So did they know for sure she was dead? Just wondering if they could've saved her.
And that's so crazy about T!! And where did Carol go??

I think we don't know yet about carol.. tman sacrificed himself and told her to go.. as far as I saw, that was the last we saw of her.

and that little black guy (the convict) we all thought was dead in the yard, boy were we wrong!!!

I wondered that too. I just finished The Talking Dead and Lori was part of the In Memorium, where they say "good-bye" to the ones that have died.

That was just a stupendous episode. I am just in awe of this show.

And, Andrew Lincoln is just an awesome actor. Really, he needs an Emmy nod for this role.

I am curious to see if the baby will survive...I remember talking with my hubby about how it would be impossible for a baby to survive in this "new" world without his/her mother because formula would not be readily available.

A really far fetched idea, in the episode where Michonne and Andrea found the town, The Governor mentioned that their population and said it was about to go up by one because someone was pregnant, right? Could they find the town and, perhaps, that mother take over breast feeding the baby? I just don't see how the baby will survive if they don't find a lactating female and quickly. Anybody else have any ideas?

It was really a big mistake to let Andrew go like that. Really big. I think Rick will have to deal with guilt, and we will see it weigh on him in the future episodes. Also, how will Carl deal with this? He had the guts to shoot his own mother in the head, but his dad couldn't even kill Andrew outright...which led to the group losing two (possibly, three since we don't know what happened to Carol) members.

interesting point... this could make for some ethical questions between father and son.

but I admit I have less interest in this now that I know it is basedon the comics. how far ahead of the series IS the comic series?

The comics are much farther ahead but the TV series takes some drastic turns people that die early on in the comics live and the reverse. Biggest thing is just looking at it as two different worlds but with some similarities. I could go on and on talking both the comic and show and all the little things like especially from philophical view.

All and all im still shocked and sad a lot of good people dead.

Tdog was on talking dead tonight.

i loved that they, the group, gave him the shield.

next week's episode looked interesting.

i always watch the encore show after the first showing.
never get enough...........usually see little details i missed the first time around.

now this was a great show tonight!

I go to the wiki walking dead to read the comic book updates, and it really is pretty different.

There are some key points that have remained the same, but they have veered off quite a bit. Some people that are still alive in the comic book, have been killed off in the TV series and vice versa.

I had a feeling they would, however, kill Lori off as they did in the comic book (although the way she dies is very different). Sarah Callies even said that she hoped they killed her character off because it prompts a significant change in Rick. She felt that Rick's character just couldn't evolve if he didn't have that loss.

OK here is my point. I don't care about the comic.. never did,

I just want to keep up with the show.. and if the show is going to be determined by the comic, well gee, just too tired to keep up with it, and just don't want to... it's supposed to be FUN.. not WORK

WOW!!! What an episode!! I had NO idea Lori was going to die. I hope Carol is still alive, I think she is. I liked T-Dog, but he didn't feel like a main character, I wish they had given him more screen time.

They are really keeping the viewers on their toes this season. I really thought Herschel was a goner when the walker bit his leg, then they save him. I just got over that, then WHAM Lori and T-Dog. Just please leave me Daryl.........

I love the way Daryl's character has evolved. Did you notice that Rick looked to Daryl when they were deciding what to do with the last 2 prisoners? I'm interested to see what happens when he reunites with Merle.

Do you read the comic too? I don't. Didn't even know it was based on a comic until I read it here last season. I guess I don't understand why you feel it will be work to keep up with it.

My dd heard me gasp when T-dog was bit, and Carol screamed, and she yelled "did someone just die?" I said, "not yet, but he will have to". She said "who" and then "no I guess you can't tell me" (because she will probably watch at some point) and I said "it's not Daryl" :).

But that episode just slayed me last night. I was sobbing and shaking when it was over. The scenes with Lori, were probably the top 3 of the most horrific things I have watched on TV.

And they said Carol didn't make it, I was wondering if I missed something, I thought she got away? But then I was wondering, what did Rick pick up when they found T-dog, I was wondering if it was Carols head scarf? I really hope she made it, Daryl needs her (in his own way) and I think that her being around is what will make for good conflict with Merle.

Where's Carol? Okay - I know she was out of ammo - T-Dog prematurely sacrificed himself so she could run past and out the door. We know that door led out to the yard - as Rick and Co. had just passed T-Dog's remains on the way out... if Carol went out the door - why is it that no one knows where she is?

I haven't watched Talking Dead as of yet - wondering if Carol was included in their memorium montage?

At the end of the show - it says go to AMC.com to see an extended sneak preview of next week's show.

Spoiler if you haven't seen it:

Glen is digging graves for members of their group - the two cons come over to help - Glen has dug one and he tells them he "needs two more".

Does this mean he needed one for Carol?? I'm so confused!

What i have said since the beginning is unless we see the characters die, they aren't dead.

We didn't actually see Lori die, I don't believe that she's dead yet
We didn't see carol die, I can almost guarantee she's not dead

Every character, up to this point that has died, we have actually seen it happen. Shane, Dale, T-Dawg, Sophia

It ain't over til it's over.

I agree about Coral, but Lori is dead.
