I spnt all day Sunday sorting coupons and such.

No way!!! I will stick to DL for now!!!

It is sad - i used to be coupon junkie...but now....no way!!! Things are just way too hectic. I am kind of excited though - the store is settling down, my people are learning lots, and I am really thinking about taking it easy and not doing the 45 hours/week. The money is nice....but it is just too exhausting. Especially with my mom being sick, when I found out - life just seemed to short and I really wanted to just up and quit all togther!!!

I wnet to Walmart this morning.. I was running LOW on diapers. Really low. I was down to my last package, and that is never good! So I have all these $3. off huggies naturals.. Which is awesome, because I LOVE those diapers. Seriously girls.. Those coupons rock, thank you so much for sending them!! But anyways.... I go to pick up more of them, and they have NO size fours! The babies are quickly outgrowing the threes, and I was going to move them up, but they had none in the size I needed. So I bought some 3's and 5's. I also got some huggies sz 4s... and a case of pampers 4's. I hope we have enough for the next 6 weeks or so.

I bought a bunch of baby food too. Stage 2s!! i got sippy cups, mesh strainers.. formula.. and school clothes for Alex and Mikalah. I spent way to much money. but at least I saved $30. in coupons!! My baby cupboard is full once again!

It doesn't matter what I go in to WalMart for but i always end up spending $50.00. Sometime I won't even get a cart because I end up piling in way too much. Especially since our WalMart is a Super WalMart now.

I never really used to go to Target but they just built a Super Target near my work and I've been going there alot now too. They have great soup in bread bowls in the little snack bar area. And they're only $4.00.

AHHHH. Try to buy my own babies some diapers and I get yelled at. I just got off the phone with my mom and she got mad at me for buying all that stuff at Walmart. Apparently.. In her mind she told me that she was coming up here next weekend to take the kids school clothes shopping... and the babies diaper/baby food/ whatnot shopping. To bad she forgot to tell me! She told me to take everything back. My mom is loony. Oh well. Kids can never have to many clothes. Well. Mine kinda do. Oh well. They need shoes!

I feel so lazy - I have hardly worked at all these last couple of weeks - at least I am doing laundry and going through coupons - that counts....right??? I haven't been able to touch a coupon in months - no time - so this is a very exciting thing for me

Coupons are always a good thing!
You might find that dedicating an hour or two a week to coupons/finding deals will net you savings to cover the less hours of work per week. Might be fun to track your savings, time spent to track the deals.. see how much you can get "paid" to do couponing.

I did that yesterday, it's still a mess!
Did two rounds for rebate deals (Kraft promotion) and then a smaller order of everyday stuff. Had this ancient lady cashier who pre-matched every coupon with product before she even started scanning and rang up everything twice I had Eloy watch the register, he knew I would get testy and snarl grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The money is nice....but it is just too exhausting. Especially with my mom being sick, when I found out - life just seemed too short and I really wanted to just up and quit all togther!!!

Talked thru each step before he started, second guessed if he needed to flush the cath before he started (figured it wouldn't hurt), figuring out a less messy way to do one step. Each time he connected/ disconnected a syringe from his cath I asked "Is it clamped?" ..The other end of the cath is directly in the right ventricle of the heart-- oooooooo cool.
And creepy too.

Nurse told him the risk was not bleeding out...
nope, unclamped ends would allow air to enter ...
and be in his heart.

If he didn't die before getting to the hospital he would need barometric chamber treatments to gain blood flow back into the heart.
