...Sherry who asked about "elf". Will Farrell is the PERFECT person to play that role! He was hilarious!! My 9-y-o got such a kick out of his antics!! Very funny...kids and adults will like it! (JMHO) A little hokey/corny at some parts, but a great "feel good/ get ready for the holdiays" kinda movie!

Evening all! Not evenin going to try to ketchup on your last 6 pages. Just a quick check in--dh was off this weekend so we spent some "quality time" together! Checked out a local Sunday brunch this morning and discovered chocolate cannolis--OMG!!!!! I now have to double up on my workouts--I ate 2 of them!

Did the movie thing yesterday and really enjoyed "Love Actually" Sounds like a sappy girlie flick, but dh chose it over "Elf". Surprised me, to say the least! But it was a great movie, sweet and charming, a little sad and dh said there was just enough male humor in it to keep it from being too sweet. I actually caught him wiping his eyes a couple of times!!

So, off to get some sleep. Got another busy week ahead of me, but will try to drop in now and then during the days from work.

We will certainly be seeing Elf....my 2 oldest boys think Will Farrell is hilarious (well I do too, lol). It sounds good kimmar.
Tara--Im glad that Jar is very excited about his sibling to be. Nothing very exciting going on here.
Went shopping at Kohls and before long I was snatching and grabbing EVERYTHING I went past. Temporary insanity. I ended up putting a couple of things back and still spent almost $100. Bad me--put it on my Disney Visa that I just paid off, lol.

And no I am not going to do another nekkid dance!!! Not gonna happen!!! Sorry for "leaving" so abrubtly. As many of you last knew I was off and working at a new job on a casino boat....imagine that...from one casino to another...well I had to quit as I am having some residual health problems....namely my left ankle. Please do not think that I will be running to my local yurt now seeking employment!!!!! So tomorrow I am off to the very nice and cute orthopaedic surgeon for a consult of possible surgery number 7. We had to cancel our Disney trip, that we were to leave on November 15 and now are not....needless to say I have not been a really happy camper. The good side of this is hopefully lots of painkillers, bed rest and lots of time to DIS!! So I am back.....and have missed all of you!!!! Hope all is going well and I will certainly try to keep in touch better this time around!!!!

Went to visit my sister & mother in Melbourne this weekend. (I wish it were Australia?!) Anyway, had a nice visit.

DH is back for a week to do some work on the house. I have tomorrow off so, I'll be able to help some.

We have a northeaster blowing thru the area here so very windy and chilly out.
Gotta get to work. Hope everyone had a good weekend, hope Nancy is having a blast at DL and hope everyone has a great day!
