One of the most recently lost views...from Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom:

You can still see Everest of course, but there are all kinds of things in the water now for the new light/water show, and the rows of stadium seats down to the water all around.

Technically not a 'view' but we miss everything about the Akershus in its' pre-princess edition: the food, the atmosphere, the lovely quiet dining.
