The TRIP of all Trips... Ana's MAW PTR... *TR STARTED* Link- Post #1901 Pg. 127

I am so, so incredibly sorry. I will pray for you.

There is no easy way to write this so I am just going to put it out there. We lost the baby. Melody's doctor isn't sure if it had to do with Melody being exposed to Fifths Disease shortly after becoming pregnant. We are upset that this happened but can accept the fact that there must of been something wrong.

We are thankful that we didn't tell Juliana and she didn't know anything.

I really don't know what else to say about this. Thanks for listening.

My heart is so sad for you guys!! I will be thinking of you!

Tim and Melody, my heart breaks for you both.
I know my words can't heal your hearts, but pulling closer to one another and loving each other like crazy will help pull you through this.
I know it doesn't seem like it will look brighter in the future, but I promise it will....just hang in there and hold tight to one another.
In the mean time I'll be lifting you both up in prayer.....don't forget to kiss and hug your little girl a million times a day, there is amazing healing in loving someone. :lovestruc

Oh, I'm so sorry to read this Tim. I can't imagine how you two must feel. You'll be in our prayers.

Oh no! I'm so very sorry to hear about the baby. It's a sad loss and my just breaks for you and Melody.

It's difficult to accept, I know, because I've been there myself. Nobody knows why things like this happen but I think you have the right attitude. And yes, it would have been all the more painful to have to explain things to Julianna. Geez, I'm just so sorry to hear this. Both you and your sweet wife will be in my prayers.

Tim qand Melody,

I am so sorry for your loss!!! Unfortunately miscarriages happen more often than most know. My doctor said about 25% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. I had one at 12 weeks and then had a son that died 4 hours after birth from Potters Sydrome ( my son Zachary was born without any kidneys). Please know that it does get better with time. I know it is still fresh and you are both hurting! My thoughts and prayers are with both of you!

Tim and Melody

My heart just breaks for both of you. Such sad news. I am very sorry for your loss. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Big hugs.

Oh Tim  I am so saddened to hear of your loss. I agree with your thought and I hope in a way it will bring you peace one day. You two already know what a blessing a child is so hang in there - you will be blessed again I just know it! :lovestruc Please give Mel a hug and we're here if you need us! :grouphug:

Heather

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your little one. Having been through several myself, I completely understand what you must be going through right now. Hugs to you and Melanie.:grouphug:

Tim
I haven’t been around for a few weeks and to read this .. I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. Having had this experience, I know there is not much anyone can do or say at this time… just know that we all are keeping you and Melody in our thoughts and prayer. Time will help … and hold that little girl of yours close and hug and kiss her over and over – having love and loving others does helps the healing.
Janet

Thank you all for the kind words. We are doing good and still sorting out our emotions.

I don't have any new trip news but I hope to get back to planning this week. I think I am going to call MAW today and try to get a definitive answer (I hope) about the possibility of adding 2 days to the end of our trip. I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. Welcome back to the grind! :goodvibes

Good to hear from you; I've been thinking of you guys all weekend. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the "adding 2 days" to the end of the trip. Keep us posted when you can.

magenta?!?!

Magenta?!?!

That is so funny.

Of course it is MAGENTA... that is what is says in the color palate. :lmao::lmao:

Your new plans look fabulous!:thumbsup2 We've been itching to try Rose & Crown, the menu looks delish and I've always wanted to go to England:laughing:. Also, Crystal Palace is one of our favorites because the food is good and the characters so darn cute! I'm sure your DD will enjoy it.
The problem with the R&C menu is going to be trying to decide what I am going to eat. There is a lot of great choices on there. ;)

The Perfectly Princess Tea Party sounds like sooo much fun. Is that the one where you just drop them off or where you go with them? I always confuse it with that other one. My girls really want to do this but hmmm, 3 girls X the cost is kind of pricey! Maybe we'll just have tea in the room!
For the PP Tea Party, one adult gets to go with the child.

I think you can add an additional kid for something like $150. That is still going to be pricey!!!!!

Sounds like you have a great time planned. Planning is half the fun anyway, right? What are you putting in place of the Kona ADR? May I suggest the Ohana breakfast? It's delicious and the characters are so fun. I love the atmosphere there.:goodvibes
I looked at 'Ohana for breakfast but it is all booked. The days I don't have a breakfast ADR (which is most days), we will be eating at GKTW.

Glad to hear your sweet girl had a great 1st day of school too.:goodvibes
Thanks! I still have to get those pics on the computer.

Love the new plans and nice not to have an early bfast that first day, that looks like a good move. Love Raglan Road, yum!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!

I love Raglan Rd too but it could be changed depending on if Mel's cousin wants to eat there. We haven't spoke to them since I made these new plans. They were on vacation.

Good grief! $150 per extra child for the Perfectly Princess Tea Party? Ugh, I don't even want to do the math if I took my 3 DD's, it would give me an ulcer!

You can always keep trying for Ohana breakfast. We've scored an ADR there while at Disney so it is possible. Personally I like any Disney restaurant that serves me Mickey waffles. I might have a teeny, tiny addiction to them when I'm on vacation there. Is it wrong to plan your ADR's around where you can get them?

Glad to hear you and Melody are hanging in there too. Best wishes!:goodvibes:goodvibes
