The Top Three Meet Dis-nee (CMO Contest, Part Three)

One more question -- do any of you have luggage you would recommend (or not?)

We are looking to buy new luggage since our 10 yo luggage has tears, rips in it. It held up good I think (Samsonite).

I was considering the twister/spinner (4 wheels) luggage but talked to a warranty person who said the wheels get broken on them all the time and to avoid it.

I'm not the "buy 4 pieces for $99" type of person but don't want to spend $300 on one piece either, KWIM?

My luggage is actually from the Disney Store online. They're red with a small mickey on the front....tasteful, not tacky. (Not implying that Mickey could EVER be tacky ) I'm not sure who it's made by....but it was reasonable and very Disney-ish! It was a large suitcase, smaller one, and two carryon bags. Nice set....I think it was about $200.00 on sale a couple of years ago. However, I have no idea if they still carry it.

The red was easy to spot coming off the baggage claim in the airport....nice when you're trying to find 12+ bags!

Just a quick update, then off to bed. I'll get to the PM's and E-mail tomrrow after the first day of competition. The Disney Team Dinner meeting was incredible. Justin and David are great....as a matter of fact, I think Justin and I are the same person. We had a short questionaire to fill out at dinner and we answered the same on all but about two of the questions...lol

Funny story When DH and I went to Spain, we got on their underground train/metro/subway after seeing a Bullfight. So the train is just packed full of locals. DH and I squeeze our way on the car, hold on to the pole and then look around. We are at least a full head taller than everyone!

And they kept pointing up to us, laughing and saying "Grande!"

You may want to avoid the Tokyo subway. Actually, I like Japan because I can feel tall at 5'10".

Interesting fact: All four Haunted Mansion butlers from last year's contest were the same height.
