The Head! It was craggy but yes I jumped when Carl first met that Zombie in the house.

So next week looks like we will see Maggie and Glenn And the kids with the big guy.(shoot what is his name?) oh yes Tyrese!

I enjoyed it. And I LOVED the ending. They sure didn't clear up Michones past though.
And 112 ounces or pudding ROFL. I guess I was wrong about there being no laughs tonight.

Oh....Michone!!! I watched with my 3 kids and asked them who (character from WD) they wanted to be stuck with in a zombie apocalypse if they were in one. I said Michone...most definitely. My DS said Shane...booo, I hated Shane...I told him to pick a character alive still and he chose Daryl. One of my DDs said Glen because he can sneak around an get things that are needed. My other DD agreed with DS and chose Daryl.

I liked the episode. I thought Carl, bit the farm. Then I thought Rick, had bit the farm. Poor Michonne, so glad to see her return and find Carl and Rick. I would have like to have seen more about some of the other characters. But I still enjoyed the episode, and look forward to the next one.

And when Michonne knocked and Rick said to Carl "It's for you". :rotfl2:

I enjoyed it. Looking forward to next week. I am slightly concerned about my WD connection since i made chocolate pudding for dessert tonight. ROFL

I'm not a big fan of Carl either but I was OK with the episode. Michonne is really interesting.

I thought it was a good episode.

We had some solid character development in Michonne and Carl. I enjoyed seeing Michonne's backstory and really liked how they presented it.

Carl is an angsty, know-it-all teenager — so, like most kids his age — and when you combine that with everything he's seen and gone through, I can't blame him for lashing out at his dad.

Carl's already shown resentment toward Rick, and this episode he was able to tell him exactly what was on his mind. If Chandler Riggs were a better actor, it would've been a better episode.

I agree, I think Carl did exactly what he needed to do, in order to stay somewhat sane last night. And in the end, he discovered that even though he can take care of himself, he is not as tough as he thought and still needs his dad. I liked he kept going back and forth from tough grown up to child, repeatedly during the show. I though Chandler did a pretty decent job. He's turning into a pretty cute teenager.

I absolutely loved it!! I thought the tension was high and lots of things were resolved. I hope they do the others equally as well. My one complaint was the flashback for Michone. It didn't feel like TWD and was it even the same actress? At least we have some background info on her now. Loved Carl's chalk statement and his 112 ounce experience. Made me want some!

I loved when he wrote on the door about the walker getting the shoe but not him. Then when he was eating pudding on the roof with one shoe, the walker was reaching out the window at him! Don't know why I found that amusing, but I did.

Loved when Michonne found them at the end.

Also liked when Carl thought Rick had died and turned into a walker.

I'm so glad that WD is finally back on but after all the wait, the episode was a bit of a let down for me. I guess I didn't like only seeing what happened to 3 of the characters (I'm too impatient, I guess, LOL).

I did like Michonne's back story and the interaction between Carl and Rick. But it just moved a little slow for me.

But not enough to stop me from being excited about next week's episode :lmao:

New to the thread. This was the first episode I watched the actual night it aired. We just got caught up on all of the seasons just before the mid season break.

I agree with others...thought this was a little slow but am looking forward to next week.

I did tell my teenager while we were watching it last night...if he talked to me the way Carl talked to his dad, he would wish a zombie got him. :rotfl2:
