I feel it's about time I started a pre trip so I can keep up to date with all my planning.
Cast:
Me (Louise), 21: Absolute Disney nut and also loves Universal lots.
Cheryl, 27: Loves loves loves Universal and could quite happily spend the entire two weeks riding all the coasters. Has to be forced into pictures with characters.
We're super excited about this trip after a really pants year for both of us. (Including almost having to cancel as we lost our jobs after the company we worked for went bust)
When:
24th September - 8th October 2010
Staying:
Quality Inn Plaza on International Drive
Parks:
Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld and possibly Kennedy Space Centre.
Can't Miss Attractions:
Halloween Horror Nights, this is essentially the entire reason we are going at this time of year. Plus the weather and crowds aren't unattractive either
WWoHP, was talking to someone just yesterday who had been and had nothing but positive things to say about it
Food and Wine Fest, really looking forward to wandering around the world showcase during this.
Sum of all thrills: I'm super excited to try this, as when booking DLP last year the travel agent had told us they had one there. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we found out that they didn't!
and that's all for now...
