Victoria and Chloe face off over Billy, Chloe blames Victoria for Billy leaving while Victoria snaps at Chloe for keeping Delia away from him. Kevin gets fed up of this and jumps to Billy's defense
Abby learns from Victoria that she is no longer spokesmodel for Beauty of Nature because of what she did. Deacon walks in, drops hints at what he knows which sends Abby into a panic
Ronan questions Victor about Diane signing over custody of Kyle to him instead of Jack. Victor gives him the watch, tells him how Adam tried to set him up. Ronan asks how he got this if he didn't meet Diane at the park?
Adam confronts Ronan for taking his ring, the test results are back and its revealed that Adam's ring has a chip on it. Basically it couldn't have been the ring that left the imprint on Diane's arm
Kevin has had enough of Chloe's ranting about Billy, Ronan and Chance. He figures she has a thing for bad boys and that he means nothing to her. He decides he is through with her, walks out

Next - Tucker tells Abby he's kept quiet about what he knows ; Nick tells Ashley about the phone call ; Katherine tells Jack of her plans to sell Jabot

I have to chime in about the Victor as Kyle's guardian thing - it's really pissing me off. There is NO WAY that Diane could try to pull that off with out jack knowing/concenting. When my cousin was told he was going to Afghanistan for 14 months, what to do with his 2 kids that he has full custody of? My aunt & uncle (his parents) were ready to move to the Camp LeJeune area to live in his house to watch the kids (my uncle is a retired Marine). Apparently the ex-wife/mother has first dibbs on them, or must concent to other arrangements (which she did for her daughter, who is a junior in high school and did not want to leave her school and go to Colorado where her mother now lives). I really don't think there is a legal way that Diane could pull this without Jack's knowledge in the very least. This is what annoys me about these Stupid Writers. Most nights when I get home, I could care less about watching this show (I TiVo it) and I have been watching it since 1973! It's more habit anymore!

PS: I feel like Diane isn't dead, that they made a corpse to look like her or something. I mean, these writers aren't realistic anyway....

I hope not, the more I hear about this actress the less I like her.

Victoria Rowell and I have had words on Twitter. She was talking terrible things about the cast a few years back and I told her she was "touched in the head" she bashed me, and I bashed her right back. That was back when she approached Sony to go back to the show and Christel (Lily) Michelle (Phyllis) and several other cast members went to Sony and begged them not to hire her back. That pissed VR off and she went on Twitter to talk trash about all of them. Because they got their way, VR didn't get her job back.

Now. I know from several sources that she was on the Y&R lot. Nothing has been released saying she's coming back. The only thing I know 100% is that her close friend Debbie Morgan (from AMC) will be on the show this fall. But NOTHING has been released from Y&R saying that VR will return. The only person talking about this is VR herself. She likes to toot her own horn especially on Twitter.

I hope she doesn't come back, she has burned too many bridges on Y&R, but who knows, its possible Sony offered the actors more money to put up with her drama.

Next week Michael organizes a memorial service for Diane. For Kyle's sake everyone puts their negative feelings for Diane aside and attend the service. Ronan shows up which makes everyone tense. After the service Ronan asks people to stay. Kyle is escorted out then Ronan starts talking about Diane's death. What he says causes conflict and the memorial service almost ends in a brawl.

Ronan tells them that he knows everyone is withholding information and that the innocent should come forward now with what they know. He has them suspecting one another and it isn't long before the finger pointing starts.

When the police search the Abbott house they don't find Jack's Harvard ring. Kyle hid it. He does not know whether his father killed his mother but he lost one parent and is not about to lose another.

Abby is delighted when Ashley tells her that she and Tucker are seperated. But she is upset when Ashley refuses to end the marriage. Abby then tells Ashley she is sure Tucker killed Diane. Abby goes to the police with her theory.

Deacon tells Phyllis he saw her leave the scene of Diane's murder. He said he will keep the information to himself if she agrees to go out with him. The writer previewing the spoiler says that while Deacon would not mind scoring with Phyllis that is another his real agenda.

Next week Colin and Genevieve's confrontation ends with sex. Afterwards Colin goes to see Jill and tells her he loves her and is ready to divorce Genevieve. When Jill is skeptical Colin calls Genevieve and demands a divorce. Genevieve refuses and goes ballistics trashing her house. Then she decides to pay Jill a visit.

The show confirmed that the actress will be gone for a month while she works on another project. Her exit will be written into the story line

The writers refer to Genevieve and Colin's relationship as a pathological attraction that is very powerful. From their comments Jill seems to be an after thought and the focus is on Genevieve and Colin. So much for hoping that this plot would at least give Jill a front burner story line.

Averys' surprising connection to someone in GC is revealed (brace yourself, but does anyone remember Matt Clark?) He's the man who raped Sharon years ago. Avery's FULL name is Avery Bailey-Clark. I was hoping it was just a coincidence but now, I'm starting to wonder. I could be way off, it could be the girl that Adam is using as an alibi. Elena. I still think she's working for Avery.

Katherine and Tucker face off in court. Who will gain control of Jabot?

Billy Miller isn't gone. I think the show was preparing for him to leave and they wrote his exit into the storyline. They film weeks in advance so Now that he's staying, he will be back, I just don't know when. I hope when he returns, he comes home to a pregnant Victoria!

Maura West was WASTED with this role. I would have love to have seen her stay. She deserved better!

I could not agree more! The writers were very short sighted to waste her talent like that.

Do you guys really think Maura West was wasted in her role?! I thought she was superb! The actresses before her portrayed a kind of a mean-girl style of Diane Jenkins, really one-dimensional, but Maura brought the heat!!! I agree, it's a shame that it was short lived, but I think they needed the viewers to see a desperation in Diane in order to have someone to kill her AND stuff a key down her throat!! ...and Maura never disappoints! Only MW could bring that kind of simultaneous vulnerability, strength, sensuality, desperation and %itchiness to life! I think she delivered an emmy worthy performance in the short time she was there! That cant be a waste, can it??

Is custody something you can actually will? Wouldn't Jack have no trouble getting sole custody? That makes no sense.

Does anyone know Kyle's last name?? Did either Victor or Jack ever actually establish custody when he was born?
