Ok my NOLA friends or anyone else I made a pot of beans for rice and beans for supper just had to find out what you"ll were talking about
Now a another ? have a lot left over can I freeze the left overs?

Kat were waiting for results from biopsy but he has had to stop cholesterol and artheritis meds. (I'm on same arther meds so trying to be patient) Thanks for asking

Dad just called and there are no tumors in liver kidneys gallbladder pancrease so thurs is a stress test now they are worried about his heart

I have not had the chance to check back, but I just wanted to let you all know I am thinking about you. Life has just been so crazy, and stressful, the past couple of weeks. I think things should settle down soon.

Dinner tonight was chicken stir-fry.

Tonight we went out for Indian.

I had something called Chicken 65. It was like a big appetizer of spicy chicken over salad.

My one daughter and my wife had chicken vindaloo.

My other daughter, who does like Indian, had Mozzarella Sticks with fries.

Dad just called and there are no tumors in liver kidneys gallbladder pancrease so thurs is a stress test now they are worried about his heart

Glad there were no tumors, now we need to focus our prayers on his heart.

Diners....completely off topic.......just sharing the total lunar eclipse pictures over Melbourne this morning. I took these from 4.30 - 6 am in my backyard....

At totality, the moon was this colour; thanks to the ash cloud from the Chilean Volcano over Australia at the moment.

Janice- I'm so sorry it's raining again, we ARE in a drought. I dread the water bill because we're having to use the sprinkler on the lawn everyday.

WFD - Very busy day today so I'm pulling some meatballs that I made a few weeks ago out of the freezer and will cook up some spaghetti and make some garlic bread.

Laura and I got takeout Indian last week and we tried chicken 65 for the first time. I really liked it! The curry leaves gave it a very interesting flavor.

MEEE!!!!! I love this show!! I missed most of last night's because we were watching the Bruins (WHOO-HOO!) but we dvrd it to watch tonight along with the results show. I did see one number during the break between 1st and 2nd periods--the jazz routine to Lady Gaga's Judas. Awesome! All of the dancers are so strong this year.

Princess, those are great pictures of the eclipse! Thanks for sharing them.

WFD: Some kind of fish--John's going to pick it up, with some vegetables--not sure what I am getting in the CSA box today, but whatever looks most in need of being eaten first. We did good with last week's CSA. The only thing I have left is the bunch of radishes. I did give my Mom a head of lettuce, and Laura some of the strawberries (they were too tasty not to share!), but John and I ate everything else. I'm keeping a log of what I get in the box every week and what I use it for.

I am!! I told DH last night that I have no idea how they even begin to choose who is the best person up there. They all are amazing!!

My fave performance last night is a toss up between Judas (I love that song, too!) and the Garden Statues (which was danced to Ingrid Michaelson song, which I also love!).

Becky – Congrats to the Bruins!!! Is the city going crazy? It’s going to be heartbreaking to see any of the dancers go tonight on SYTYCD.

Aimee - Those were my top two performances as well. The Garden Statues was one of the most brilliantly choreographed performances I've ever seen.

WFD Just finished making pioneer womans beef and sugar peas. O my goodness we all love this one. Never left overs the boys always seem to shovel it in if they like it.

Janice we finally had a sunny afternoon but morning was very foggy could only see 1/4 mile. Small world

I sure wish I could bottle up some of this rain and flooding we are getting. I guess it's feast or faminie anymore. There are so many places that are burning up and we are flooding. We got 1 1/2" Wednesday night and another 2" last night on top of all the snow run off that hasn't even gotten here yet, we really are in big trouble. It is cloudy and looks to rain any minute.

As usual I have been swamped. Will it ever end???????
