Tucker awakes from his coma. He tells Ashley that he remembers that Abby was driving the car. Ashley calls Victor who kidnaps Abby and puts her into a rehab facility. The familiar face that Abby sees is Eden. Tucker asks Ashley to marry him right there in his hospital room and she agees. Katherine walks in at the end of the ceremony and is not happy about the marriage.

There is a spoiler for next week that Katherine and Victor clash.

•Victor kidnaps Abby and takes possession of the camera which has her confession. Abby is determined to confess but Victor and Ashley want Abby in rehab
•Ashley lies to Tucker and tells him that she was the one driving the night of the accident, not Abby. Tucker doesn't remember seeing Ashley, only Abby
•Kyle tells Jack about Diane trying to take him away, Jack gets pissed and confronts Diane. Jack won't let Diane take away his son again, he'll fight for Kyle
•Spencer questions Tucker about the accident but Tucker says he doesn't remember who hit him. Spencer doesn't drop the charges against Ashley
•A lonely Phyllis tricks Nick into coming to see her, asks him to stay, and cries about feeling guilty and being alone. Nick ends up feeling sorry for her

Next - Katherine is suspicious about why Tucker would say Abby hit him, confronts Victor ; Tucker asks Ashley to marry him

I can't believe Phyllis TRICKS Nick to come to her! She was always saying that Sharon was the needy one who turned on the water works to get Nick's attention!

How childish is Abby? She tells the truth on camera? Wouldn't it have made more sense if she hired a lawyer?

TV Guide reports that Jessica Collins (ex-Dinah Lee, LOVING) will join the CBS soap as attorney Avery Clark; her first airdate is July 27. Avery will represent accused murderess Sharon (Sharon Case) in her upcoming trial. Collins's prime-time credits include recurring roles on AMERICAN DREAMS, TRU CALLING, BIG SHOTS and SCOUNDRELS. I'm hoping that Abby is maturing. I'm hoping that she did the video because it's the only way to get her confession out in the open! My goodness, no one else is allowing her to say it out loud! This video confession would be the first time she's actually, selflessly taken responsibility for something. I'm sure Michael would be front and center if she got arrested!!

Nick goes to the penthouse to find a woeful Phyllis

Phyllis admits that she hates herself for what she’s done

Nick listens as Phyllis wonders if it was all about winning

Tucker wakes up and wants to know why Abby ran him down

Ashley tries to cover by reminding Tucker she was there that night, too

Tucker asks Katherine to give him some alone time with Ashley

Ashley insists Tucker is misremembering things

Kay ponders the discrepancy between Tucker and Ashley’s memories of the accident

The District Attorney arrives with questions of his own

Kay tries to shoo Spencer away, but Tucker allows himself to be grilled

An anxious Ashley leaves to wait in the hallway

Kyle tells Jack that Diane wants them to leave Genoa City

Jack refuses to let them go

Diane tells Jack about her plan to get out from under Victor’s threats

Jack reminds Diane that there is nothing that proves Adam’s involvement

Later, Diane meets with Leslie, who informs her that her chances of beating the SEC are slim to none

Kay runs into Diane at Gloworm and grills her about the accident

Diane stands by her statement that Ashley was the driver

Victor is less than forthcoming when Kay grills him about Tucker’s revelation about Abby

Kay’s suspicions about Ashley grow

Ashley is grateful when she learns Tucker told Spencer he can’t remember a thing

While paging through his hospital release papers, Tucker realizes the accident left him unable to process the written word

Ashley comforts Tucker as he goes through additional tests

Tucker tells Ashley he wants them to be married immediately

Ashley and Tucker are wed in his hospital room with two nurses to witness

Kay is aghast when she walks in as the minister pronounces them husband and wife

Abby decides to put her confession on the web for all to see

Ashley calls Victor to warn him that Tucker believes Abby was driving

Victor responds by tidying up loose ends with his errant daughter

Abby finds herself shanghaied in the nick of time and checked into rehab

At the ranch, Noah asks Victor about Abby

Victor tells Noah that Abby is getting the help she needs

Noah feels badly about not being there to support his aunt

Abby is shocked when she sees Eden

Eden tells Abby that she’s been in rehab for a few months

Abby is surprised when Eden says that she kept her rehab stay a secret from everyone… especially from Noah

Eden is told that her discharge is complete and her ticket to Paris is ready to go

Abby notices that Eden doesn’t seem to want to leave

Eden confesses that she messed up big time with Noah

Abby responds with confidences of her own about the night of the accident

Noah arrives to see Abby

While the Newmans are talking, Eden enters the room

As Abby watches, Eden hides

Abby is thrilled to hear that the DA dropped the charges against Ashley

Eden leaves the center with a new plan

Diane’s bravado fades

No one knows Eden is there and she plans to keep it that way, she doesn't want Noah to be like his father and rescue her and she won't call Michael until she returns to Paris•Katherine confronts Victor about why her son would say Abby tried to run him down. Victor gets very defensive which confirms Katherine's doubts and makes her very upset. Katherine tells Victor it matters to her who ran down her son
•Michael is told the truth about Ashley covering for Abby, Victor wants Michael to make sure this does not go to trial. Michael mentions Diane, it seems he and Victor have come up with a plan basically bribing Diane if she helps Ashley •Tucker needs to sign some papers but is unable to understand what is on the papers, Ashley tells Tucker not to worry that its probably because he was in a coma for so long. Tucker asks Ashley to marry him right now! They wed, Katherine walks in

Next - Nick with a new hair cut comes to see Billy, he asks what the hell is wrong with Billy ; Tucker lashes out at Katherine for the choices she made while he was in a coma

•Victoria tells Nick about Victor's offer, wants Nick to work with her but he refuses to work for Newman as long as Victor is in charge. Nick warns Victoria that Victor is only using her, she doesn't listen and accepts the offer•Billy continues to drink and it seems like he is gambling as well, Nick comes by and sees how self destructive Billy is. Nick tells Billy that Victoria needs him but not like this, he needs to shape up and get his act together
•Diane is told if she helps Ashley then she'll be in the clear with SEC, it does not happen that way. Diane does go to Spencer changing her story, Ashley is free but Diane is not in the clear with the SEC. Diane lashes out at Michael•Tucker confronts Katherine about decisions she made while he was in a coma, he tells Katherine to leave. Tucker tells Ashley he struggled to understand what Katherine was saying. Tucker asks Ashley to run his company and not tell anyone the reason why

Next - Sam asks Sharon out on a date ; Adam has another plan asks Diane if she is in or out ; Kyle asks Jack if he is going to jail

•Adam is suspicious of Diane, he has recorded their conversation in which she talks about her ex husbands Jack and Victor, says nothing about Adam. He is keeping that recording for insurance!!•Kyle asks Jack if he and Diane will go to jail but Jack says that won't happen and warns Victor to stay away from his son. Jack then goes to Adam tells him that he is shutting down the Newman Fund
•Diane goes to Spencer with information about Adam regarding Sharon's escape and tons of dirt about Adam's role in the IPO. Diane tells Spencer she wants immunity in exchange for her testimony!! •Sam asks Sharon out on a date, she is hesitant but finally accepts only to be left waiting for hours until Sam finally shows up. Sam shows up with a change of behavior, he trips and Sharon realizes he is drunk!
•Noah visits Abby in rehab, tells her that Ashley is free. Abby signs out of rehab, Eden decides to go back to Genoa City. Meanwhile, Victor wants Ashley to return the favor of him helping her by going against Jack!

Next - Sharon needs to move on, Sam tells Sharon that running is her M.O ; Nick wants to buy Restless Style from Billy ; Jack and Genevieve have another encounter

After buying Restless Style Nick offers Phyllis a job and she accepts. Victoria is furious that her brother would hire Phyllis and she lashes out at him. Adam asks Nick to use the magazine to prove Sharon's innocence and he agrees but they still get into an argument. As they work together the sexual tension between Nick and Phyllis is evident. Joshua Morrow was quoted as saying one minute Nick is blasting Phyllis for her actions re Lucy then next it is clear he still wants her.

I hate what the writers are clearly doing with this. They are gearing up for another Pyllis/Nick/Sharon triangle. They are putting Phyllis right back in the position to obsess over Sharon.
