The various pretzels at WDW

I love soft hot pretzels!!

I've had the regular salted ones in Epcot/Germany and they are really great. I've also had the pretzel bread at the Biergarten and those were terrific too.

Where are the best pretzels in WDW? & What types are there (salted, sweet, filled)?

I think the pretzels at Germany in Epcot are the best. Wetzel's Pretzels at Downtown Disney (two locations) are pretty good, too, and they have a few variations, even one with a hot dog.

Sommerfest in Germany, has the best pretzels and brats in Disney. Do yourself, a favor and eat there. It's one of my favorites places to eat at.

I like Wetzel's Pretzels. I always get the garlic butter and a pretzel dog. The sweet cream cheese pretzel at The Launching Pad (I think) in Tomorrowland is also something I love. I'll have to stop by Germany when I'm there next week!

There are these AMAZING jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzels at the Animal Kingdom. Not positive where, but I'm sure someone on the dining boards will know. They used to have them at the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland but got rid of them for some reason.

I keep hearing about those but I've never run into them ~ I sure do hope I do someday though because they sound fabulous!!!

There are also soft pretzels in Norway (though they aren't hot). There is a chocolate and a sweet almond pretzel.

Also the pretzel breadsticks at Le Cellier are delish!!

We're so boring. We get a plain pretzel from the produce stand on sunset blvd in HS. I go there because at Rosie's next door they have honey mustard salad dressing/dip that I can dip it in.

I've had the sweet pretzel from Norway, too much like a sweet roll or pastry for me.

My DD and I discovered these about 3 years ago and love them. It is a most have for our trip next month. We found then at a stand in front of KS that also sells fresh fruit and drinks.

Yes, the spicy cheese filled pretzels are the best. They are found in AK all the way back by the safari. They used to have them in the other parks, but they got rid of them and just have a little cup of cheese sauce you can get to dip a regular pretzel with. Not as good! Also ridiculous, the cup of cheese is a snack credit. LOL, like I'm wasting a snack credit on a $1 cup of cheese.
The spicy cheese filled pretzels are my favorite snack, along with MK's adventureland egg rolls!

Another vote for the jalapeno cheese filled pretzels! I've also gotten them at a little kiosk at the America pavilion at Epcot. They are probably my favorite snack at all of WDW-in fact that was my treat to myself the day after the marathon! Yum!

We just had these on Monday, near KS. They were to die for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is on my list of must have snacks now.

We also had a regular pretzel and Wetzels, and that was really yummy too.

I had forgotten about the stuffed jalapeno cheese ones at the Lunching Pad-we got one there 3-4 years ago and loved it! Too bad they got rid of them at MK, but I'm glad to know that they sell them at DAK now.

I do NOT like cheese sauce for dipping I like it either already in the pretzel or none at all. cannot believe they charge a snack credit just for the cheese sauce!!!

I was in Epcot and a little hungry and got a pretzel in German. I wasn't expecting much, I mean, its just a silly soft pretzel (I go into the NYC all the time - there are pretzels galor there!) but OMG was it good!!! Tasted so soft and buttery.... So yummy! I can't wait to go back there and get another one! That and the nuts from that cart outside of France....

I had the sweet cream cheese stuffed pretzel the other day and really wasn't super impressed, too much pretzel not enough filling. That being said the filling was really yummy, hence my peeling open the pretzel and licking out the filling.

This is the thread I was looking for! I had a pretzel question, and I couldn't find this thread again so I ended up starting a new thread. I haven't gotten any responses on it, so I'll try here.

Are the Jalapeno Cheese Melt Baked Pretzels at Wetzel's Pretzels at DTD the same as the jalapeno cheese stuffed pretzels at AK? I've heard great things about the ones at AK, but I'd like to hurry and try one on our arrival day. We will be headed to DTD that night, but if they aren't the same, I'll wait until our AK day.
