It sounds like her first day went well. We talked on the phone they spent the whole day at EPCOT character hunting and rode SE LOL Sounds like the say all the characters there are to find too. It also sounds like the condo they are staying at is AWESOME! She said she never wants to leave

Thanks for the update! I think you probably just assumed the role of keeping this trip report going!! Glad they are having fun!

Sorry all! We were beat last night plus we cooked at the condo, so we were spent afterward!

First day went great. I took my two kids into EP all on my own and since DD is a 1/2 inch too short for the "fun" rides, we character hunted. We saw lots of folks and had a good time just walking around.

Today, all 9 of us went to Ohana for breakfast then headed into DHS for the day. We character hunted again, and while the kids napped, the big kids did ToT and RnRC. We also caught B&tB while the kids finished naps. Gaston invited us all to the gun show.

Then we did something else... can't really remember... then we hit up Characterpalooza. 17 characters in 1 hours. The kids were over the moon!!!!!

We have encountered some really nice CMs - no grumpys in the bunch.

Thanks to Touring Plans and crowd predictions every park has been managable.

I have burnt through well over 400 images and we are on day 2.

Before we knew it, the park emptied and we headed for Star Tours. The kids got in line and I stayed with the girls - Simulators make me sick, even with meds.

Well, the reason the park was so empty was because of evening EMH. "Grandma" told the CM that we blew and the boys were devastated (they were soooo upset) and they let the group ride no questions since "grandma" was so honest with them.































That being said, I'll leave you with what happens when you mix my crazy hair with a late night shower and Florida humidity:

But....by my estimation, she would be home by now.....even in Australia with the date being the 6th June....yup....way past the 4th in the US.

I think today is June 3rd, still, here in the US. So she will be departing tomorrow which will be June 7th for you? Man... if I lived in Australia... my trip would be 3 days closer!!!

So excited to hear about the rest of her trip! And see the pics!
