Can't wait, 33 more days until we return to the WL. Our first visit to WDW was in Aug. 2008 and we stayed at the WL and was upgraded to concierge, we loved it. We went back to WDW in Jan. 09 and stayed at the YC club level; we liked it, but it was not the same as the WL.

We are going to surprise my DD12 with a Christmas in WDW and staying at the WL. Not only does she not know we are going to WDW, but she don't know that grandma & grandpa are going to be there. Since they have moved to Arizona she hasn't seen them in two years( I miss them to). We have all our ADR's set and that first night we are eating at Narcoossee's. I can't wait to see my daughters face when grandma & grandpa walk in fashionable late once I phone them we're seated. :woohoo:

As magical as WDW is, I'm sure that will be the most magical moment of our 10 days.

WOW! That sounds like so much fun. I love surprises like that. We're staying concierge for the first night with nothing else booked so we can just chill at the resort. From there we move to a different room for the next 7 days. It'll be nice to be there with someone who has never been and has no idea what Disney World is really like. ;)

Now if those 65 days will just hurry up and get over!

Brian

I'm getting REALLY excited!!! 23 days, and 13 WORK days until I can hear "Welcome Home" again! Today must be my lucky day, be cause i was just able to get the Chef Mickey's dinner I have been trying for several times a day since my 90 day mark!!! I also got a call that my travel docs are in!

Just popping in to say...

65 Days!!!

Seems so long, and yet so short.

Anyone else feeling that way??

I'm hoping the holidays will make things go faster!!!

Brian

We have 50 days to go, I am hoping the holidays will make things go faster too :)

Congrats on the CM ressie!!! I love how you split out the work days. I'll have to figure that out....

64 days :-)

You have the holidays first, so when you look at it that way, it seems so much sooner!:thumbsup2

I don't even know how many more days.. but too many if you ask me.. I think 78..

I love doing the boat to monorail in the morning. Coming into EPCOT on the monorail is just so much more exciting. I usually take the bus back though because it is such a quick trip. :-)

Brian

I agree. The morning is the best time to do it.

Whenever talking about transportation i always try to point out that getting place take longer than you think it will sometimes.

Taking the boat to CR and then taking the Monorail is great to do... but it will take longer than the bus. And if you don't hit it right it can take you 45 minutes or more.

Club level for just one night?! Never enough!!!!

One week, can it creep by any slower?????????

Getting close enough that we can almost count with our toes and fingers :cool1:

Hoping for some lucky pixie dust.. pixiedust:

My daughter will be celebrating her golden birthday while we are there (Turns 11 on December 11th :littleangel:)

We have Inner courtyard on our reservations, but hoping when we get there a request for a room location we want pans out, or if we are REAL lucky, get a free upgrade:smickey:

crossing fingers! Did you look into the CL discount code? IT wasn't that much more per night than courtyard view with the discount. I'm paying $309.75 per night with tax.

I was wondering where the best place to set up a pack and play would be in our room? Is there enough room between the entertainment unit and the wall where the connecting door is? :confused3 We used a P&P at Pop one year and there was enough room there so I assumed it would in that spot at the WL, but you know what happens when you assume!;)

Well, I've finally gone ahead and booked 2 nights at the WL :cool1:

I'm an Epcot resort kind of person but having visited WL before kept thinking I must stay there one time, so I'm staying just for a couple of nights as a 'taster' before I move back to the YC.

I've booked a woods view room, the reason being although I think the courtyard is gorgeous I'd prefer a 'quieter' location, I was also seriously considering club level but the enclosed balconies are a no-no for me.

So, where would a good location for a woods view room be, particularly for a first timer?

I'm intending to spend my 2 nights at WL relaxing and taking in the resort, so any helpful hints and tips would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Request NorthWing upper floors overlooking the otter pond. The farther down the wallway you are away from the lobby the quieter it will be. It is a bit of a walk back to the lobby but it is quite

I was just wondering if the lodge had some sort of computer room that we could use? Does it have a printer? I'm just curious because i'd like to do online check-in for our airline the day before we are due to check out.

They will do this for you at the Guest Relations desk:thumbsup2 If walking through the lobby heading towards the entrance / exit it will be the desk to the left side of the doors. We have done this on several trips ourselves.

Gee that was nice. We stayed CL in August and needed to print some cruise documents for DCL. The CM told us we had to go to the CTR and use the business center for a fee!

::yes:: Yes the area between the entertainment area and the wall (next to where the connecting door or if no connecting door the wall area at the same location) is where we have placed the pack-in-play. It is out of the way and doesn't take up much room.

When my nieces and nephews were small enough to use a pack-in-play they always just slept in the queen size bed with other family members.
