THat is so cool that Trey remembers the play area
He has an excellent memory-definitely one of his strong points.

Jim and I rode this in '01. Only way he was getting me on it was on the non-moving one's. THere are pics of me holding on for dear life and my eyes closed the whole ride. Jim was jumping all over the place taking pics. I don't do ferris wheels, ever since my mother told me the story about the time when she was little and was on one and it caught fire
Yikes!!

I don't blame you! That's horrible!!
Glad raft ride was a hit.
It was! Next time, I'd like a poncho!
I would love to go to California Adventure but my sis doesn't want to. Need to find me someone to go with. I wanna ride California Screamin.
That's too bad-it's a GREAT park!! One of my favorites! Hey-meet us there on our next trip!

If you aren't afraid of Buzz, that is....
Linnie, I will say it for DM...Where are the pics.
We loved Kali, but then again we rode it 5x. I would like to see that hammer ride.
McD's??? You are at DL and eat McD's.

What ever is easy and convienent, I am sure.
gotta love those talking cans. I can't believe you just brushed him off, poor, inocent can. Again, no pics.
Great update Linnie. Keep it up. You sound like you are having a great time.
Pics are coming!!

I'd like to have an excuse, but I don't. That hammer ride looked crazy. They zip you up to the top so fast-

I knew I couldn't do it.
Yeah, McD's-what can I say....
That trash can was funny coming up behind me like it did. Makes me wonder who was running the controls?
What a fun update. I can't wait to hear about Buzzilla going off on the lifeguards!
Don't make us wait too long, okay?
Okey Dokey!! Pictures next, then the lifeguard incident. This one is the worst.
California Adventure sounds like a blast so far! We'll have to get out there one of these years. Can't wait to hear about your next run in with those awful lifegaurds.
It really was fun! And the first day is always so extra magical.
They really are! I was a little surprised at his memory being that good, but it always has been. Sometimes it works against us though. He's just now going barefoot after about 5 years of wearing only socks. ONe summer he got about 4 slivers in each foot and after that, he refused to go barefoot. And one time he fell in the road and skinned up his knee so he wouldn't wear shorts unless we forced him. It'd be a hundred degrees out and he'd have his sweats on. He's very protective of himself.
great update and pics. oh wait they come later.
I am sorry but I was laughing very hard when I read about the garbage can. I can just picture Buzz there watching this happen.
I could not do the moving car on the ferris wheel. no thanks.
Look forward to the pics.
Oh no, you're not gonna give me grief about the pictures too are ya!!

Maybe I need to get a little more on the ball here....

Probably won't happen, but they will be up tomorrow. Probably.
That garbage can. Sheesh. What a time for me to be bent down.
I won't be doing that ferris wheel again.

Scared me and made me sick.
You should actually feel honoured that the talking trash can came up to talk to your can! Seriously though. When we saw the one in Tomorrowland all these freaking kids were crowding it and my kids stood no chance.
Uhm, pictures?

The can talking to my can! Funny. Pictures are coming!! I'm hoping for tomorrow!
Thank you!!
The talking trash can incident was a hoot! Linnie can't even talk to other people let alone a talking trash can.
So I'm shy.... It balances out Loud Buzz.
I know!! What were we thinking!!

Hammer ride?!?! I'd pass just based on the name!
I think it's named something else. I just called it the Hammer ride. It just looked entirely too scary for me! Buzz was really trying to talk me into it though!

Hooboy, that oughta be an interesting installment! You go, Buzz!
He got after 'em all right!
Dude! Aren't you in enough trouble for the gorilla comment already?! Enjoy that basement
He's in it right now! Where he belongs!
Sounds like a really fun time! I've not been to DCA - it wasn't built yet the last time I went to DLR.
It must be really convenient to be so close to the hotel!
It's worth going again just to see DCA. It's such a neat park! I loved the convenience of the hotel. At the end of the day, we're tired and bingo! The room is practically right there! No long drive or commute to get to your room!
