Last night's episode was great. I love how they keep getting better and how they confuse me more and more each week. I want to know where Katharine is because Pearl seems to know and she was locked in a tomb for over 100 years.

I loved Jeremay wanting Anna to turn him. I agree it is like the male version of Bella Swan

she did seem nice in the flashbacks, i'm not liking this new/improved Pearl very much.

Jeremy didn't mention anything about wanting to find Vickie, tho. i was going with that he didn't have any friends and he just was looking for a way out and he figured being a vampire would be better, you know?

yeah i'm not buying the fact that Pearl knows where Katherine is. just because she's your "best friend" doesn't mean you know what she's doing every minute of every day.

Yes, this week's episode was awesome. What I love about the show is that, within an hour's time, it'll resolve the main conflict in the current episode in a 'realistic' time period (realistic noted because it IS about vampires, after all....nothing real about that, but you get what I mean! ) What's better is that, after resolving that conflict, it turns right around and presents a new one for the next week. I LOVE that, and I always go "OMG WHAT? NO WAY! Ohhhhh this is gonna be good!"

Now of course, we get to FINALLY see Lethal Stefan....he'll be a Damon 2.0 hahaha

I think that is why I love the show so much. You get some answers by the end of the hour but are still left wanting more.

I actually had to rewatch it this morning since I missed the last ten minutes last night since I had cut my finger while scrapbooking. I did however comment to my mother that "I was happy that the Vampires weren't really in my room cause with the blood I would have been a goner"

i loved this week's episode! i loved finding out that Jeremy only wanted to be turned because of Vickie, and not because of Anna.

and i know it's bad, but i loved how quickly Damon just snapped that woman's neck lol. "do you have any family members that live with you? a husband? no? *snaps neck*"

Damon and Elena dancing was definitely hot. I liked the scene where Stephan told Amber to be afraid and run away from him and then caught up with her, said he changed his mind and began draining her. I still can't figure out what exactly Uncle John is that he has all this knowledge. Is he actually a vampire pretending to be human? Turned by Isobel maybe? Or a werewolf?

Hey everyone, just found this thread.

I love this show. It's giving me my Vampire fix until True Blood starts back up.

I haven't read the books and from the reviews of them I probably won't since I like the show so much.

All the guys are really cute, but Damon is HOT!!!!!! I love his sarcastic bitter attitude.

Oh, I would really love to see Bonnie and Damon get together. I think she is so sweet (but not a pushover) and he is so bad it would be a great combo!

I like that they are showing the "vamp" side of Stephan. It shows how really strong he has been all these years to keep it tamped down. Can't wait to see what happens next!

I enjoyed last night's show. I am loving "good" Damon right now. When he and Elena danced at the Miss Mystic Falls competition I think i may have turned to team Damon/Elena.

It is going to be interesting to see what happens next week since they locked Stefan away.

He is creepy. I find it so odd that he has no desire to "out" Damon. There is something wrong with him.

Yup, my exact thoughts. I was thinking that John Gilbert is probably Elena's birth father - After all he does know who Isobel is.
