. If it weren't for the fact that I'm a BIG FAT chicken, this is where I'd say something like: "GP is just jealous" ... BUT... BUT... BUT not only am I BIG fat chicken, I'm also a SMART big fat chicken, soooo I wouldn't dream of saying ANYTHING like that.... noooooo.... not me, because we know that's not true....jealous of my scrawny little dorkboy? Nothing could be further from the truth.... HA HA, I say... sooooo instead I'll just say... GP... you just bring on more pictures... besides... it gives me an excuse to post one or two of my own now and then.

I have totally lost my mind this morning. I was up early and was watching an infomercial for Windsor Pilates. Guess what I just ordered!! I have NEVER ordered anything from TV ever. I dont have room for any type of sculpting machine like a bowflex so this looked good to help me sculpt the muscles Im finally begining to be able to see. I especially need help with my abs. I am actually excited about getting these tapes. I have NEVER been excited about exercising but I find myself getting antsy now if I havent done something for exercise. This IS a whole new me! I am SO psyched about all of this!!!

Boy it sure got interesting here after I went to bed!! Im so sorry I missed it but having been up at 4:30 AM and only a half hour nap yesterday I was a tired YaYa.

Jodie have fun at the party today. Hope your feeling back to your old self today.

Kimmy promise me that you will go to the doc today if you dont feel any better. Okay?

Well I am off to do my two mile Walk Away The Pounds tape. I will be back laters!!!

Taunt? Who taunted? I never taunt. Oh ok, so maybe it started out as a teeny weeny taunt, BUT I soon realized the error of my ways and.... and.... did the suck up of my life. I learned from watching Jay on tag fairy threads.

Ok, so..... I know I promised I'd go in today, but... BUT... I'm feeling much better today, and I do think I'm improving... I don't really want to go to another walk-in, soooo...... here's what I'm thinking... I DO think I should probably be seen, cuz I still have the... icky rattly cough, BUT I think I should wait and go see my regular D-O-C tomorrow because he's more likely to do a chest x-ray if needed, etc.... So nurse Dream, does that sound good? I don't wanna get in trouble here, but... but... but.... I wanna see MY D-O-C not some drive through dude. Waaaaah!

Winsor Pilates! What's the difference between the Winsor Pilates and the Denise Austin Pilates thing I just bought but haven't been able to do because of this #$%@ cold? I can't wait to start it!!!

Birthday party day for Sherry, Jodie and me.... Cam has a skating party to go to today for his best friend. He spent the night at his house last night, so imagine they're both going to be tired boys out there on those blades.

Kim I don't think there is probably a big difference between the Denise Austin Pilates and Windsor Pilates. Windsor just happens to be a big fitness Guru in LA right now and it's her tapes. You would probably get the same results using either tape.

I am glad you are going to the regular doctor tomorrow. Zithromax works even after you stop taking the pills but you need to make sure that it killed all of that nasty germy and that you dont have pneumonia which may require other meds.

I think you will really like the 1,2,3 mile tapes. They are easy to do and you really get results from them. She keeps you motivated also.

Ive been getting something weird for the last couple of days and I cant figure out why. Seems every time I workout I get nauseated and it lasts most of the day. Im drinking fluids so it cant be dehydration.

Hmmm.... I think I have the bass turned up too high on my speakers... the music I've got on just blew a Mickey pin and a couple of antenna balls off the shelf above the desk here. *Turning down the volume now.*

Gotta go watch the kids skate around in circles... it's not short track, but it'll do.

Karen, I have no idea why you would be nauseuos while working out. I wish I could suggest something but I couldn't at all.

I just had to say I finally got my 100 foot cable up to my bedroom. It isn't wireless but guess who can now DIS all over the house
