Avery confronts her sister, Phyllis gets defensive which only adds to Avery's suspicions. Meanwhile, Nick makes a fool of himself getting on Michael's case. Michael tells him he did not know Phyllis then. Avery tells Nick she thinks Phyllis is guilty
Its Ricky's funeral, Heather, Christine, Nina and Paul attend. Paul asks for some time alone where he apologizes for failing to be there for his son, we see someone else was there. They leave behind a rosary
Christine tells Michael about the statute of limitations not applying to Phyllis, they can prosecute her. Michael goes to Phyllis, he warns her not to say a word to him and that Christine has found a way to prosecute her
Adam wants a partnership with Victor but he disapproves of Adam's relationship with Chelsea. He refuses to accept her as his daughter in law. Chelsea and Adam decide to elope
Sharon who had an earlier run in with Chelsea and Adam then overhears Nikki and Victor talking about her. It all leads to Sharon returning to old ways, she becomes a kleptomaniac again

Next - Paul is arrested, has been charged with Ricky's murder ; Michael warns Phyllis ; Phyllis wants to know if Nick thinks she is guilty

Nick leaves Phyllis after finding out about the hit and run. At first he's in denial and stands with her but after talking with Avery, who he thinks believes Phyllis is guilty, he confronts his wife. At first Phyllis doesn't want to admit the truth but then she finally relents and tells Nick that she rented the car but did not really intend on running down Cricket and Paul. Basically the same story she told Daniel, it was an accident. Nick does not believe her, he is disgusted and leaves. Only time will tell if Nick and Phyllis will be able to survive this new obstacle.

I sure hope he runs back to "rescue" Sharon again

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Discovers Phyllis' Dark Secret!

Nick/Phyllis: The Newman playboy is finally clued in on Red's decades ago dirty deeds involving Paul and Cricket. Nick is floored by what he learns from Michael about his wifebeing accused of running her enemies down. Nick knows Phyllis can be hasty when she's backed into a corner, but never thought she was capable of attempting murder!

Later, Nick bumps into Avery, whom he quickly realizes believes her sister is guilty. Meanwhile, Michael attempts to get his best friend to admit what she did and answer to the charges. Phyllis balks at his suggestion. When Nick arrives, he confronts his wife about the hit-and-run. Phyllis confesses to renting the car, but claims she wasn't thinking clearly when she witnessed the kiss between Danny and Cricket. According to Phyllis she "mistakenly" hit gas instead of the brake pedal. Nick doesn't buy it. Fed up with her lies, he walks out on his bride.

Nick/Sharon/Victor: Reeling from his encounter with Phyllis, Nick runs into Sharon, whom he confides in. When Victor learns of what's transpired, he offers Nick a solution — a quicky divorce from Phyllis! Will he take his dad up on the offer?

Victor/Nikki: The two have a huge blowup regarding the socialite's engagement to Jack. Nikki's actions have Victor asking a shocking question to Sharon.

Jack/Ashley: The siblings argue yet again about Jabot and Beauty of Nature.

Billy: The Abbott bad boy decides to write an article about Phyllis in Restless Style. Look for this to cause drama on the homefront.

Carmine/Abby: Victor orders his youngest child to the ranch for a chat, following her latest stunt. Abby shocks her father by bringing Carmine along as well! The naked heiress wants everyone to know Carmine is in her life for keeps. Victor demands the bartender leaves his ranch. Carmine complies, believing Abby is pulling another scheme to get attention.

Later, Victor rips Abby a new one and insists she keep away from Carmine. Abby informs her father she's not ditching Carmine. Abby isn't about to let anyone control her life, including TGVN! She leaves to find Carmine, tracking him down at a basketball court. She then apologizes for her actions. When Carmine balks, calling her a spoiled brat, the two begin bickering, which leads to a kiss and more!

Cane: The Aussie con man's past is coming back to stir up trouble once again.

Nina throws a fit because Paul got arrested. Christine puts up a fight but Michael reminds her there is no evidence that supports Paul's story, she needs to put a case together
Sharon has*a run with Nikki who tells her about mishandling her horse, Sharon says its none of her business. Sharon heads back to the ranch, talks business with Victor who notices her new necklace
Jack is determined to walk on his wedding day, asks the Sarge not to tell anyone about his progress. Sarge wishes him well. Jack joins Nikki as they plan their wedding
Nick confronts Phyllis who can no longer hide her guilt, he says she only came clean now since her back was against the wall. He says he should have feared for Sharon's life since she ran down Christine out of jealousy. Nick walks out

Next - Kevin doesn't want to work with Adam ; Victor wants Carmine out of his house ; Door open to the tack house, Sharon sees Nick inside

Or how about when just 2 weeks ago Michael told Avery and Heather that based on the evidence, the hit and run was still an open case.

I have a headache...

Do the writers think we are this stupid...ugh! I caught a number of ooops this past couple weeks.....

And as for Christine...I was like what...she was a federal agent back then???? wait I don't think so....:

as for Phyllis we all know that she won't be going down...well not a long stay in the jail anyway...after all they never do...but she will loose all that is important to her...like Nick...at least for a few months until he comes back to her after a few months with Sharon...we know how that all goes.

And Sharon steeling again...ok....brain tumor or old steeling habit...maybe both. She clearly does not dig Victor...just the status of the Victor Newman name. How she can sleep with this man is beyond me.

On to Paul...as he was sitting near Ricky's grave telling him all about what a better father he should have been I was like ...yup...you were a dead beat dad....but your son also had his mothers genes...and his Aunts Genes also....why is it that all these men want children so badly but when they get them they ship them off?

Christine...she bugs me...I always liked to watch her when she was Cricket...but she is so,I don't know stiff might be the word.....I like Nena(sp) she always makes me smile.

My favorites are still Kevin, Michael and Billy... they never let us down.

Phyllis begs Nick to stay he leaves Sharon sees the lights on iin Nick's house and wonders whats wrong. Victor shows up, sharon leaves and Nick tells him what Phyllis did Victor offer him the Newman jet to fly to the Carribean for a quickie Divorce and tells Nick to keep Summer away from Phyllis.

Abby arrives at Victor's with Carmine on her arm, Victor kicks him out and gives Abby a talking to. Later Abby finds Carmine on the basket ball court and they make love.

Adam offers Chloe/Kevin a lot of money and tells them he wants 50%. Chloe begs Kevin to give Adam a shot. Adam tells Chelsea he wants to go to Kansas to get Married and announces to the club about his marriage to Chelsea and buys everyone a drink, Sharon overhears and offers her congrats. Kevin/Chloe tell Adam that they have a deal.

Victor asks Sharon to move in

Adam & Chelsea pack for their trip. Adam leaves to meet Gloria about buying Gen's house. He buys house, tells Gloria he's eloping and gives her the number where he will be.

Sharon puts Victor off about moving in with him. Says she has to consider her children. She heads to GCAC to see Adam but runs into Chelsea. Sharon asks where they are going - she mentions Tahoe, where they eloped to, and New Orleans. Chelsea says someplace close to his heart, so NOT those places. Chelsea is confident in the relationship. She wonders why Sharon cares. Sharon says Adam is just on a high from being a hero, and wants to maintain that feeling. Chelsea puts Sharon in her place. Adam arrives. They leave for Kansas. When they arrive Adam has something "old, new" etc. on bed waiting for her - including, dresses that she can pick from & her Mom's earrings.

Gloria sees Sharon at the bar. I think she offers sympathy - Sharon acts like she doesn't care that Adam & Chelsea are eloping. For some reason she tells Gloria she had a gift for Adam but doesn't remember where they are staying. Gloria has that info & supplies it for Sharon.

Sharon head to ranch, tells Victor she's going to visit Noah in NY, to talk to him about moving in with Victor. Victor offers use of the jet, she declines & makes a reservation for Kansas.

Ronan visits Phyllis. Offers his support. Christine calls while he's with Phyl. She will be arrested soon. Phyllis wants to talk to Summer. Goes looking for her. Summer is with Nick. He tells her Phyl might be in big trouble, but doesn't give details & doesn't tell her he's left Phyl. ETA: Summer thinks & is glad Phyl has Nick to support her through whatever is going on.

Earlier, Avery took Nick to task for not supporting Phyl. Avery then does some business with Victor. He wants to set up a trust for Johnny that Billy can never touch. They discuss her defending Phyl. She says she's a good multitasker and can handle all.

Ronan & Heather both very negative about what Christine wants. Heather thinks Christine should be concentrating on Paul, she sees Daniel & Lucy at CL - they discuss it. Ronan says Phyl has changed, why does she need to pursue this? Christine insists this go forward. Warrant is granted. They go to arrest Phyllis.

Phyllis is with Daniel, holding Lucy. Daniel encourages her not to give up. Later, Summer & Nick are there, Summer still unaware of whole situation. Daniel is holding Lucy. Ronan comes in to arrest Phyllis. Christine wants Ronan to CUFF Phyllis but he refuses, takes Phyl out, followed by Chris & Heather. As Phyl is taken away snarks at Chris that she must be LOVING this.

Summer freaks out Victoria shows up and offers to watch Lucy when the sitter can't come right away
Billy shows one of the producers for the TV show around the office

Christine/Ronan arrive with Phyllis along with Nick and are greeted by Michael and Avery
Nick tells Phyllis that Avery will take care of her. He leaves to check on Summer
Christine and Ronan tell each other not to let their Personal feelings get in the way of things
Michael meets with Phyllis/Avery in the interrogation room
Avery offers Michael a deal on Phyllis being charged with aggravated battery, Christine says she won't accept any deal that doesn't include prison time
Heather tells Paul Phyllis has been arrested

Billy arrives at CL with the producer
Victoria tells him about Phyllis he then tells the producer about it
The producer says they will have to put the show on hold until they find out where Phyllis' case is going
Billy says they won't have to that he'll fire Phyllis and use the story on her past deeds coming back to haunt her as a series pilot

Michael, Avery and Christine agree on a five year prison term but Phyllis refuses to take the deal
Christine talks to Paul about the H&R
Christine makes a comment to Phyllis about calling Danny which infuriates Phyllis
On their way to lock up Paul confronts Phyllis about the H&R and says if anyone deserves her past deeds to come back and bite her it is her
Ronan accompanies Phyllis to lock up and tells Phyllis to take the deal
Daniel and Heather commiserate about their parents being in jail

Victor starts to wonder when he can't get a hold of Sharon and finds out Adam is out of town
Victor offers to call Noah for Nick
Victor finds out Sharon is not in NY and learns Adam is in Kansas with Chelsea, eloping
He makes a call to find out where Sharon used her Credit card and learns she went to Kansas

Adam/Chelsea some time together talking about the wedding and then make love
Sharon lets herself into the farm
Adam arrives at the farm and finds Sharon there, She tries everything she can to get Adam not to marry Chelsea
After Sharon tells Adam he loves her, he tells he loves her to but he loves Chelsea more and that Chelsea is his bestfriend and that she gets him
Adam leaves Sharon to wallow in self pity

Next - Phyllis is fired ; Nick punches out Billy ; Jack and Ashley face off over Jabot

I don't think she should get away with that at all....but I don't think after 20 she needs to prove her case on why.....I also think Kristina is not the one to head up this case....why is she not off the case letting someone else head it up?????? is she really allowed to do that?????

I don't know who I find more annoying right now - Christine for being so self-righteous, Sharon for being so arrogant to think Adam wants her, or Victor for acting like he's all annoyed with Sharon because he is so flawless.

Compared to the three of them, I'm really cheering for Phyllis right now, and loving Adam and Chelsea together.
