Didn't I tell you about my falling incident? I thought that was what you were referring to



You're lucky. I sprained my ankle on my 16th birthday (surprise surprise). I was at a lock in and fell asleep on the landing to the stairs that went to the basement of my friend's house. Since i was apparently laying on my leg in a way that totally cut off the circulation my leg was numb. But I didn't notice before I tried to take a step down the rest of the stairs. My ankle totally went out and I flew forwards into an exercise bike saying the F word (this was a church lock in)

I was so pissed! Stupid 16th birthday!! And no, I wasn't wearing heels

I love the belly dancing one but I can only do it when Scotty isn't here because if he is well the red chair and all....you know.

I'd probably be the star student in that class.
I fall so much!

Thanks for the tip. I didn't know Comcast offered free exercise videos.

They are the bomb. You don't have to be stuck doing the same videos over and over again.

Hey, I just read something that really surprised me...

It is the indelible image of the early 21st-century driver: a cell phone gripped in one hand and a steering wheel in the other. In some pictures, the driver is tapping away at a tiny device with one hand and in some cases with both hands.

If states have their way, the practice of text messaging while driving will disappear and be relegated to the archives of transportation history.

This month, Louisiana became one of the first states to ban all drivers, including out-of-state drivers, from text messaging on a wireless telecommunications device while operating a motor vehicle. The law also prohibits use of cell phones by drivers under 18 and by drivers who have had their licenses for less than one year, unless a hands-free device is used.

According to the Insurance Information Institute, the federal government estimates 30 percent of all crashes involve some type of driver distraction. And Road and Travel Magazine claims driving tragedies involving text messaging while behind the wheel have increased in frequency. More than 20 states this year are considering banning the activity.

If they can do that with cell phones...what is next? banning people from reading while driving, eating while driving, and men from shaving while driving?

Or women putting on panty hose, or curling their hair, or putting mascara. Where will the insanity stop?

So I had to go to the dentist this morning. I broke a tooth! I thought for sure I'd be there for an hour and have to be numbed and drilled. He looked in there and said "I think I can just smooth it out and fill it in". SWEET! I was out of there in 10 minutes and that includes the wait and also the check out. I love my dentist!

bummer that you broke a tooth but awesome that your dentist was able to fix you up so quickly!! That must be one awesome dentist office! I'm still dreading going. I just know I'll have to have a LOT done and it will be expensive.

Ugh..... do you have dental coverage? Our's used to be just so-so but now it is awesome. I had to pay $19 this morning but when I go for cleanings I don't have a co-pay.

I am amazed at how cheap the amount of coverage has become and we pay more for it too.

Chris has a little dental coverage but didn't bother paying on coverage for me 'cause it's really crappy dental coverage. Soooooo....I'll have to pay out of pocket for everything.

It seems like we pay more for everything and get less and less service for our money. Our medical is excellent though. We were sooooo lucky we had the medical coverage we do because lastyears surgeries and hospital stays would have bankrupted us, our children and our children's children.
