•Avery agrees to take Sharon's case and learns about Adam and the memory card. Avery meets Adam, she flirts with him but has no idea that Adam recognizes her. He intends on meeting her again•Nina is worried when she can't get through with Chance, she finally does. Meanwhile, Diane's murder is big news and the mayor has decided to bring in a former FBI detective. Paul is shocked to see Ronan
•Ashley confronts Tucker who admits to his one night stand with Diane, she is angry saying his accident is because of his lie! Katherine tells Tucker she is challenging the validity of his marriage to Ashley

Next - Ronan interviews Adam ; Adam is confronted by Jack who thinks he killed Diane ; Victoria and Billy get closer ( I think this is the episode they make love)

that didn't make Ashley slap Diane, oh no, what got Ashley panties in a wad was when Diane talked about her fling with Tucker. Wow!

Ashley couldnt slap her then...HA!! ...cause she knew it was true! Diane was right!! Of course, Ashley sees differently though....Diane having done it out of greed, while Ashley did it for love!

So who killed her...that is if she is really dead. She may have planned her own plan of revenge...pd to have her name changed...to the same last name she changed Kyles to and set up everyone she hated as a suspect..

Any idea who was at the window spying on Jack and Diane? I think it was Jacks house.

I think Kyle did it! He felt sorry for and/or got tired of his Mom running her life (and his!) into the ground! He snuck out of the Swiss school and went back to GC--to Jack's house. Through the window he saw his Mom throw herself at Jack and he was disgusted! Kids are so much more perceptive than we give them credit for. Kyle was tired of Diane taking her clothes off to make a deal (frankly, so was I). He used a disposable cellphone (the one he bought when he got off the plane) to call Jack so they could meet and explain where he went, but it was a bad connection so Jack only heard that he was sent to Switzerland, and ddnt hear that he came home. Again, bad connection but then the call failed. Then Kyle went looking for his mom, and found her on the footbridge. She had just received the $$ from Adam, and left a message for Kyle. When Diane realized that Kyle was there, he approached her to discuss the state of their lives. She said what she did was necessary and that they could both live happily ever after with Adam's money. Kyle told her he didnt want to leave, he hated Switzerland and wanted to stay with his newfound family! They argued and when Kyle pushed her away, Diane slipped, hit her head and drowned!

OR...she saw the flashdrive that Adam dropped, reached for it, slipped and hit her head.

Either way, I agree with dvcfamily! Please dont make this as anticlimactic as the ridiculous Adam/Hightower storyline!!

Billy comes to Victoria's to get more of his belongings, he gets news he's not allowed to see Delia at all. Victoria apologizes for pushing him away. They have sex, Billy leaves without Victoria's knowledge, gets on a plane Ronan finds the paper Diane wrote for Adam, questions him about it. Adam remembers helping Diane fake her death, the text to Victor, Diane's blood on the rock, Victor's watch, even dragging her body a bit Jack is questioned about going to the bridge, he denies it but flashback shows he was there and Diane tries to chase him away. Jack is pissed with Diane about Kyle, he is shown grabbing her arm tightly hurting her Victor is questioned about going to the bridge, he denies but flashback shows him there and Diane telling him that Adam was going to set him up for murder. Diane expects Victor's help but he refuses which pisses her off Jack confronts Adam thinking he killed Diane, Adam denies it. Jack finds where Kyle is and leaves to get him. Meanwhile, Victor confronts Adam for setting him up saying Adam will never be able to outsmart him

Next - Adam offers to help Abby ; Ronan confronts Tucker and Ashley ; Nick and Phyllis want to be each other's alibis (basically lie to Ronan)

Okay that was the ending in I don't know how long!!! It was creeping me out enough before they showed her face. I do like the whodunit plot, however is it going to just fall by the wayside like that whole Hightower/Adam story?

She did look creepy...I don't think anyone killed her...I also think she fell and hit her head on a rock...

However the idea about Kyle is intriguing...

And if someonedidkill her it will be someone that we don't care about like Canes mom...genivieve....she is crazy and she wants Jack she was the one at the window going to see Jack..she finds her at the bridge to stay away or else ..they do battle and down goes Diane.....remember Diane sent where she was on her text....

I'm not sure where Billy was going on the plane. All I know for sure is that he's staying with the show. He inked a new contract a few months ago. This could have been the way they were planning on writing him out of the show, now that he is staying they will have to change it and bring him back.

I hope Victoria is now pregnant. After everything they have been through, they deserve a baby.

Also...how HOT was Billy Miller's butt when he took off his shirt? Wowza!!!!

Ronan questions Ashley and Tucker who pretend to be a happily married couple who were home. Flashback shows Tucker confronting Diane, him holding her neck she pushes him down. Next flashback, Ashley drops her phone while confronting Diane, cameras capture her there Adam offers to be Abby's alibi if she'll be his, they wouldn't be lying as both were at the bar but Abby refuses. Abby flashbacks to Diane showing her a key to the safe, them fighting over the key. Abby lies to Ronan about not seeing Diane Nick and Phyllis come clean about the texts they recieved from Diane but claim they didn't go, offer to be each other's alibis. Ronan notices Phyllis' fresh manicure that she claims was done before the murder happened, Ronan's not convinced Flashback shows Nick confronting Diane about her lawsuit against his mother, they fight what Nick doesn't realize is his phone dials Ashley's number! Next flashback, Phyllis and Diane fighting, Phyllis going with a rock after Diane!! Ronan is going over the evidence while we hear Diane's voice throughout the epi, he has Phyllis' fingernail with DNA, a mark on Diane's arm from a ring was it from Adam's or Jack's? The key was shoved down Diane's throat. We also see a flashback Victoria witnessed her father and Diane fighting!

Next - Nina lashes out at Ronan ; Lily tells Cane she's filing for divorce ; Genevieve and Victor meet

In the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest MAB previewed some upcoming story lines.

Nikki: She gave no date for Nikki's return but it occurs at a time "that will be incredibly explosive for Nikki to return." She said when Nikki returns she will be a front burner character.

Genevieve/Jack: MAB was asked about the recent lack of air time for Genevieve. She said there was no reason for concern re the character being written off. Genevieve's rivalary with Jill will heat up as will her relationship with Jack. In regard to Jack she said he is going to build himself a real power position and will be "as formidable" as Victor. There will be the "clash of the titans" and Genevieve and Jack "will make a very interesting couple as this happens."

Billy/Victoria: MAB says that Billy and Victoria are a great love story. Their love will continue even though each of them has their reasons for why they can't be together. And there will be more obstacles for them to overcome.

Sharon: MAB was asked about the "beating" the character of Sharon has taken. She responds by saying "the building blocks are in place to rebuild Sharon." Then MAB talks about Adam becoming Sharon's enemy and then talks about how the relationship with Sam will be a different one for Sharon. There was not one word about Sharon's relationship with her children.

Debbie Morgan's character: MAB said she has not yet come up with a name for the character DM will be playing but it is definitely not a recast for Dru. She says the character will be part of a major story line.

When asked if it had been a mistake to cast Maura West in the role of Diane instead of creating a new character for her MAB adamantly defends the decision to case MW as Diane. She said she cast MW in an established role because "what our audience wants to see our characters they have grown to to know and love over the years.....so bringing in Maura as someone who's just sort of a passing fancy would have made it even less of an important arc on our show." She made it sound as if she had planned to kiill off Diane all along.
