I think she has. After getting caught with Deacon in rehab, she wasn't on screen for a little while. She came back home looking very refreshed!

I keep waiting for Victoria to slap Victors face for all his incredible nasty stuff he says...something to shut him up....although the way he is I wonder if he would slap her back?

I am glad that she is sticking to her guns with him. I am worried that Billie and Victoria will have the baby torn from their arms....

The more that victor goes after Sharon and Adam the more I want them to work....just out of spite

I have a feeling the writers are going to do just that....make us hate Victor more than Adam as they make Adam turn around like did Kevin and Michael....and some others on the show.....redeem themselves....if that is at all possible with Adam I dont know.

Did I not read back on this thread that Nick joins in on the lawsuit against Victor or am i wrong?

and yes I mentioned way back that it looked like Niki had a face lift...she was looking not so good for awhile...glad it was not just me that felt that she did

Funny how the baby aged in just like what....3 days...baby went from a newborn to a smiling baby about what say 5 months old

* Phyllis visits Sharon in jail knowing how in the heat of the moment you do things you never expected to. Sharon says if she would have killed anyone in the heat of the moment, it would have been Phyllis!! Sharon calls the guard to make Phyllis leave
* Nick tells Noah about Sharon's arrest and why hasn't anyone bailed her out of jail, Noah goes to see his mom knowing she is innocent of murder. Noah says if he could, he would bail her out of jail.
* Jill arranges for her family to meet at the mansion, all except Billy are present (Jill claims she didn't want to take him away from Lucy). Jill announces her engagement and everyone tries to talk her out of it, Lily grows suspicious of Cane knowing he is hiding the truth from her
* Nick questions Victor about his involvement in Sharon's arrest but Victor continues his denial, Diane shows up hearing of Sharon's arrest. Victor questions the surprising friendship between the two, they lie to Victor. Later, Diane tries to get out of a business meeting w/ Victor so she can be w/ Nick
* Sharon is in jail, Victor comes to see her but Sharon knows he isn't here to help. Adam comes to see Sharon and says he won't hit by the heart like his siblings did, and says he is just like Victor and will beat him at his own game. Later, Victor arranges for Sharon's bail to be paid secretly

Next - Diane and Nick grow closer; Jack and Phyllis discuss Sharon and her bail

* Sharon and Adam are trying to figure out who bailed her out of jail, doubting it was Victor or Jack. Sharon thinks it is Nick and asks him about it but he denies it. Sharon accuses Nick of being happy she's behind bars so he could take Faith from her, they face off. Sharon refuses to leave Adam, takes Faith and leaves
* Phyllis, Jack and Billy are talking about Sharon's release, who could have paid her bail and get a copy of the audio with Sharon and Skye. Billy thinks Sharon could have done it in a heat of the moment thing but Phyllis says things don't add up, as much as she wants to see Sharon rot in jail, she didn't kill Skye
* Adam wants to join forces with Jack, believing that Skye has hidden the money Victor gave her in the bank and since he is next of kin, he can get his hands on it. Adam wants to trace the money back to Victor, bring him down. Jack is not interested but Adam tells him to think about it
* Victor insults Nikki when she confronts him about how he treated Victoria, she is tempted to drink so she heads over to Deacon's for support. Nikki and Deacon have sex. Meanwhile, after Nick cools things off with Diane, she decides to get involved with Victor - they have sex

Next - Nikki comes to the ranch and sees Diane, Nikki walks in and calls out for Victor; Cane wants to tell Lily everything; Kevin asks Daniel if he knows where his daughter is

So who do you think it is that bailed her out? My first choice is Phyllis even though she is playing stupid....2nd choice is Victoria and 3rd is Nikki.....

So when will Nick join the girls lawsuit?

victor bailed her out - via michale and it's all to be kept on the QT.

why is nick jumping on the girls band wagon when he's had nothing nice to save to Vikki all this time about it.

Jill is a low class skank with money from her dead husbands. if she doesn't sleep with them she doesn't have money - so of course she's a hoe and spreads them for anyone. she has no self respect and blames everyone for her failiours and misgivings - never once does she look at herself and her behaviour for the problems and Kay is being a friend to her - always has but she never sees it.

i can't stand the stupid Jana sl. it's soooooooooooo not what would happen in real life and just so stupid - nothing like faking the past to help someone - so how do you think she'd feel (if it was real and not a game to her) once she finds out the truth - like an idiot and wonder why they just didn't tell her

i can't stand daniel - someone PLEASE tackle him and shave his head. it's SOOOOO ugly and very teenageish of him.

i'm so sick of victor and fast forward through most of his crappy snit. actually i fast forward through a lot of the show these days LOL i see about 20 minutes of the hour show i'm so boared with it

no excitement just bad writing and really bad story lines

* Tucker grows suspicious of Blake, he does an online search of him and learns James Collier is dead. Tucker asks Kevin to do a search and see when the search on James was done, Kevin gives him a date and Tucker puts the pieces together.
* Cane tells Sophia that he is going to tell Lily the truth about his past. Lily tries to remember why Blake has such a familiar face and then remembers him posing as a ranger when they were at the cabin, she confronts Cane
* Tucker is furious about Cane and Blake conning him, he gets even more pissed when he learns Sophia knew about it. Sophia begs him not to fire Cane or they will kill him but Tucker's not interested. He says Cane is fired and Sophia is fired too!
* Billy and Victoria proudly show off their newest addition to the family, they run into Daniel at the coffeehouse. He keeps looking at Lucy and then later takes a pacifier that Billy and Victoria have left behind, he wants to be sure that Lucy is his little girl
* Nikki regrets sleeping with Deacon and decides to leave town but before that she goes over to apologize to Victor, he insults her once again. Meanwhile, Deacon gets calls from Meggie in jail, she is threatening to expose his part in getting Nikki drunk

Next - Jack reconsiders Adam's business proposition; Lily is hurt Cane didn't tell her the truth; Sharon asks Leslie if she could go to trial for the "murder" of Skye

Y&R has just cast actor Walter Fauntleroy to return in the role of Olivia Winters (Tonya Lee Williams) son for the newbie Y&R fans, Olivia is Lily's aunt. And Malcolm's step son. Though there is no word what brings him back to the canvas, look for him to appear on February 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Also, for those who watch Bold and the Beautiful. Toyna Lee Williams (Olivia) will be on the show starting next week. She's related to Justin Barber they're cousins!

* Jack accepts Adam's offer, they start the hedge fund again that too with the money Victor paid Skye off to fake her death!!
* Leslie gives Phyllis a cease and desist order for the audio, she tells Phyllis that she damaged Sharon's case, she could go to jail
* Cane starts telling Lily about being blackmailed, being part of a criminal family but he leaves out the part about his father Colin
* Sophia tells Malcolm about Tucker firing her and the reason behind it, Malcolm is pissed and hurt that Sophia couldn't confide in him
* Tucker tells Neil about what Sophia, Blake and Cane did, suspects he was part of it but a shocked Neil says that he was not involved
* Jack is shocked when Phyllis admits she doesn't think Sharon is a killer, even more so when Phyllis offers to help prove her innocence!
* Sharon is shocked when Leslie tells her she could go to trial. Sharon fears jailtime, knowing innocent people are put in jail all the time
* Malcolm confronts Cane, that's when Lily learns more of Cane's lies and how he frauded Tucker. Lily asks Cane to leave their home
* Neil confronts Sophia who tells him everything she knows. Neil understands she tried to help, but is still mad. He leaves to see Lily
* Phyllis and Jack offer to help Sharon, but Sharon and Adam don't trust Phyllis. Jack convinces Sharon who accepts since she trusts Jack

Next - Looks like the custody hearing happens, since it appears Sharon, Faith and Nick are in court. Victor is in court as well, Sharon asks him to do something; Sophia faces more trouble with Tucker who wants her to clean up this mess, or face jailtime; Jill is slapped by Katherine; Cane gives Colin one last chance to leave Genoa City
