Hi everybody,
so we have made it to 28 days before takeoff

my my that went fast! I haven't been here for a while and to be honest there has been so much going on that I have been completely distracted from my disney planning

I know, shocking isn't it?
The first big piece of news is that Carly is pregant!! She is currently 14 weeks, which will make her 18 weeks at departure, so I have been researching what she can and can't do. The obvious are roller coasters and such, but we are going to have to be very very careful in that August sun with her, and i will have to try and uncommando myself, you have no idea how hard this is going to be for me. I am a firm believer in TGM and touring plans, and even though this will be my 7th trip to the world, i always seem to be on a mission to see everything.....this could be very healthy for me to have to smell the roses this time. the funny thing is I really admire those trippies where people have wandered the resorts, watched three Off kilter shows, just wandered without really doing much and enjoyed their surroundings. As lovely and relaxing as all this is, it goes against every fibre of my being

Please tell me I am not the only one people. this is not to say i go full pelt from sun up to sun down, I am a TGM er after all, i get everything done in the morning, rest and enjoy the evening back at the park, but those mornings can be hairy

the one attraction that i can't seem to get a straight answer on is Mission Space. Now obviously i wouldn't put carly in a centrifuge, thats just silly, but the new version doesn't spin does it? Its the juddering effects without the forces, so what do you all think? Would you deem this new version safe for an expectant mother? I can't see why not, but i would be very keen to hear from anybody that thinks otherwise as i don't want to put her in any danger.
The other thing that got my attention this week was reports of snake sightings at POFQ

Anybody that knows me a little will know that my biggest hysterical fear is those nasty slithering mosters, i can't look at a picture of one, can't hold a book if there is a picture of one in it, can't touch the tv to turn it off if one is on...you get the idea! Ok the obvious retort to all of this is why on earth would i choose to vacation at WDW if snakes are such a big deal to me? Do i know that snakes are there all the time?....well yes of course I know this in the back of my mind and that Florida has a healthy snake population, its just that i can switch these little facts off when i am in the parks or in the disney bubble in my head, Mickey just wouldn't let them get me would he? I just don't want to actually have to see one, so please please disney gods, can you just wipe them out in 28 days time for a week? I will feel much better thankyou
Next planning hitch: our flights leave London heathrow at 7:55am, so we need to be there at 4:55am for security, and while i dont mind driving in the middle of the night, I am going to my happy place after all, it would be so much more convenient to stay at the airport the night before. Heres my hitch, the kids father will not commit to staying over the night before. Now he must realise that i will have to leave at 4:15am so surely he would rather be tucked up in a bed and not have to drag himself out of bed, but this is one of thsoe times where he is enjoying watching me suffer till the last minute

I'll keep you posted.
Still related to flights, i am still stressing over this 1hour and 25 minute connection time I have at Washington Dulles, I have only heard bad reports about Dulles security, actually the reports are almost comical, so if anybody would like to reassure me and tell me about their wonderous 10 minute escape through security then feel free to share. i know that I ahve been promised that we WILL get on the next flight if we miss the first one, but i so want to get to Orlando at 14:55 not 16:45, thats practically 5 hours of MK touring time we could have if we make it. ( see commando, commando

)
Signing off for now, i have more to share so see ya later xx
