Sharon loses full custody of Faith to Nick b/c of her relationship with Adam.-Nick joins his sisters in the lawsuit against Victor. An ugly triangle with Nick/Diane/Victor will result-Daniel figures out Victoria and Billy have his child when he holds her, but he decides they should keep her. (YAY!!!!)-Cricket makes contact with Chance, and Nina, Ronan, and Heather know. Chance will be edgier, and have a beard.- Nick*gets a dose of his own medicine.....Phyllis does not want Diane any where around Summer (Nick does not want Adam any where around Faith and Jack does not

Eden (Heather) is pregnant with her first baby! She's due in May. I haven't read anything that says they are writing it into the storyline.

* It is Sharon's day with Faith but Nick refuses to let Sharon take her until the judge rules later in the day. Nick questions Victor about if he interferred in the custody case, Victor admit he said Faith would be better off without Sharon but denied going any further
* Lily is planning a romantic night for her and Cane, Blake offers to help. They get trapped in the wine cellar, and Blake tells her about Samantha. Later, Lily questions Cane and is upset that he is still keeping things from her. Meanwhile, Colin proposes to Jill and she accepts
* Sharon unable to wait for the judge's decision wants to get Faith now, but as she is about to leave an FBI agent shows up to question her about Skye. Adam gets defensive when the agent accuses Sharon of killing Skye. Both tell the agent to question Victor, the man who helped Skye fake her death
* Kevin tries everything he can to get out of having sex with Jana, it is Esther to the rescue who goes along with the act that Kevin is sick and makes soup for him to eat. Kevin is unable to meet Chloe but has Esther buy a gift from him to Chloe
* Nick is pissed when that Sharon sent over the FBI agent to question Victor. Nick and Sharon get calls from their lawyers, the judge denied Nick's request! Shared custody will continue and Sharon should be given more time with her child, Sharon shows up for her daughter.

Next - A pissed off Sharon tells the Newmans to look at their own screwed up lives; Heather asks Christine if Chance knows that Ronan is dying while Nina tells Paul the truth about her sons

Do we know if they are bringing John back as Chance? I loved him on GL, but these writers didn't do a good job for his character on Y&R....Glad Billy & Victoria will be able to keep Lucy (for now anyway...)

While Sharon has never been a favorite of mine, she certainly has the right to see her child - good for her! While I can understand Nick's feelings about not having Adam around Faith, since Adam was never charged in that kidnapping fiasco that the writers dreamed up, there really isn't anything Nick can leagally do to keep Faith away from Adam.

Do we know if they are bringing John back as Chance? I loved him on GL, but these writers didn't do a good job for his character on Y&R....Glad Billy & Victoria will be able to keep Lucy (for now anyway...)

Yeppers. John Driscoll is coming back as Chance! Can't wait, he's such a cutie! And I would love to see Nina reunited with both of her sons

Victor/Diane/Nick

Victor finds out about Nick & Diane without their knowledge. Nick isn't ready to fully commit which leaves an opening for Victor. Victor is going to put a claim to Diane on Valentine's Day. Co-Head Writer Scott Hamner thinks this is going to start up an interesting triangle between father & son. The writer also says there is a real chance at love between Diane & Nick. Diane will have to choose between her heart (Nick) and her head (Victor).

Nikki/Deacon

Nikki & Deacon develop real feelings for one another. Even though Deacon pursued Nikki for the wrong reasons in the first place he is going to stay with her for the right ones. Nikki decides to move ahead with her relationship with Deacon and on Valentine's Day there will be a public display of their relationship as a couple. Nikki's friends & family will not approve of the relationship. There will be outrage & scandal that ignites on Valentine's Day bc of their new relationship.

Chloe/Kevin/Jana

Jana will continue to be determined to break up Chloe & Kevin. There will continue to be increasing problems with their relationship. Katherine & Gloria will be rooting for Chloe & Kevin and will help put the two of them together on V Day without Jana.

Cane/Lily

Cane finally tells the truth about his past to Lily, Katherine & Jill. Lane's relationship could be destroyed by his revelation or it could bring them closer. The writer says they are going for the mystery & romanticism of Wuthering Heights. this will be a big story

Nikki/Deacon

The couples heats up even through family and friends are wary. Valentine's Day brings a few side eye glances from the town.

Victor/Diane/Nick

Victor finds out that Nick and Diane are having an affair and goes after Diane himself. Neither Diane or Nick know that Victor knows. Diane is falling in love with Nick but Nick is not in the same place and won't commit so Diane responds to Victor's advances. She will have to choose between her love for Nick, who won't give her what she wants or Victor, who will give her the money she craves,

Chloe/Kevin/Jana

Jana is still trying to keep Kevin and Chloe apart. Gloria and Katherine work to make their Valentine's Day special.

Cane/Lily

Cane comes clean to Lily. The truth could destroy all of his relationships. Lane fans are told not to give up hope.

Thom Bierdz -- last seen as THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS' Phillip for Billy and Victoria's wedding -- reveals that he's coming back to the show for February sweeps! "Some good storylines reach a climax then," the actor teased this week in an email letter to fans.

Returning to Y&R isn't the only good news the actor has to share: his memoir, Forgiving Troy, was a recent Top 10 best seller in its category on Amazon.com, and "is in the hands of a major movie star considering producing a film on it," he says. "I am a very lucky man and thank you for all your love and support." (The tome is also available on the actor's website, www.thombierdz.com.)

There's buzz that Bierdz isn't the only Genoa City hunk to be making a return. John Driscoll may reprise his role as Chance to help his dying brother Ronan, who is in need of a life-saving liver transplant.

Regarding both returns, a rep for Y&R says that the show "does not comment on rumors, storylines or contracts."

* Victor is going to make calls to ensure that Nick's appeal works in his favor. Later, Victor interrupts Sharon's outing with Faith and Adam at the club, Sharon just lashes out at him while Victor says her world will come crashing down
* Nina and Paul go to tell Ronan about Chance being tested to see if he is a match, but Ronan is gone. They track him down at the bus station, Ronan continues to be stubborn but Nina doesn't back down and finally convinces him to stay
* Victoria has called Nikki, Nick and Abby over for a surprise. She and Billy introduce them to Lucy and explain the adoption, her family is of course shocked but very happy to welcome Lucy into their family. Daniel comes over to pick up Abby, he holds Lucy and remembers her birth! Daniel is shocked
* Spencer and the FBI agent give Christine a paper, apparently some new evidence has come to light in Skye's death. Christine gets a warrant then shows up at the Athletic Club telling Sharon she is sorry to do this but Sharon is now under arrest for Skye's murder!

Next - Sharon asks Nick if he thinks she is a killer; Lily surprises Cane; Victor tells Victoria that Lucy is the last nail in the coffin that ties her to that useless Billy Abbott forever

Maybe they can't PROVE it, but Sharon KNOWS Adam kidnapped Faith, made Sharon & Nick believe their baby had died and let them grieve for 6 months, caused Ashley to have a miscarriage, then went to extreme lengths to convince her she was still pregnant and that she gave birth to the baby. Let's face it, if you had one of the top docs in the US showing you ultrasounds of your "baby" you might be easy to convince if you had a history of infant loss. Sharon also KNOWS that Adam let Ashley raise that baby as her own for 6 months while she fell more and more in love with her every day. Only the sickest and most dangerous of people would do all those things to anyone.

Most women who are thinking with their heads and not their thongs, would not let a man who had done those things to ANYONE anywhere near their child, let alone if the child in question was their very own child. No woman with two functioning brain cells and any protective instinct whatsoever would ever want to be in the same room with the man who had kidnapped their child and made them think the baby was dead for six agonizing months. But Sharon thinks it's a swell idea. I've said it before........Sharon is stoopit. As dumb as a box of rocks and blessed with a overabundance of hormones.

What will she tell Faith someday? "Well, sure honey. Adam DID kidnap you, make us think you were born dead and deformed, let us believe you were dead for six months until we learned the truth and had to take you from the poor woman who had raised you in the belief you were her baby......the one Adam made her miscarry, but conned her into believing she was still pregnant with. But in the grand scheme of things, is all that really important? I mean, HE'S HOT!!!! Look at those abs! And he thinks I'm SMART!!!! You don't come across a catch like that every day, you know. Stop focusing on the negative, Faith. Just be glad he didn't actually kill you. You should be grateful, not resentful."

* A partial audio recording captured Sharon and Skye's conversation, the part captured looks bad for Sharon. Sharon and Adam say her goal was to bring Skye back alive but Spencer isn't listening to her, even Christine won't believe Victor is behind this. Sharon's bail is $5 million!
* Jack and Ashley meet their new niece, Victor comes over to drop off Faith and explains Sharon's arrest. Jack, Billy and Ashley don't believe Sharon is a killer. Jack and Billy know that Victor helped Skye fake her death and know it was no coincidence he was there when Sharon was arrested
* Daniel is looking at Lucy and wonders what Daisy did and how Lucy ended up with Billy and Victoria. Daniel says he wanted a good home for his daughter and she got one, he decides not to say anything to anyone about Lucy being his
* Nick comes to see Sharon at the station, he doesn't put it past her to kill someone and decides to use this against Sharon to get custody of Faith. Sharon gets upset that Nick is taking Faith from her, but there is nothing she can do as she can't post bail. Adam promises to clear her name like she did for him
* Nikki wants Victor to stay back and spend time with his new granddaughter but Victor just insults Victoria about the man she married and how Lucy is the final nail in the coffin that ties her to Billy Abbott. Nikki is just appalled as Victor insults Victoria. Later, Nikki calls Deacon after being tempted to drink

Next - Jill and Katherine fight about Colin; Cane does not want Colin marrying Jill; Jack says he doesn't care about Sharon
