Well, it won't be the same this easter but the Germans always have fun with us because my husband has a very German last name. I enjoy talking with the French, especially if they're from the same area as my family. It's crazy to me how tall the Norwegians are, had I known that in my 20's I would have gone there! We usually get park hoppers and eat every night in the world showcase. We didn't do that this time and only plan to spend a day in Epcot so I'm a little less sad knowing there won't be any cultural representatives there. Irish is my favorite accent hands down! How about you?
My favorite accent is in the UK Pavilion as well, but it is the "Mary Poppins accent" from some of the England Cast!
I can't get enough of it-I always make them say "water" and they are so nice and always "humor" me!lol
Now when talking to the Cast from Scotland,I just stand there and nod because I never know what they are saying!lol
I get a little teary-eyed almost when thinking about their return.
I am always amazed that they give a YEAR of their life to Walt Disney World-some of them never having been to the US before their Program and some of them as young as EIGHTEEN!
World Showcase is the most AMAZING and UNIQUE place in ANY Theme Park in the World IMO and the Cultural Representatives ARE World Showcase!
For me,it is a HUGE,possibly the biggest, milestone in the reopen of Walt Disney World as we welcome back the Accents,Costumes,Cultures,Energy,Excitement,Dedication and just plain FUN of the World Showcase Cultural Representatives!
