The VMK doesn't like me

I can't seem to get in anymore
I can log in, but when the black screen comes up and the loading bar starts it either freezes or Explorer/YahooDSL shuts down.
Waaaaa. I miss it.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does VMK have a contact?
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

I was able to get in on my account and my daughter's account, but not on my husband's account. The only thing I can think of that differs between them is that the two that DID work were used yesterday and the one that DID NOT work was not used yesterday. Probably not related, but there it is.

ETA: Also other differences, my husband's character is male, other two are female.
DH character has a different password than DD's and mine.

Just trying to figure out if there's a common thread.

This is how I feel right now! My husband left the house to run an errand and I thought I would sneak in a game of fireworks on vmk. yeah right! I keep getting black screen followed by firewall message. on firefox. ..........

I guess I'll go back to mopping my floors and doing my much neglected laundry

I had to start using netscape or firefox to access VMK. IE isn't working for me.

I just tried to log on again just on the off chance that I could procrastinate doing my laundry and then blame it on vmk! I still can't get in

So, tonight I keep getting the black screen of death for MY character and DH's character, but DD's character got in. What's up with that?
