Thanks! All this was due to a wind storm Friday night. 81mph gusts. My DS14 has severe asthma. His inhalers wasn't doing the trick, so I had no choice. We checked into a hotel this afternoon. Its not the best choice but at least it has A/C and free wifi! They are working hard to restore the power. 27,000 of us are without power in my city alone.

I feel so sorry for everyone without power. We were lucky in our part of NoVA - we were only off the grid for 5 hours. You made the right decision to go to a hotel - very smart. I do hope everyone gets their power restored ASAP.

We have been without lower since Friday night. In 103degree heat! Theyre saying it will be until July 7 before we have power back so I probably won't be posting much this week. Keep your fingers crossed for us in southwest Virginia.

UGH!!!! I have been reading about that....stay as cool as possible and buy some Gatorade!

Did anyone else laugh at Victor in the park for the fireworks in a suit?? (And isn't it a touch hypocritical to pick on Jack and Nikki for watching fireworks and not looking for Abby when he and Sharon were doing the same thing?)

They end up in a lip lock and start to make out

Tucker runs in to Genevieve at the club
he tells her he'll still pay her expenses if she wants live somewheres's else because of the cops and the investigation
She tells him she is going to pay him back every penny

Billy sends a cake to Victoria
Adam and Chelsea discuss her concerns about getting married
Adam/Chelsea run into Victoria at CL and tell her about the engagement, she blows it all out of proportion
and accuse them of doing it just hurt the family
Adam defends Chelsea and tells Victoria never to talk about Chelsea that way again

Kay, Murph, Neil, Sophia, Tucker, Ashley, Devon, Ana and Harmony gather at Kay's for a barbeque
Devon and Tucker reconcile
Devon tells Kay he would love it if she helped him with his business
Harmony and Ashley have another confrontion
Harmony spends timee with Ana
Devon tells Ana he wants her to record a song
Sophia tells Neil to not let anything stand in the way of his being with Harmony
Tucker surprises Ashley with a spa day

Genevieve, Cane and Lily discuss the mystery package
Cane receives an e-mail from someone using the names him and Samantha had for each other when the were children
we see a flashback of young Cane and Samantha playing with the car and doll and using those name
Cane tells Genevieve and Lily about the names
Cane accuses Genevieve of knowing about the names because she was around a lot more than Colin was
Genevieve defens herself saying that she would never use Samantha to torment him Cane apologizes but she gets visibly upset and excuses herself from the table
Cane tells Lily he is going to find out who is tormenting him

Ashley and Tucker share a small kiss, Abby walks in and gets upset, the police come down and arrest her and Carmine

Jealousy rears its ugly head when Sharon sees Adam and Chelsea celebrating their engagement. Sharon's date with Victor is cut short because of Abby's arrest, she ends up hanging out with Tucker
Victor and Ashley are not in a forgiving mood with Abby, infact Victor is hoping she gets what is coming to her but sadly she gets off again with only a fine and community service. Carmine remains stuck in jail
Kyle gifts his father a watch for his birthday, its very expensive but not to worry its from the bonus he got from Victor. Kyle then leaves to hang out with Abby while Jack asks Ashley to stay with him since she won't go back to Abby's
Anita learning of Chelsea's engagement just had to come back. Anita exposes Jeffrey as the father, she gives proof to back it up explaining a birthmark Jeff has. Jeff hugs Chelsea then confronts Anita who only exposed him after money stopped coming in. News of their marriage still a secret

Next - Victoria continues her I am scared Adam and Chelsea will hurt the family ; Heather removes herself from the investigation

Had to laugh at Jeffrey's comment to Chelsea's mom "didn't you used to wear really short, shorts?" To which she replied "yes, with a bikini top". Funny jab at her Daisy Duke days.

Sharon lets Chelsea know that Adam didn't give her his mom's ring.

Adam wants to team up with Victor in business but for Victor to agree, Adam has to dump Chelsea.

Adam warns Victor against harming Chelsea; he will seek revenge if he does.

Sharon and Adam have a run in.. She tries to persuade him to see her side, but it has a reverse effect and makes him want to elope with Chelsea.

Sharon overhears Victor and Nikki discussing her mishandling the horse he gave her. Afterwards, Sharon goes and steal a necklace.

Jerry Douglas just posted on his Facebook page that he just finished taping his scenes on Y & R which will air on August 1st. He mentioned that it will probably be the last show that all the Abbotts will be shown together in one or two scenes. The scenes were touching & wonderful experience for him.

Ronan questions Paul, gets into it with Nina. Christine returns wanting to fight his case. Meanwhile, evidence clears Daniel of being involved in what happened to Daisy (cameras caught Ricky tossing Daisy's things)

Next - Michael fills Christine in on the case ; Eden starts to remember ; Daniel suspicious of his mother

Heading to the States for a month - be in WDW on the 16th

if i'm lucky and not exhausted i may be able to catch some shows on cbs.com since i will actually be in the states they can't stop me anymore

i hate that they won't let anyone outside the boarders see shows when we can get the channel here agrrr - oh well

Adam house hunts, Gloria has the perfect place for him. He is going to get Genevieve's home

Next - Tucker misunderstands Ashley ; Michael confronts Phyllis while Heather asks Christine about the receipt

In the July 16th issue of Soap Opera Digest it features an article entitled "Chris Busts Phyllis".. The article explains that while Chris is represented Paul she discovers evidence Ricky left behind that ties Phyllis to the hit and run 18 years ago. Chris is shocked and she tells Paul. She tells Paul Phyllis must have witnessed Danny and she kissing the night of their wedding. Surprisingly, Paul is not that phased by the whole thing. Chris then heads over to Phyllis's where she confronts her about the hit and run. At first things are calm but then it turns heated. By the end of the confrontation, Cricket is shocked by a legal loophole. For the full article pick up the latest issue of SOD.
