Adam tells Diane he's in the clear w/ SEC, she's not. SEC suspects she*& Jack conspired against Victor
Victoria tells Michael she isn't interested in filing an appeal, fears Lucy may end up in foster care
Chloe confronts Billy for drinking, being selfish, tells him about Mac giving birth. Will pursue custody
Sharon injures herself, needs stiches, won't go to the hospital. Sam is suspicious, wants the truth
Adam wants his seat on Newman Board of Directors, but Victor throws his seat out the window!

Next - Sharon tells Sam she is running from mistakes that can't be fixed ; Sophia tells Malcolm the truth ; Genevieve with Neil and Lily, who wants nothing to do with her. Katherine and Jill arrive, Jill tells Genevieve to back off *****!

•Adam tells a reporter about what Victor did, wants it on record that Sharon didn't kill Skye nor did she kill herself. Nick and Adam fight about Sharon
•Katherine finds Jill drinking, at first Jill is annoyed but then opens up to Katherine about foolishly trusting Colin, hating what Cane put Lily through
•Genevieve interrupts Neil and Lily's conversation, wants to know Lily better. Lily makes it clear that she does not want anything to do with Genevieve
•After Olivia tells Sophia her baby may be at risk if Neil is the father, Sophia decides to tell Malcolm that she had sex w/ Neil, he may be the father
•Katherine and Jill see Genevieve w/ Lily, Jill tells her to back off (b-word) Genevieve is not wanted. Genevieve is shocked to see Colin, he's not in jail!

Next - Victor wants Victoria on the board of directors ; Colin wants Jill back ; Chloe tells Cane to stay away from her and her daughter

sooo looks like the writers are stealing scripts again.

just like when victor took over jabot and told jack he wanted "that chair" and jack picked it up and tossed it out the window (and didn't get charged with recless endagernment because he could have killed someone by the way)

Victor just picked up a chair adam was sitting in and said he was going to park his butt in that chair. so victor picked it up and tossed it out the window.

It was so lame that they basically repeated that scene word for word.

Same here have always liked her...but the writers are making her look like a spoiled brat....i get her frustration but does she forget that Kevin was laundering money and she knew about it...and her like was threatened because of it...or all the other stuff she did....

What Billie did buying Rose was wrong but besides that he is a good dad and has not put his life in danger like she did...

If they keep it up with her it will be another person I will FF on when she comes on....

Billy Miller isn't leaving the show. Last week he signed his contract. He will be staying for at least another year.

Do you think the writers did this on purpose? ...recreated the scene as kind of a delayed slap in the face to Victor?! : Kind of like the delayed Neil/Malcolm slap in the face.

Again, I gotta agree! The Chloe stupidity as well as the Victoria stupidity are just...well...stupid! Clearly, Billy's intentions were good. But then again, so are Phyllis'!! Billy shd have known that buying a baby was reckless, but he was desperate to please his wife! Phyllis knows that she's got the unpopular opinion, but she really feels that she's doing the right thing! She certainly doesnt gain anything by keeping Lucy. Personally, I think she's wrong, but if Adam is any indication of what happens to a child that's not raised by the family.... This whole situation is so sad! Phyllis is just as reckless as Billy, having done a really really stupid thing out of desperation!

BTW, it really chapped my bum, today, hearing Victoria say that Billy was "too hard to be with", especially after she lied to and manipulated him AND her own siblings during the recent Newman trust trial!! Victor's words to Victoria about the Abbotts today really pissed me off. Basically calling the Abbotts scum. He MARRIED Ashely many times, and he has an Abbott heart beating in his chest!

- Ashley is released on bail since the star witness - Diane is under federal investigation - Victoria finds Billy with another woman, finds out about his self destructive behavior and rethinks working on her marriage - Diane wants more money from Adam or she'll take him down with her. Adam tells Diane she'll get more money if she continues to help him take down Victor - Abby tells Victor that she is the one who was driving that night and hit Tucker, she remembers everything. Victor calls someone to keep an eye on Abby and what she's upto - Ashley visits Tucker in the hospital, he awakens and struggles to speak. Katherine arrives just in time to hear when Tucker asks why Abby tried to kill him! - Victor serves Adam, Diane and Jack subpoenas. There is now a grand jury investigation - Deacon watches as Abby has Kent record her confession to her reality show fans about hitting and possibly wanting to kill Tucker!!!

Next - Jack and Diane fight over custody of Kyle ; Abby is walking, someone sneaks up from behind (didn't get to see the rest of the previews, it was cut)
