Why don't you have your toon names posted where I can find them more easily?!?! lol
Seriously, you like Trueblood, Disney, AND WoW? I want to be in your guild!!

HAHA....and you managed to find me...that is awesome....and welcome to the Seven Deadly Sins....you have made it fun to play again!

/Trade

Just a note, if youre on Whisperwind, look for the guild Brewhaus. We are on both horde and alliance. Horde is our alt guild and has an umlaut over the "u"

On alliance, look for Treznak (me), or Varkos the guild leader. On horde look for Shamzam (me)

Our alliance guild is lvl 25, our horde is lvl 1 (brand new in fact)

We dont mind people leveling in our guild and leaving. We are a laid back guild. We dont schedule life around the game.

Hmmm, should I be trolling trade chat here too?

Ok so I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be a M.E.3 widow here soon so I'm toying with the idea of playing WoW again and possibly starting fresh with a new account. And this weekend we have nothing planned at all except for DH hogging the PS3.

The reason I'm thinking of starting fresh has me torn though. I have 3 85s (pally, priest and warrior) and I have lots of friends but as soon as I come back I might be overwelmed. So I'm a little hesitant. I'm not even sure if I would want to keep the account up or if it's just my boredom talking right now. I haven't played in about 8 months.

So, here's a WWYD... Would you start fresh or jump back in swinging?

I don't think I ever had a toon top lvl 60, so I don't have as much invested. That said, when I came back after a hiatus, I just rolled a new toon - I had not been having that much fun with the main one I had been playing anyway, and I'd rather start fresh than grind through a dozen levels and hope that the old one gets fun to play again.

I wouldnt start new. I would keep the 85's. The professions are probably maxed and you can resource your new toons.

If the issue is tank mongering, drop guild and find others to play with, or tell them you respecced to DPS.

I've been meaning to come back the past couple of weeks, but for some reason, WoW keeps crashing when it tries to load saying not enough space blah blah blah. I've tried what they suggested w/ deleting the cache, w t f & interface, and it still doesn't work. :headache:

Everything was fine until it reformated(?) WoW files (It looked like the loader was doing it saying the game does this from time to time). It even crashes when it is applying non-critical updates saying the loader wants to close in a non tradtional way. :confused3

I'm getting really frustrated, and all I want to do is play my game! I really don't want to reinstall, but I'm thinking it might be the only way ...

Has anyone ever experienced this? Any help would be great. TIA!

Ok trying to log into my account on battle.net to reactivate but I'm not able to get in. I changed my password so I think it has something to do with my authenticator. I've re-synced it and I am still getting the "Login Failed" message. On hold with blizz now... :( :(

Anyone know if there is a way to opt out of real id chat before I log in? I want some quiet time before I decide if I want to get back into the game full force again.

Got it all fixed and adjusted real id. The login problem was with my authenticator. I had to reset my phone not too long ago and it reset the serial number with the authenticator. So they had to put that serial back to my account. Good to go now!

Anyone else in the MoP beta yet? I heard yesterday that a bunch of invites were going out so instead of waiting to get mine (which came today) I went to the Blizz web site and saw MoP available to download with my other games. Downloaded it and copied my main over to the PTR.

Pretty cool so far. The new talent system is "interesting". Not sure if I like it yet or not. Played for a couple of hours this afternoon. Right now it's almost like release day for an xpac. Too many people competing for quest items and mobs. Respawn rate seems a bit low too. So far only noticed one bugged quest but have seen others in chat mention a couple more that didn't give me any problem.

As a Hunter it feels weird to not have a "dead zone". I keep wanting to Disengage out of melee range then remember it doesn't matter because I can shoot people in the face at point blank range now. I miss my polearm though (it was in my bag now that it can't be equipped).

Might make a Panda this weekend.

Not in yet...Sad Panda....No pun intended

I didn't get one, but my hunter DH did. The thing he is most excited about is being able to shoot in melee range. He keeps telling me that when he gets that, he's going to "keep his hunter's rear right by the rogues."
Can you play around with the new pet battle system and collecting the new battle pets?

No pet battle system yet. No idea when it's coming. I quested on my 85 Hunter for a couple of hours yesterday. Filled five or six bubbles, so going from 85 to 90 will most likely take about as long as 80-85 in Cata. Right now 86 is the cap until they raise it.

I started a Pandaren Monk last night. The scenery and music in the Panda starting zone is awesome. Only problem was way too many people rolling pandas. Got a bit crowded for a while. I got to level 6 last night and went to bed, Got up this morning and added a couple more levels while most of the pandas were still in bed. Going to log in here in a few.

One thing that sucks right now is that when Blizz needs to do any kind of maintenance, the servers come down with no warning and at any time. No countdown like you're used to. They will usually post on the beta forums how long it will usually be. Went down last night for a couple of hours.

Well poo. The new pet system is the thing that I am most excited about. Well that and pets being account wide. There are several pets that I have on my first main, that I got before making my new main that you cant' get anymore. I can't wait to have them on my mage!!! Hopefully, you will be able to do more than you could with the Diablo III beta. My DH got one of those keys as well and I was so disappointed with how little you could do with that one.

My Monk is at level 13 right now. I'll hit 15 in a bit and want to start doing some dungeons. I decided to spec Brewmaster so I can try tanking with him.

One thing that was a bit disappointing ( and a lot of people on the beta forums agree with this) is the way you choose your faction when it's time to leave the starting zone. I don't want to give too much away, but you basically meet up with both Horde and Alliance and do about half a dozen quests for each. You then go back to the Panda boss guy and he asks you to choose. A screen pops up giving you the cliff notes version of the Alliance and Horde, then you click a button and you're off to your new capitol (Org in my case, although I'll probably raise a Panda for each faction once MoP goes live).

It all felt anticlimactic and wasn't as "epic" as it should have been. The hope is that with this just being beta, and enough people feeling this way, Blizz will change it to make the decision a bit harder than choosing between Coke and Pepsi.

The account my DH got the beta key on wasn't the one with his hunter on it. It's on the one with resto shammy. I think he grabbed a pre-made hunter to try it out though. He leveled a Monk yesterday. When I went to check on him, he was just getting to SW. I watched him walked into the city enough to see they didn't treat him like they did when you got your DK to SW. Then I went back to my knitting and watching tv.
As soon as he got it dl'd to his computer he let me make a Panda, which was the main thing that I wanted to do. I was disappointed with the hair color options. I can understand not having Pandas with green, blue, or purple hair all over their body, but we should be able to have different hair colors like that.

Anyone as disappointed in the Diablo III launch as I am. Yes I realize that a lot of people all over the world are logging into the game. Blizzard should have realized this as well, and been prepared for it. Diablo II came out, what, 12 years ago? They should have expected a lot of people logging into D3 today. It's just so annoying!!!

Downloaded the game last night only to find out that my antique video card isn't supported. I guess I assumed I could play on a lower graphics setting as Blizz has always been "older computer" friendly. At least I didn't pay for the game so I don't feel as bad.

Guess I'll be playing/testing more moP instead. Seems like they've smoothed out some of the worst bugs. Crashes seem to be very infrequent now and I haven't seen any major bugs in the quests I've done over the past few days. Just hit 89 a couple of days ago and hoping that they raise the cap to 90 this week.

My gaming laptop died again. Well it's an HP and the video card is out again really. I just had it replaced in December.

I did log onto my made in the MoP beta, but as soon as I found out that you couldn't do any of the pet battle stuff until level 90, I logged out. I haven't logged back in since. My DH keeps bugging me to level a panda, but I'm just not interested enough to do it. I would like to see the area when it releases.
