I also hate the way Victoria is talking down to Chelsea....she sounded like such a snob.....i understand her concern but please....bring it down a notch.

Eileen Davidson (Ashley) will soon make her exit from THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS... and head right over to DAYS OF OUR LIVES, where she'll reprise the role of Kristen Blake. A spokesperson for the soap confirms that the fan favorite will reprise the character she played on the NBC soap from 1993-'98 starting October 11.

In addition to the role of Stefano's adopted daughter, Kristen, Davidson also played the roles of siblings Susan Banks, Penelope Kent, Thomas Banks and Sister Mary Moira Banks on the NBC soap. "I'm thrilled to embark on this new adventure at Days and excited to revisit Kristen and who knows who else! Not to mention my old friends in the cast and crew," Davidson told The Hollywood Reporter, who first broke the news.

Phyllis continues to hide the truth from Nick, makes up some lame excuse about what is really bothering her. Michael confronts her about what he found, she continues to lie which makes Michael suspicious
Nina ranting to Paul about Ronan. Nina is pissed that Ronan won't believe Paul is innocent and how he is making this personal. Paul tells her not to be mad at him
Christine going through things with Heather, recognizes the reciept but does not tell Heather why she recognizes it. Christine investigates more and realizes it was Phyllis who ran her down
Christine goes to talk to Paul about what she found. Paul asks what Phyllis motive would be to run them down. Christine remembers kissing Danny, that must've been what set her off. Christine confronts Phyllis

Next - Chloe wants to testify against Carmine ; Christine's confrontation with Phyllis continues, she knows Phyllis would have done anything to keep her away from Danny

That's funny. My husband asked the exact same question last night. I love it when we all still want them to be a tiny bit accurate.

On today's episode, Christine said that, at the time of the accident, she was a federal agent. There is no SOL on attempted murder of a fed. Phylis is going down!

Michael confronts Phyllis about the hit and run. Phyllis tells Michael she didn’t do it as Nick walks in. Nick gets upset with Michael who tells Phyllis before he leaves it’s in her best interest to come clean. After Michael leaves Nick asks Phyllis if she did it. Phyllis tells him no but no one will believe her. Nick tells her he’ll stick by her and goes to see Michael and asks him why he is harassing his wife.

Michael informs Avery that Phyllis was behind the hit and run. Avery tells him not to speak to her client.

Paul finally gets out jail and goes to CL with Nina and Christine to plan Ricky’s funeral. Paul tells Nina that Ricky’s Grandparents are devastated and won’t be at the funeral. Later Christine in forms Paul that Phyllis can pay for her crime because she was working for the Federal government as an agent at the time of the hit and run and that rules out the Statute of limitations . Christine tells Paul Phyllis will go to jail for her crime.

Cane and Lily talk about Gen and where she is getting her money. Cane goes to see Gen and finds out that Tucker has been paying Gens bill. Cane asks Tucker to not bring Gen down as she’s finally starting over. Gen tells Cane to let her handle things and that she’ll be ok. Later at home Lily and Cane get a knock on the door. At the door there is a letter with some of Gens missing money.

Tucker and Harmony run into each other at Glow worm. Later Anna calls and asks Harmony if she and Neil want to come and listen to the new song that she recorded. Harmony and Neil talk about their feelings for each other. Harmony asks Neil out on a date.

Or how about when just 2 weeks ago Michael told Avery and Heather that based on the evidence, the hit and run was still an open case.

Nick leaves Phyllis after finding out about the hit and run. At first he's in denial and stands with her but after talking with Avery, who he thinks believes Phyllis is guilty, he confronts his wife. At first Phyllis doesn't want to admit the truth but then she finally relents and tells Nick that she rented the car but did not really intend on running down Cricket and Paul. Basically the same story she told Daniel, it was an accident. Nick does not believe her, he is disgusted and leaves. Only time will tell if Nick and Phyllis will be able to survive this new obstacle.
