If it's not Lizzie feeding the walkers (makes sense, but maybe too obvious?), I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that The Gov is doing it. It's happening at night and the security that they have at the prison is more walker-proof than thinking-human proof.

I think it's possible the Governor is the rat feeder... Back 2 episodes ago when carol was clearing out the water line and rick ran down to help kill some of the walkers starting to surround her, he just snuck through small openings in the fence... It looked like they weren't very secure, some carabiner clips maybe? Seems like the gov could easily sneak by and feed the walkers?

I feel that it is either him, or he has formed some sort of relationship with Lizzie or another person at the prison and convinced them to.

That's actually what I was trying to remember! I thought there was a scene where they basically just clipped the fence together somehow and it was rather insecure. This was it!

So yeah, it could easily be The Gov - he just sneaks in after dark...

Am I the only person who is not happy to see the Governor? I hated last season and hate the Governor storyline. I almost quit watching last season because they drug Woodbury on forever. Maybe if it wouldn't have been an entire season of him and Woodbury... I certainly hope they do not drag the Governor out now for the entire rest of the season. I don't even want it to go to episode 8, but the story I think does have to go at least that far.

I don't like care for the governor, but I don't know about killing off better actors. It takes a pretty good actor to make people hate a character so much.

I feel cheated. I wanted to see how Daryl handled the Carol news. I also don't want to see the good side of the Governor. I don't buy it he's just too much of a psychopath to just swap back to good.

Plus the preview they showed looks like another total Governor episode.
