Great point! You are the master juggler - I thought I was busy but you surpass! AND get paid for it! It's a combination paper hole punchers, rivet setter, and other general purpose crafting tool... thing.

Yes, this would be ideal in Skip's mind though. I told him it can't be done that close to a trip though. We did plan one in 2 weeks though before.

I understand parts of the track were getting puddles and I was glad to see them take the care/time to clear the track, but there were several occasions where there was NOTHING going on! I got there 1/2 way through the first event (3200m) and over the next 90 minutes, they ran 4 events and 2 finals. 6 races.

The finality hit him today and he's a bit grumpy. Poor guy. He's worked so hard the last four years and everything just came to a halt! We ran streamers throughout the room and put graduate confetti all over his desk to lift his spirits a bit. We've been packing our workroom over the last couple weeks and it was getting really bare in here!

I've become so addicted to your pre-trip report over this long trip preparation period......... what will I do now that it's over........ How will I fill this void in my life now.......... it's just become part of my daily life.......... in these two short days................ I feel like I've been there from the very start..........

What a fun way to have a vacation. As much as I love months of planning , my secret wish is for a completely spontaneous trip someday. I'm thinking I'll have to wait for retirement. 
Well... we're in Georgia. We've been in the. State for a bit now. Kids are conked out and we've been regularly rotating drivers. I'm going to take a nap and get ready for the morning shift.
