Well I guess you could say I haven't been to WDW alone yet. I would if I could, but I don't see me ever really being alone. Even if I go alone in December, I know I will be around friends

Meet at WDW is definitely in the planning stages. I know of many who want to go then (Ya Yas or not) and I think it will be great. Take the week off and join us Karen... we'll have fun I am sure!!!!

I cant take the week off since I will be taking the week of Christmas off but I certainly will be there for the weekend and possibly one other day.

Of course, you all can have your DH's call mine. Luis just knows that trips like that rejuvinate me. He has little desire to go and truthfully he knows we both will be happy in the long run if I get to go. So there is the secret... it's what keeps us both happiest

Well, I haven't mentioned anything to my DH yet about a December trip. I will have to wait just for the right time. Maybe the next time he wakes me up at 4:00 in the morning and says that the car won't make it up the driveway. Yes, that is my plan.

Don't think I could stay a whole week, but a few days would certainly be attractive.

Hi everyone. One more note before calling it a night. It's still sleeting like crazy here. DW said that the drive home wasn't bad, just slow. It took her just shy of 3 hours to get home. Normally it's a 25-30 min drive. She said the roads were icy, but if you were smart, it was ok. Problem was, a lot of people weren't smart. They were jumping medians, cutting each other off and just being impatient. I knew she'd make it ok as long as the other drivers didn't screw up around her. This "beautiful" weather is supposed to be with us all night, so that means tomorrow we'll both be home from work. Well, technically, I'm home even when I'm working. But you know what I mean. Actually, I have some work I should do anyway to earn a brownie point or two.

Okay, the weather and work update is over. I return you to your regularly scheduled thread.

Never made it back on the DIS yesterday. My SIL came over and we helped her with her resume. And set her up with her own email address.

Will hopefully ketchup later!

Could y'all send some PD, prayers, good thoughts, etc. to my mom today. They are going in to look at her throat and esophagus (sp?) as she STILL has laryngitis. If they see anything, they will do surgery. They want to check and see if there are any lesions on her vocal chords.

Just getting ready for work and school here. I have SO much work sitting on my desk it isnt funny. I also programmed my new pedometer. It will be neat to see exactly how much I walk in a day.
