The Unofficial Ask-a-Question Get-an-Answer Thread

1- You're right. (And not so "little," at that.)
2- Your Mom needs new friends.
3- OK... No.
4- I'm leaning towards a big NO, again.
5- Nothing costs $16 to ride... that takes 2 hours... at WDW.
6- Finally, a "YES!" (And, you can pick either choice in that question.)

;)

Maybe they took a train from Tampa? :)

Sounds like they "took" something, alright...

Unlikely it was a train.

:upsidedow

:rotfl2: One of my options was actually going to be "Was he on crack?" but I didn't know if I could post that (guess I'll find out after this post.) I was pretty sure that either way, he was WRONG, but had to ask anyway. Thanks, Robo!! As always you were much help and entertainment!!

Are ADRs needed at all of the resort restaurants? I would assume you would need them at someplace like California Grill, but what about, say, Shutters at the CBR?

A little late in answering, but we were at CBR at the end of Jan 09 and I only ever saw one or two tables being used in that restaurant. I think that the more popular resort restaurants are pretty obvious and would need adrs. One way to "investigate" would be to try to do online booking at one on short notice, during free dining, just to see if you can get in. It might give you an idea how busy they are.

Great thread :-)

We are headed to Disney the last week of September ... Sunday, September 27 will be our driving day and we are not actually checking into our Disney resort until Monday, September 28. We'll be arriving late afternoon on Sunday, though, and the MK has evening EMH's that day, so I thought we could hit a park that day. My question is 2-fold ...

1. Can I get my park tickets before we check into the hotel so that we can hit the MK that night?
2. Can we do the evening EMH's if we don't actually check in to the resort the next day?

Thanks!

I am assuming your tickets are part of a package tied to your stay at a Disney resort.

1) Maybe...VERY RARELY though, and it requires a lot of work. I've heard of it being done where you have a package, but are staying at another Disney resort prior to it - but its a real pain, requiring coordination between the resort managers, etc. I doubt you could do it otherwise, but nothing is impossible.

2) No. You need your KTTW card to enter once EMH has started, and even if you got in before that you'd need it to enter any attractions.
