Of course just as I am feeling good and find the checks from my credit card that I am going to use for the deposit (just means I don't have to transfer funds from one account to another while I wait for closing) I check the v/m and they say they have a contingency on our loan What the heck kind of contingency do you have if you won't even bother to verify andy of our employment or anything Stupid bank. So of course we have to wait until tomorrow... I suppose it could be as simple as saying what type of equity loan (length and all that) but of course they won't say anything until they talk to me... meh, put me in a foul mood.

But my oil is changed and they washed my car. Not the best wash but being it is black, it was so noticable!!!

I'm all drugged up on meds so I am not sure I should attempt a full ketchup!

John, I say you skip Columbus and go to Chicago I might see if Luis wants to meet up with y'all at Polaris.

The boys thought it was all pretty cool. They each got to put a heart in Sissy so she is FULL of love. They loved the Cavs jersey and liked the koala.

Tonight is the night I go see Stars On Ice with my MIL & 2 of my SIL's.

Talked with MIL last night. FIL went for his first checkup since the surgery. He got a good report. I think he goes to his family doctor next week. Looks like Chicago is back on...for now.

Thanks Kristy... Luis thinks it might be about the difference between a flexible equity line and a set amount. Either way doesn't matter to me, but that could be it and they just need to check with me on what works best for us. Stupid thing is, they didn't do an employment check so I am not sure what big thing it could be otherwise... still bugging me and I hate waiting to find out

I admit, with frozen Chicken I nuke it... you could nuke it for half the time they say and then cook it the rest of the way if you want it crunchier

I called the bank back... the "contingency" is no more than them checking out the liens on our property and making sure everything is valued as it is. Duh, contact our refinance company, they'll tell ya it all So that's all it is and she said unless we have like two liens on the property we won't have a problem. So this is exactly the same thing I heard yesterday morning Anywho, she noted that we need approval in 10 days so that should all go fine. If not I will have to find some money elsewhere

Cincy to Orlando is $103?!?!?! Shoot, I paid $136 and thought I did great!!! Well I still think I did... GO!!! GO NOW!!! And don't look back Enjoy the weather today... I hope the mowing won't be too hard on you.

You know, Nancy, I am just like you! Air means I won't cancel. I am 100% more likely to go to a Chicago meet if I am flying than driving. I would have to be pretty sick or something not to go. I do know things happen but sometimes life is too short not to take small risks like this...

hence the DVC buying... It makes sense for us... at least me and it is worth the risk for me (with an ustable job ) plus the amount/month it will be will be about the same as what I just saved with refinancing So it all comes out okay in the end. And I don't have to worry (hopefully) about financing two trips this year

Okay....so you cook it the same amount and temp I do....do you add extra stuff on top? Do you cook it on a broiler pan?? If so do you have to put water in the broiler pan?? Can ya tell I'm a novice at cooking??
