Yeah, that's it! We must be twins that were separated at birth. I bet I know what happened. You were really born in Hawaii, but a sea turtle carried you off to Washington. That's probably why love turtles so much and took frequent trips to Hawaii.


I can believe that! That must have been what happened. I had to go back to the islands, they were calling my name!

Well, he was looking good in the pic! Nice abs! But, I wasn't really expecting it when I was flipping though the photos on there. It was one of those, am I really seeing what I'm thinking I'm seeing things?????? I didn't think they'd let that be on photobucket?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm surprised that it was on photobucket, too. I accidentally came across one of those kinds of pictures when I was looking for a picture of Shemar Moore.

Hey, I'm gonna head to bed in a little while. Before I go to sleep, I just wanted to ask what you're planning to do for Thanksgiving. Are you going to hold the feast at your house or are you going to someone else's house? Is there any particular food that you're looking forward to having?

I'm off to the parents house. We're having dinner at my Aunt's house. My dad and I are going to go see James Bond. I'm so looking forward to the Green Bean Casserole! Pumpkin Pie! Rolls! Dark Meat Turkey and Gravy! Mashed Potatoes! Woohoo! I'm looking forward to it all. I'll take the train to Seattle, then my friend is picking me up at the train station and we're going to ride down to Vancouver together. So that should be fun. My dad wants me to stop at Pike Place Market and pick him up some desserts... I might pick some up for myself...

There used to be a place in Vancouver, BC that sold wraps, their best one was the turkey dinner wrap. It had all the good stuff: turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberries. I think that was it. It was sooooooooooooooo good. So now that's what I eat after Thanksgiving. I make my own, just grab some tortillas. Works really well!

I'm off to bed in a few. I think. Ugh. I'm doing one last Dexamethesone suppression test for my tumor. It's kind of a complicated test, but I have to take Dexemethesone, which is a steroid 4 times a day, every 6 hours. So not only is it keeping me awake, but I'm having hot flashes and other stuff. Oh, this is sooooooooo much fun!!!!! I'm hoping the steroids won't keep me up tonight. I have to get up at 3 am to take a pill!

Oooh, Akeelah and the Bee is on. That's a great movie.

He is soooooo handsome! I saw him on some talk show once. I think it was on Oprah. I was like, "Wow!! Who is this guy?"

That's cool. Have fun in Vancouver! My family and I went to Seattle and Vancouver several summers ago. Vancouver is one of the prettiest places I've ever been to. I really liked Seattle, too. I loved that Pike Place Market! I enjoyed watching those guys throwing fish!

That's awful that the medication has such bad side effects. Hopefully, you won't have to take that pill for too much longer. Hang in there. I hope you'll be able to sleep OK tonight.

Thanks for all the sore throat suggestions- right now it's as if the whole right side of the my throat is sore, but not the left..? Very strange. But! I do feel better! Thanks!

Sadly, I haven't even begun Christmas shopping yet. Thankfully the only people I really have to buy for are DFiance's parents, my parents, his sister, and him. But, I'm probably the worst gift giver-always afraid they're going to hate whatever I get them so it complicates my gift buying,

Today I have to do some stuff for work and then start scrapbooking DFiance's anniversary scrapbook. I'm a little late in starting- our anniversary is 12/22- no idea how I'm going to finish!

Thanks! I hope that you and your family had a great Thanksgiving. What was on your menu? I love seeing what people had for their Thanksgiving feast.

Well, we usually have turkey (white and dark), mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, carrots, turnip puff, rolls and pumpkin pie. There are usually a few assorted vegetable dishes and perhaps a couple of salads thrown in there too. We have our dinner on Sunday evening, and then have the big leftover feast on Monday (the actual Thanksgiving day). My aunt usually makes a few extra pies so that we can eat them over the course of the next week as well...yum! All everyone's menus are making me hungry!

You're welcome for the Williamsburg pics. I'm glad to see another Williamsburg fan! I was able to go there when I went to the 400th anniversary festival at Jamestown. It was great!

Nothing exciting going on here. I am hopefully taking a PTO day Tuesday which gives me Tuesday through Friday off! My mom is having dinner at 3, and I will helping with the mashed potatoes. She had surgery earlier in the year so she is still having problems My dad will probably have dinner that same evening, but we usually don't eat much! All I want is turkey and pumpkin pie! Hopefully Rylan passes out from too much food, early!

Gotta go for now, he is calling me to come dance with him

Thanks She had a spinal fusion in May and its just been a long recovery for her. After 5 months she finally went back to work, but its still a struggle. It sucks because I would absolutely love for her to go to Disney with us!
