Brian - are you back yet?? I can't wait to hear all about it! You are one of the people that convinced me to try WL
(Well, you don't know it, but y'all did on this thread!)
So my coworker tells me he's going with his family in 2 weeks to Disney and staying at WL!!! Of course, we ended up having all these discussions (it's his family's first time going) and I told him the main hot tub is down and he said, "oh, i'm bummed I'm going to miss sitting in a cesspool of human filth"
So, I know that some folks feel this way (I can take it or leave it but feel that chlorine does the job and just don't stay in it too long) but he was not affected by the news at all which made me feel better for him. He won't 'miss' something.
All of his questions were good questions but one made me laugh, "Do you take breaks during the day or do you stay at the park all day?"
They have one child, a five year old who is just past naps - but we all know what that equates to at Disney - TIRED. I told him that if he didn't go back to the resort during the day, he would have a miserable time like all those people that say they are never going back. I put it this way - would you spend all day at the zoo without a break? Or would you go to Dave and Busters from 9 am to 8 pm or later? No. And who doesn't want to chill at a Disney Resort? And WL!!! I'm excited for him and soooo excited to stay there myself in a few months!
