Yep...first day of spring. Let's hope that brings some sunshine It's trying to break through here.

Yes, DD goes back today. She has only been here since Monday. Spring break is only a week and she has to work weekends.
She has that long drive and then has to go to work at 5.

We're going to get flooring samples today......hope I find something I like this time.

Ohhh, Ohhh... my Certificate of Certification for Completion of Home Study/Internet Course for Reflexology and Spa Makeovers came in the mail today!! Let me do it - let me do it! I've been working on a special cleanser/face mask with Roadkill products and I've been dying to try them out on someone!!!!!

I got tons of candy , YC votives, antenna toppers, Tigger stuff, Mickey bar pin, the cutest baskets, kitty socks, B&BW body wash and soap (Cucumber Melon..my fave), cookie cutters, a cute lime green bunny, smiley face snack-n-go and coin purse, Tulip magnetic notepad, and some roadkill. I hope I didn't forget anything.

Going to inlaws later today. BIL is making pizza (he's opening a pizza shop in the next month) with some new sauce and dough and we get to be the first to try it!

Hi YaYas! and Angels, all other visitors, lurkers!

Having a crummy day. Went to meet up with gfs for our Windsor bus trip... No room on the bus. My suggestion to make ressies was turned down by the group and we had to wait til the end of boarding to see if any seats available. There were 6 of us and only 3 seats. I stood down since I will be going next week to Vegas. Oh well, we had a great and high calorie breakfast at Panera's. I ate cheese danish...can never resist them. Oh so nutritious though. The day was worth it at least that I had sinful breakfast with friends.

DH was called out to work at mindight came home at 5 a.m. and called out again at 7:30 this morning...what do they think people are made of anyway? He's still not home.

Couldn't get to post anything early eve...kept telling me page not found. So, I didn't try til just now. Sorry I missed the fun.

It's raining outside but I'm determined to find if I must do the dance myself!

Safe trip for DD Nancy.
Make me something good (bad) Elaine! I could use it. Missed the beverages being handed around last night.

Seems as if Suzanne is going to be taking over for Liz and scheduling naps for all with her new furniture being so comfy. I'll take one whenever you can fit it in.

Awww Lily, sorry about your day!! I still have some wine here and will be starting the brownies soon. You can have some of them then!!! If I had thought about it more, I would have made some fudge to go with the brownies and ice cream too.

Which reminds me: we took our Scouts to Adventure Landing
(it's a game room/mini golf/laser tag/ go-cart place)to sell there stuff today. And one family was leaving after a birthday party
and had about 3 pizzas left over and walked by and then turned back around and offered us on. Wasn't that nice of them?!

Ok, gotta run to the store. just informed we are out of milk .

Nancy, hope DD made it back to school safely and you enjoyed your movie. I agree, April 16 can't come soon enough and it does seem to be cutting it awfully close to the Ya Ya meet. But I believe everything will go smoothly and all will be well with your DH! Must think positive and keep the prayer line open!

Kristy, it doesn't matter to us if you want to do the KD/BG thing on Father's Day weekend. But if you guys need to be home for your fathers, that's OK, too. We'll figure something out!! Get your paper done?!

Suzanne, sounds like you need to stay off the new furniture if you keep falling asleep on it!! LOL!!!

Lily, I'm so sorry your day was so crummy Sorry you missed the bus trip but those danish sound like an excellent substitute!! I can't pass up cheese Danish, either My hips will attest to that!! That stinks about your DH's job, too!! Nice of them to let him get a 2 hour nap in there before going back out!!
