recipezaar is good. Over here (because I can't always get the ingredients listed on US sites, especially packets) I use bbc.co.uk/food or bbcgoodfood. Deliaonline is also good and provides straightforward recipes.:thumbsup2

but typically improvise quite a bit. DH always hates it because I'll make something he really loves and he'll ask me to make it again, but I can never remember how I did it before!

You might have DH tell you on the spot when he really loves a recipe and "might" want it again, so you can jot down the recipe with as many revisions as you can recall doing. Tell him you're short term memory isn't as good as his long term memory to want a a dish again long after the meal is long gone. ;)
