Maura West was WASTED with this role. I would have love to have seen her stay. She deserved better!

I loved how Victoria called Kyle her nephew. When it comes to Billy Abbott, Victoria is the best. Now, she's back with her daddy she is harder to watch. Victor has ruined every relationship she has had, if she knew that Victor was the one who caused Billy to loose DD, I doubt she would be hugging him and calling him Daddy.

I also think that Kyle is at an age where his opinion would be valued regarding custody. But knowing this show, there's no telling.

Avery told Sharon and Sam that she had her team on her case, and that she was working with law students. To me, Elena seemed a bit "off" when Adam was telling her to lie. She didn't even ask Adam for money to keep the lie straight.

She is now one of his prime suspects Jack tells Kyle that bad things will be said in the papers, online about his mother He also warns Kyle that there are people he knows, loves that are suspects Michael is shocked when Victor says he wants custody of Kyle, Michael reminds Victor that Kyle just lost his mother and Jack is the only parent he has left Nick and Ashley run into each other at the bridge, end up telling each other about their encounters with Diane the night she died. The threat Nick made Katherine confronts Ronan for his sudden disappearance after his surgery, Ronan refuses to kiss her ring everytime she enters a room. He has nothing to say Nick gets a call, someone has Ashley's phone - the threat he made to Diane. Meanwhile, Deacon is shown watching Phyllis. He knows what she did. Victor is shown looking at a newspaper article about Diane's murder, he flashes back to the night Diane was murdered. He was there when her body was in the water!

Next - Victoria and Chloe face off over Billy ; Deacon confronts Phyllis ; Victor's determined for Adam to be behind bars!

My friend told me that she read there is speculation that Patty killed Diane. Adam has been seen talking to someone on the phone and telling them they had to stay hidden. AND it was shown that someone was watching Jack and Diane the night she took her clothes off in front of him.

That would work...makes sense. But wouldn't everyone be aware she is out...oh well never mind on that...it wouldn't the first time someone got out of a mental institute or escaped that fell through the cracks.

We all know that the usual suspects did not do it...for me because of that this who done it bores me. It's like a waste of air time. Give us some suspects that we know won't matter to be leaving the show like the photographer of the tape od Abby that she could have blackmailed that he tried to destroyed evidence....or Coles mother or father ,,,people like that and give us a story between them and relationship with her...

This way we can get interested....why give us people we know did not do it....no matter how guilty they look and if brought up and thrown in jail they will only be shown eventually that they are innocent.
