My gaming laptop died again. Well it's an HP and the video card is out again really. I just had it replaced in December.

I did log onto my made in the MoP beta, but as soon as I found out that you couldn't do any of the pet battle stuff until level 90, I logged out. I haven't logged back in since. My DH keeps bugging me to level a panda, but I'm just not interested enough to do it. I would like to see the area when it releases.

I heard that at some point they will allow pre-made 90s in beta to test end game content. You should be able to make a 90 and try the pet battles then.

I agree with Grog about the choice not feeling as important as it should and I hope they tweek that. I also agree with letthewookiewin and the frustrations with the D3 launch. I have been dealing with video card issues and mouse pointer freezing and then for most of the evening the servers were down. Don't ya think they shoulda realized (like wookie said) that the whole world would be logging in yesterday and kinda prepared better for the launch????
All I can say is when I fix my frozen mouse pointer issue the servers better be back up again.
There is hardly any time any more to play WOW and D3 what with RL cutting in all the time....

Hey I can't think of which server I am on in Beta off the top of my head (I'm at work right now) but one day I logged in and there were hundreds of dead Pandarens lying all over and throughout the starting zone. Is this a stunt by the dev's or just some punk kid goofing around. It didn't really bother me I just had to do a double take. Have you guys had this on your servers?

I think it's been cleared up now, but for a while there were some issues with some spells being way overpowered and players having the abilities to exploit them and kill people even on the PVE servers who weren't flagged. I know one was a Warlock spell and another was actually a monk healing spell that had the ability to kill players if exploited.

I know once I was in Dawn's Blossom in Jade Forest and went AFK and came back to find myself dead (DB was notorious for this for a while). Another time I landed there and immediately saw my health ticking down at about 3k per second so I hopped another kite and left the area.

Not sure of the names of the other servers but I'm on Lost Isles, one of the two PVE servers in beta.

But can't those characters just go to a grave yard and they will be alive again like in the game or does a beta not work like that? (sorry newb question).

Dying and ressing is the same in Beta as in the regular game.

Big patch, lot's of changes!! Some I like, some I really don't but having played on the PTR I at least know what to expect.

I've enjoyed the Beta but will be glad to get back to the real game. All I've done the past couple or so weeks was plant crops and level my battle pets.
