Ha ha ha..... you would have to sue the title company to get them to make it right. That is what the insurance is for, to pay for another lawyer to sue the other lawyer who screwed up and get your money back on the property that you really don't own because the first lawyer did a crappy job.Title insurance or not if the title company screws up I would expect them to make it right at no additional charge to me.
