Morning Everybody!

Hey Sherry! Good news about the van and the weather up your way. Suppose to get really chilly here over the weekend.

DS was complaining of sore throat last night and this a.m. has 100.8 temp, sore throat and ear ache. Guess it's off to the
doc this afternoon. Hope we don't have to battle strep again this year.

Guess everyone at WDW are having too much fun to check-in .
Someone better get there rear in gear and give us an update or
somethin'!

Gotta get busy since I will be outta here early.

Well, I spoke too soon. Its snowing.
Supposed to get a couple inches, but it will be gone by tomorrow.

Rose Mary, I hope DS doesn't have strep and that he feels better soon.

and I for one am very happy about it!! I love a pretty snow...and it sure is pretty!! No mind you, I don't have to drive in the stuff!!! Sherry, great news about your van. RoseMary, sorry to hear about your son!!! I was one to ALWAYS have problems with throat stuff as a kid. I still am fairly prone to step and it is NO fun!!! Hope all goes well and the antibiotics work quickly. It have been so quiet here! Everybody must be having a great time. Have I told you all how envious I am. Soon enough I will be in planning mode again, and that is half the fun of it!! Of course it is always fun to actually take the trips you plan!!!! Anyway, that is the news here. I do get to go and see that cute Doc Monday!!!! Counting down the days.....Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Cute Doc Day!!! Oh boy!!!!! Nancy and Pam, where have you been? I have missed you!!!! Pam msut be cooking up some raod kill and I am hoping Nancy didn't get herself wrapped up in a box and sent to Orlando......did you?????????Oh well, I am going to go and enjoy my view or white!! It is soooo pretty!!

I am here - nothing new and exciting to report, though. Although my DS did get a deer yesterday afternoon with his black powder muzzeloader - so yes - the stew is simmering!!

Liz - I saw all that snow that Indiana got on the news this morning and wondered if that was you. The storm is heading this way - we already have 2" and the forecast is for 6-10" by tomorrow. Countdown to Cute Doc Day!!

You can keep the snow over that way. I only like it if everyone is at home and doesn't have anywhere to go.

I bet it looked terrific! I love lots of lights on the tree - how did you manage to string that many on the tree? How tall is the tree?

The tree is 6 foot..
I put 3 strands on and realized i had small spot without lights on the back...DW would've thrown a fit so I added another strand of 150 lights...600 so far and these stay on all the time...

I had 2 150 strands I got at Wal-mart a few years ago that had 8 light functions on them so I put them over the 600 and I put the setting on random, so the tree always has lights on and then there are 600 lights doing random, chaotic things...
