Just wanted to let everyone know that David's first day at the new job was a success...

He is already in meetings and meeting his team of engineers.

He is excited and happy which makes me happy!

That's great.

Dinner tonight will be salmon, cauliflower and orzo or cous cous. I might have a green thingy too.

I am so sorry I have been MIA. Last week was a true week from HE**. One I am glad is over and don't want to repeat real soon.

Nan ~ I am just tickled pink for you. Your ADRs sound amazing.
I haven't been to WDW for 2 years now. And yes I am a character Geek also. Oh the memories you are going to make!!

Glynis ~ I am so glad to hear Dad is doing ok. Those pictures of the eclipse that Alan took are awesome in every sence of the word. WOW!!!
How is the new job and getting the house ready to sell going?

Brandi ~ I am so glad that David's first day went so well. A happy husband makes for a happy house.

We had a great weekend. Matthew was home and that was wonderful. We golfed all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We had a big BBQ on Monday early evening with the whole family and oh the fun we had and the food was plentiful.

I don't know if I let you all know or not - can't remember - but Matthew did not get the job he interviewed for. The other Lady with 6 years experience got it. But now her job is up and Matthew has signed it. This is the one he would really like to have. So we shall see. I will keep you posted.

WFDT ~ grilled hamburgers, potato salad and baked beans.

Kim- all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a fine looking bunch! I am always shocked when our teens put on their glad rags, I tend to try to keep them young.

Well if I had to make it, I would choose my made from scratch brownies. If someone else like a talented classically trained French Chef made it I would choose a soufflé!

This sounds like DH so much, but I tend to stay away from Chocolate..... I know something is wrong with me. I love DARK chocolate, but I still can't do too much...
