HI to everyone else..that was my lame ketchup!

I'm officially childless this week. Jar went with his dad's parents up to Boston for a few days. His dad's new duty assignment with the airline is the boston hub so that will be his place of residence. The dropped Jay off at the airport and then grandma, grandpa, and Jar were driving to Boston. He will be back late on Thursday night. This means I actually get to sleep for a few days!!!woohoo!! We are going shopping today and then I have grad school stuff to work on all week!

We were supposed to go to Bush Gardens and Williamsburg but the weather sucks! IT is supposed to rain until next weekend...yucky!

gonna go knit for a few minutes and then head out for the day! Have a good one!

Just popping in for a quick ketchup. I am shipping off Ethan's stuff but I wont be in on the shower since my anniversary is that day, #5 for us, we are going to do something. Not sure what yet but something for our 5th.
Weather is nice and cool here. Im waiting for my pool guy to come over and look at something so we are stuck here for now. Then Matthew and I may go look at some furniture for his room.
Nancy glad your dh made it back home, but to bad about his wallet. Here in Texas they mail our license to our house. You get a paper one that lasts about 2 weeks, plastic one come in the mail.
Rose Mary so sorry about your stuff and that you are having such a rough time. I think you should pop down to Disney in June when we get there and hang out with us a day or so. Matthew--my 14 yr old--likes games so he would probably have something in common with your ds.
Did you guys here about Wierd AL Yankovics parents?? They were found dead in their home--carbon monoxide poisoning. How sad

Very interesting Nancy, we have plastic ones that are very much like credit cards (even has the magnetic reader on the back) and even then we get them in 10 minutes or less. I wonder what the difference is... well I will have to just look at yours when we meet up in Chicago! Don't work too hard today making up for yesterday!!!

Deena, I just read about Al's parents I feel so bad for him... couldn't imagine losing both at the same time like that!

Afternoon all!!

I would like to say I hit the mall and shopped until I dropped...alas I didn't make it off of the couch!!! Which I might add was mighty nice! I knitted, I slept, I worked on my budget (a monthly thing I torment myself doing and then never stick to!!), and I surfed the tv stations! ya know there is nothing good on tv anymore. I've always been a news junkie but I can't watch any more of our young men and women dying in Iraq.

So I put it on food network and got really hungry!! tyler was making chinese food and since I'm such a WONDERFUL cook not I decided to go to a chinese buffett for dinner before bowling!

Elaine...I got a package from you today!! It is sitting with all of the others on a shelf!! Jarrod tried to open one of them yesterday and I had to let him know that those weren't for him. He does have one there with his name on it, thank you Nancy but I won't give it to him until Saturday when we do the shower!!

Gonna go get a shower so I can get ready to go.

Yes, Lily, it is nice to be able to come and go, but as I'm sure you know, I wouldn't trade it for the world! Now if I wasn't old and pregnant I could go bar hopping with my girlfriend that I teach with!! But I don't think I could keep up with her not preggers!!!

Hi everyone!!!

Whew I finally get to sit down. I went shopping after work and got some new linens and curtains for the dining room. Got home and dh gave me the wrong measurements on one window and the rod was too short. Then I discovered I got two different lengths in drapes so back to the store for me! Finally got all the stuff I needed in the correct lengths and the room looks great. I just have a few more things I need to do in there.

Tara it sounds like you had a wonderful day. Im glad. You deserve it!

Amanda both dads are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you are able to make it to Chicago.

I got hysterical laughing on the phone today. My dh is the original mess maker and while he was on the phone with me he was after the kids to clean up their mess big time!!! I couldnt help but laugh my butt off.

They finally seem to get that I am not feeling well at work, but doesn't help much, no one else is either. Seems all are in different stages of the same thing. Oh we all share so well.

Tomorrow I think I get to break out for a bit. I am looking forward to that part. Could use it.

Going on to dreamland. Hope they are better than last night's. Don't want to repeat that series.

Oh, almost forgot. The Indians won their home opener! We are having a 1 game winning streak. (Probably the best this year)

me again....sorry I vanished for a day or so.

Shopping at the mall Saturday was great!! We brought home another member of the family..named Andy. He's a bearemy bear and has overalls. We also brought home several outfits for other "kids" Checked TDS..and met KathiwithanI(diser' and cm) and I bought "Springtime with Roo"..something like that. It was very cute!
Yesterday was a less than nice day. Y'all remember that little "sister"(really a cousin) of mine that I had to give "the talk" to back in December??? Well..guess what...she didn't listen and is now 4 months pregnant.

So....what's going on here??

Elaine...did Sprint work everything out with your phone?? Way to go on breaking the weight barrier, hope you're enjoying the concert...pm for the exchange will be over to you soon.

Evening all!! Seems like everyone is headed to bed, me too I have to admit!! I can stay up ALL night if I'd like, but heck I think I'd rather sleep.

Bowling went very well! Had another 400 series so that is good. I think I'm up for highest average increase again this year. I won't know until next friday, but even if I don't that's okay too! I just enjoy bowling!

Lily I got your package today!! UPS dropped it while I was eating my chinese food! I had to come back to the house and pick up my ball (duh!!)!!!

I spoke to Jar and he is having a good time. His other grandmother said that he didn't sleep at all in the car today..hehe I knew he wouldn't! When I spoke to him at 630 he had been up since about 430 this morning with no nap! I sure hope everyone survived dinnner!

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Today is back to school day for the boys. I thought getting them up would be a lot harder but the morning is going along nicely!!! YEA!!! Both boys love school so they dont feel too badly about going back.

Im by myself at the office again today. I hate being alone. Its so hard for me to keep my mind on work and get it done LOL. I always have the urge to play.

Kristy sounds like you got a lot of kewl things at BAB!!! I would love to see pictures. I can't wait to get new outfits for my Bearemy. I love the skates they have for them! Im so sorry to hear that your little sis is pregnant. I hope everything goes smoothly for her. How are your parents taking it?

Good morning everyone!!

I see how it is Nancy, don't wait for me to bump it up! I was going to make it all neat and everything this morning.... who am I kidding, I was just running low on time yesterday and with storms our internet was getting fuzzy.

Anywho, sign up for the exchange... it'll be fun! A $10 limit for fun summer stuff... I have stuff I was going to write up with a survey but I forgot to forward it here at work

Okay concert... he's awesome. A goofy yet friendly type of guy with an amazing voice! Brought people to tears and he was getting standing ovations when the concert wasn't even over with!!! Talked with us and seemed so shocked with the level of "love" Columbus had for him (well duh, this concert has only been sold out since last year ) The funny thing was, in front of me were middle aged to 80ish year old ladies who had rushed to get tickets. Around me were all ages otherwise and next to me was a mom who had to be about 30-40 with her 13ish year old son... it was *his* idea to come and he was just going on and on about the songs Good crowd and it didn't end until 10:30!

Nancy, I am going to take you all to WDW???? I'll let you stay with me but no way can I afford all that air Actually Luis and I talked and I did an online loan application with my bank last night and put out a feeler for some resale points for OKW. They have good deals there and the resort is very pretty So I figure as a firm believer in fate, if it was meant to be, it will be and I will get a decent deal with the equity loan. It's a way I can get Luis to vacation with me and know I can take my family for a long while to come.

Karen, enjoy the new looking room... I love getting new drapes, but always a pain in the neck to get the measurements right!
