Going to the dr. at 3:00. Feeling better for the most part, but I'll go because ya'll might yell at me if I don't. Besides... it does seem as though it's migrated to the sinuses today... new development. Lovely.

Congrats on those 9 lbs. Karen. It's a wonderful feeling knowing we're doing all we can to be fit and healthy.

Pam... teens. We're at the very beginning of that little adventure and although he's still a dear, there at times when I see that teen 'tude rear it's ugly head. It's annoying, exhausting and pisses me off to no end. He's nothing compared to what I was like though. I didn't have a nice bone in my body when I was his age....not that I have that many now....

Betty, you deserve a break... I'm glad to hear you're going to let someone else deal with those 8th graders.

Snow is almost gone(except those big piles) Crocuses, Tulips and daffodils are popping up. Spring is getting ever so close.
Time to get up early on saturdays and have a miserable day at the golf course is drawing nearer also...

The one negative thing will be less time on the DIS, more time outside... except the wee hours...

Hi everyone!!!

I was bad tonight. I went to McDees. BUT even with what I ate I can still have my ice cream sandwhich and still only end up using 1235 calories for the day and I ate breakfast and lunch. I was careful and looked it up before we left. I made salmon for tonight but as it was cooking we realized we got a BAD piece of fish. It STUNK! I just couldnt do Subway again because we are going there on Wednesday before my kids biblestudy classes.

I have been kind of down all day. I cant believe I was soooooo good last week and I exercised and everything and only lost 1.5 pounds. I think possibly Ive been going TOO low on the calories and fat. My body may be rebelling and not losing weight because of it. I should have at least lost two pounds if not more with all the activity Ive been doing.

Deb I would like to contribute also. Can you please PM me the list of what you are collecting??

Waiting very impatiently for Kimmy to come back and let us know what the doctor said.

Yep--I will collect and repackage, that way we can divvy the stuff up beforehand, and Patty's son can just hand them out to whomever. Plus my company has said I can ship it on their dime, so why the heck not????

I think some soaps and shampoos would be OK, but not too many. Water is at a premium where they are right now. But who knows when they move around.

I'll be hitting Wal Mart and our local 'junk store' this week.

Jennifer you hit a low and we hit a high. Yesterday it was 90 degrees!! Way too hot for March. Seems we went from winter right into summer LOL. Its gonna be a LONG season if this keeps up.
