to have dinner with Ben and let him explain. After Vicky leaves Nikki has a drink and calls Maureen. She tells her Vicky has been asking a lot of questions about Ben and asks Maureen not to tell anyone she has been drinking, especially her family.
Chelsea, Billy
The balloon in Connors room floats to the ceiling and in the process of trying to get it down, Chelsea knocks a camera down. Billy comes in and she tells Billy she found it in the light fixture and that Adam must have put it up as security. Chelsea seems unsettled after throwing the camera away.

- Joe accuses Avery of bailing on him just like she will on Dylan when he lets her down. Avery slaps him

Some of these storylines are dragging, I just watched a weeks worth of shows yesterday while working from home, as my interest is not peaked (well, Colin catching Devon and Hillary....).
I am glad that the paternity issue with Sommer is done, but I just don't get where the writers are going with this. I like Gina T. (used to watch GL), but I don't think I like her version of Phyllis...

its going to go down this way as I see it...Billy will rescue her and help deliver the baby in the delivery room....or the closet

Good point. Phyllis changed paternity and "stole" a child (Daniel NEVER knew his bio dad) because she wanted Danny to be her man. Everyone, including Danny,eventually forgave her. Nick ignored a faulty paternity test and duped everyone into thinking it said Summer was his, thus potentially "stealing" a child from Jack, because he wanted a child. He was forgiven pretty quickly by everyone. Sharon was mentally ill, off her meds (was Victor swiping them?) and she was seeing Cassie/Mariah. After the ECT, she kept insisting she was covering something up, so her inner self was trying to tell the truth. Everyone sees her as The Ultimate Evil and so far, no one but Noah is showing her any compassion. WTH?
Then Phyllis claims Sharon pushed her down the stairs. I say kick Phyllis down those stairs for real this time. Just for fun.

Didn't the doctor warn Victor a couple of times that the medicine used to bring her out of the coma was experimental and the effects on her brain and personality were unknown? That she may not be the same person she was? Maybe they really are trying to remake her as evil. She's done her job convincing me, if that's the case.
I was thinking this too. I think the experimental drugs will have wiped her warmth and loving feelings away making her stone cold. I like this new Phyllis. I don't see her as evil so much as cold hearted...Lady Stoneheart

maybe someone should try to run phyllis over with a car and attempt kill her...oh wait...another thing Phyllis did that she got away with it and was forgiven for......I thought of this as well and that they were bringing back the OLD Phyllis that was evil from years and years ago.....
I have a feeling that she is going to turn into a Sheila and go after Kelly....but Kelly will prove that she is not this sweet woman that everyone thinks she is....
and we will find out that Kelly is the one that killed her father however Ben thinks it was his mom where as his mom never told him that it was Kelly because she wanted to protect her....and we will see Kelly turn psycho...find out that she killed Delia, and making Jacks world crash and burn....AAAAAGAIN......
remember there was another person on there, Right above Adams info on the police SUV license report, was the name "Kelly White" !! had a black SUV that gave us all the impression it was Kelly and that was the last we heard about it when Adam was accused..... this will come up again ....IMO
but its a soap who knows what will ever happen.....

I must have been sleeping when Phyllis had a warm and loving feeling. I don't remember her ever being that way. She was always all about what Phyllis wants, never caring who she hurt in the process or who she destroyed to get there. I think this is just a continuation with a different actress. I do like Gina T better than the oldPhyllis but no matter who plays her, she's still self-centered and coniving.

Paul, Chris Harding, Dylan
Paul is getting a background report on Joe when Chris arrives and starts to kiss him. She says now that things have settled down they could continue with their little project having a baby. Paul says its been a privilege getting to know Dylan but they are back on board for a baby and they kiss. Harding comes in with information on Joe and it looks like Joe is clean. He tells Harding to keep digging because he has a gut feeling about him. Dylan arrives and tells Paul Avery can stop Joe from buying half the warehouse district.
Avery, Dylan, Joe
Avery tells Dylan she will not let Joe take CL away from him, legally. She warns him not to take things personally and he says Joe made it personal when he came to town. Avery says Joe could be trying to take revenge against Dylan for taking her away from him. Dylan leaves. Joe comes in and tells her it is sweet that she is defending her boyfriend. She asks him if his reason for coming to GC was personal. He tells her Dylan is not worthy of her and by taking CL away from him he could prove his worthiness. Joe accuses Avery of bailing on him, on Nick and she will on Dylan when he lets her down. Avery slaps him. He draws the wrong conclusion and says she still has feelings for him and kisses her.
Ben, Abby
Ben is placing a dinner order for him and Vicky when Abby arrives and tells him she would not be surprised if Vicky stood him up. Ben advises her that Vicky will not be going back to Billy because Billy has moved on. Abby tells him whatever he has to say will not make any difference. He tells her he is going to tell Vicky the truth and Abby asks which version of the truth he is going to tell Vicky. Ben says he is going to prove to Vicky he is the guy she thought he was and he loves her. Ben tells Abby he does not believe she has ever been in love and says he believes she means well but she hurts the people around her. He asks her not to talk to him about love. Abby leaves him. Later Harding arrives at the AC and he and Abby argue. She tells him thats why she has never been in love because keeps meeting losers like him.
Vicky, Maureen
Vicky says to Maureen she thinks Kelly killed her father. Maureen says Kelly was in school when that happened. Vicky realizes Maureen killed her husband and asks how she could do that and let her son take the blame. Vicky tells Maureen its time the police knew. Maureen tries to stop Vicky from calling and Vicky says Maureen better have a good reason not to call the police. Maureen admits she killed her husband to save Ben and Kelly. She says once her husband lost his job he began drinking and blaming her for everything. Then he hit Ben and she was afraid Kelly was going to be next. She could not call Social Services because Richard threatened to kill them. Ben would just take the beatings until one day he heard her screaming from the beating. One night she went out to tell Richard dinner was ready and he said he didnt want to eat yet and started hitting her. Ben punched him and ran out. Richard was so drunk he just fell. She admits she set the fire, ran out and did not look back. She tells Vicky she would have gone to prison for life, but Ben was a minor and would only have to serve a couple of years. Vicky cant believe Maureen would let Bens life go to ruins like this. Vicky tries to leave and Maureen follows her. She says if Vicky says anything she will go to prison for the rest of her life. In a panic she pushes Vicky into the Janitors cupboard and locks it.
Colin, Hilary, Devon, Cane
Colin comes to see Hilary and tells her he is there to talk about someone close to her heart. He is talking in riddles and Hilary is not sure what he is alluding to. He mentions Devons billions and how much they could buy and leaves. Hilary calls Devon and tells him about the strange visit she just had from Colin and Colin is outside the door listening. Later Neil comes to see Hilary. He tells her he would like to meet Devons special lady and they should invite Devon and her for dinner. Back at the AC Colin has a chat with Devon. Colin sees Cane and walks away. Cane warns Devon not to get involved with Colin and leaves. Devon spots Abby at the bar and Abby asks him what love feels like. He explains what love is to him. Abby is having a second look at her relationships and wonders if she ever was in love.

Vicky, Maureen, Ben
Vicky is locked in the cupboard begging Maureen to let her out. Maureen says she does not trust her. She turns on the exhaust fans and calls Ben, then collapses. Ben arrives at the garage to help his mother. At the hospital Ben is told Maureen needs a bypass. Ben leaves Vicky a message canceling their date and explains Maureen had a heart attack. Back in the cupboard, Vicky picks up a tool to try and get the door open when her first contraction hits.
Ben, Dylan, Joe, Avery
Ben arrives at CL and tells Dylan this date with Vicky is his best shot to get her back. Ben gets a call from Maureen and she tells him where she is and collapses, holding her chest. Dylan tells Ben to go to her while he calls 911. Joe walks in and tells Dylan he saw Avery. Joe tells him Avery clearly stands behind him (Dylan). Dylan tells Joe to get a coffee elsewhere because as long as Joe is trying to buy him out he will not serve him. Avery arrives and tells Dylan that Summer is Nicks daughter and explains how Sharon changed the paternity test.
Joe, Avery, Nick
Avery breaks away from the kiss and warns Joe. Avery tells him kissing her was his power play. She tells him he will never kiss her again. He tells her this is the biggest deal of his career and asks for her help. She tells him she will see him in court and he leaves. Nick arrives and tells Avery Sharon switched Summers paternity test and he needs a lawyer to get full custody of Faith. Avery asks if there is proof and Nick tells her yes. She wants to make sure that Nick is not doing this as revenge against Sharon. He says he cannot risk Faith staying with Sharon. He is worried that Sharon may go off her meds then what? He tells her he is very confused but he needs to protect Faith and leaves.
Summer, Austin, Mariah
Summer tells Austin Nick is her real dad and Sharon switched the paternity test. She tells him none of this had to happen. Mariah arrives and accuses Summer whining again. Summer asks if Mariah is still defending that ***** Sharon. Summer tells Mariah Sharon changed the paternity test. Mariah says to Summer that she is the daughter she lied about to Nick. Summer asks Mariah if she knew what Sharon had done. Mariah explains what she heard Sharon say while she was asleep. Accusations are thrown at Sharon and Phyllis. Mariah tells Summer, the princess needs to grow up and then go to hell. Talking to Austin, Summer accuses Mariah of knowing all along what Sharon did. Austin is trying to play devils advocate and Summer tells him never to defend Sharon or Mariah to her again. He tells her he is on her side. Nick comes in and asks if she is okay she shakes her head no and Nick says neither is he and they hug.
Sharon, Nick, Faith, Mariah
Sharon tells Nick Faith needs to stay with her and Nick says she is taking her because she needs stability. Faith comes down thinking there will be a wedding party. Nick tells her there will not be a wedding. Faith wants to know when they are going to get married. Nick tells her they have decided not to get married and are not going to live together. Faith calls him a liar and runs to her room. Nick tells Sharon they will never be married and Sharon offers to let him stay on the couch and Nick says he will never stay in that house again. Mariah comes home and tells Sharon that Summer blames everything on Sharon. Sharon asks Mariah to save tearing her apart until the next day because she cannot take any more today. Mariah comes home and Sharon explains that she was ill when she changed the paternity test and was afraid of hurting Nick and now she has torn the family apart. Mariah hugs her.
Phyllis, Jack
Phyllis reads the texts on Jacks phone. She says they are old texts and he needed someone to comfort him when a new text from Kelly comes in saying she will wait as long as it takes because after today she believes in them. Jack calls her and to call and hear her voice is still a surprise. Jack tells her he will be home soon and they need to talk. Jack comes home and Phyllis says they need to talk about what they found. Phyllis says she is healthy so why are they waiting to get married and she wants to get married now. She kisses him and tells him she has had her say and asks what he wanted to tell her. Jack decides not to tell Phyllis about Kelly. Phyllis wants a big engagement party and says she will get Kelly to plan this event. Phyllis says that she and Kelly will take care of everything.
