I'm feel okay today. Just wasn't in the mood to do anything except sit around and "pout" Well that and my coffee maker broke so I had to return it (less than a month old). I wound up with a new one that I wound up returning because a latch wasn't as tight as I liked it to be (I'm picky). Which is fine because I wanted a black coffee maker and when I went to one store they only had it in white... now I have it in black and I checked and the latch works great!

Do we still have a lot of sickies here??? I hope not. Kimmie I hope you are feeling better and Sherry, I hope Jonathan is feeling better soon.

Give me directions Todd and I'll be there (okay I seriously have nothing planned Saturday so I could make that trip if you did want company) Of course if I came, you sure we'd be playing cards?

Wow! That's impressive Todd! I admit cards can be fun though Truthfully I think my weekends are mostly free until May. I may go to Chicago in April if I can find a decent rate at a decent location. I think I have a few possibilites but trying to decide.

Oh has anyone seen Bonnie lately? I don't think I've seen her post here in a few days

Something i'd really like to do is play Dungeons & Dragon's--haven't done that in a long time...

Would like to go to Chicago in April but since we are going to Tennessee the weekend before, it seems unlikely....

I guess you COULD come down & entertain the girls..Mandy would play game cube with you...lol

Well, now I have a sliced finger to add to the list... pulled muscles, messed up lungs, and now a bandage on my finger... whacked it while using the photo trimmer.... yearbook stuff. Hard to type with a boo boo. This is not exactly been a glorious month for my bod.

Well, I am back from Target. DD is having some girls over this Saturday to celebrate her 15th birthday(I know it is late) and I needed to get some supplies. You would think by the age of 15 that girls would grow up but guess what they want to do. They want to watch Disney Princess movies!!! They also want to play Pretty Pretty Princess. Our game has been gone for years but thought $5.99 is not too much to spend to let my teen feel like a little girl again. I guess when all the talk about boys is done a girl still wants to feel like a Princess!

Wonder if I should bring it for the Ya Yas?

Hello Ya Ya sistahs & bothers!!

Well, the boss FINALLY left the office and I can quit hunching over my spreadsheets and do something fun for a bit! Have to tell ya'll a funny story........(with apologies to Shep and Jay)

I was talking to the wife of one of our client's the other day (she does his bookkeeping) and she was thanking me for helping her get her things in order and commented that nobody ever helped her to get her books straight before. Then she tsk-tsked and said, "It takes a WOMAN!" Well, after I finished ROTFLMAO.....I told my coworker about it since we've been teasing about how we should go into business together. So we've come to a decision!! We're going to open a new business that accepts only women clients and is totally staffed by women and we're going to call it "Balanced Books for Balanced Broads"!!!!

So, whatcha think? We're gonna be rich, huh??!!!!

Unfortunately, I still have work to do for the other partner, the jerk. Going back in my hole now............see ya'll later!!!
